I like this beauty store because its on my way home after work and they have a nice variety of wigs priced at $20 and above. They also have a buy 1 get 1 wig free.

This store has products for all your hair needs. Shampoo, conditioner, hair bows, etc and much cheaper than buying at the grocery store. Check them out. My hair stylist suggested that I stop in and take a look at their products.

This place is absolutely amazing. They are stocked wall to wall with products. The only problem I have is being charged a higher price than advertised. This occurred with 3 products on the same receipt. But to be honest I was so elated about my other products I purchased at very reasonable prices that I wasnt even upset about the extra $4 I paid. As a matter of fact, Im on my way there now. Love it!

My twin has cancer. She shaved her head because the chemo was causing it to fall out. I decided to shave mine too. I cried over this decision, but I felt I had to do it. As I shopped for wigs, for the first time EVER, a lady comes to me a points to a sign. It read that I could only try on 5 wigs. I stated this was my first time ever buying a wig, I dont know what Im looking for. She rudely said pick a style and try on those. She didnt offer to help. She went on working. I complained to the cashier, explaining that I had to shave my head... NOTHING! No concern, no offer to help, no apologies. She seemed as if she could care less.Ive shopped there often. NEVER AGAIN!! If I could give them a ZERO I would!!

So this has been my go-to hair store everything that I need they are always so nice and friendly just recently I visited on crutches and the gentleman walked me to my car carried my items and open my door for me I am truly grateful I will return

I would give 0 stars if I could. Customer service doesn’t exist here. No one greeted me or bothered to help me. Not a good selection on products. Also in a sketchy environment.

I have been a customer of this place for 3 years minimum now. I’m a freelance makeup artist in Houston and give them minimum 10K a year. Since I’m a professional makeup artist and get bulk hair and lashes from them, I used to receive a 10% discount on bulk lashes. Today I went in and the lady who checks me out 95% of the time blatantly told me I can’t get my discount because they only give it to professionals and that she didn’t recognize me. I have seen this girl at least a hundred times! And I asked the lady in the back (a Hispanic lady) that if she remembers me because I remember her too and the lady acted like she was too busy and didn’t pay any attention to the situation.I told the Asian girl checking me out that Y’all always give me that 10% discount, to which she said I don’t know which ‘y’all’ you’re referring to. You’re gonna have to come back when ‘y’all’ is available cuz idk what you’re talking about.She was so utterly disrespectful with no sense of problem solving. Needless to say, I will try and take my business elsewhere. They just lost $10K in sales if not more because of their ugly attitude.

This store has everything any other beauty supply store has. it has anything from hair, skincare, and makeup, to clothes, accessories, jewelry, and contacts. the area that i love the most about this store is the eyelash section! i’m picky af about my lashes but they have a whole rack of the “miss 3D lash” which are my favorite drug store ones. but of course there was racks of so many more. they also have a good variety of eyelash glue. glad it’s minutes from my house.

My goto place for all beauty supply essentials. Only if they had reward system or specials like other beauty supplies...

Contrary to what you may believe, all blacks do not steal. Its unnerving to be watched as you move about the store.

Its a good beauty supply store where I can generally find what I need. Also sometimes the prices are lower than other beauty supply stores.

The place has nice products at a reasonable price.

They closed before their stated business hours and vehemently refused to let me in 10min before the store was to close. She kept nonchalantly saying, Sorry, were closed. I am a professional MUA & licensed esthetician. Ive spent ALOT of money there in the past, but NEVER again!
