I like this place. I liked the layout. You are able to see the style of clothes, the sizes and they are categorized. The style of clothes were there!. The prices were reasonable. This is the place to shop if you are on a budget. will come back to shop here.

Sadly I have nothing good to say about this store. The store owner is unbelievably disrespectful. I went to her store to purchase some items and she had a problem with the way I was attending to an important call. She asked me to lower my phone and at one point she also asked me to hang up on my husband. She than threatened to call security and have me escorted with no motive whatsoever. I am very disturbed and upset with the way this lady treated me.

This is one of my favorite places in Houston for upscale clothing. They have a great selection of casual work clothes and a solid selection of brand names. The clothes are well organized by size and color with some of the brand names in their own section. The women that work there are very knowledgeable and provide guidance if you need it. Have gone there for years and will definitely return.

Great finds and great prices! Best customer service as well. You get a whole tour of the place as you walk in EVERY TIME! So well organized so you can find whatever you need or just browse. I want to say the main person’s name is Joanne. She’s the best.

Only quality!

I was glad to see that they carry plenty of items in smaller sizes for myself! The merchandising is neat and very well organized, which makes shopping here easy. They also have an wide variety of labels that I love, from clothes to purses. Oh, and I overheard the saleswoman mention that they offer layaway...something else to consider for those on a budget!

Unfortunately I have been inside this shop multiple times due to the fact that I have a friend who likes to get her clothes from here. In my opinion the clothes and purses are well overpriced. The lady that works in the store named Joann believes just because its designer its holds a higher price but a lot of the clothes are old. Joannes customer service is not the best either, overall she just isnt nice, she is very sarcastic and when inquiring about anything she seems to be annoyed. Would not recommend shopping here.

I have consigned and shopped here for years and always had a good experience. Unfortunately during my last consignment the experience turned sour. I called in approximately two weeks before my consignment period was over to confirm my end date and let them know I’d be in to collect my unsold items. When I went in to collect said items ( about 2 weeks after my end date). I was informed that since I didn’t call in 2 or 3 days before my end date that my items were now the property of the store. Additionally, in the past I have always received a reminder call about my end date (another customer in the store overheard this and confirmed that to be a standard practice in the past) and I received no call this time. I will have to take responsibility for my negligence in this matter but in the end I feel ripped off since my items are still in the store and I will receive no payment if they sell. If you decide to consign here be aware that it is YOUR responsibility to reclaim your items. It is in their best interest for you to forget and they can keep all proceeds for your items.

My wife recently passed away and I wanted to call and ask a few questions about how things worked and when I could bring in some items. The girl answered the phone and was obviously in a big hurry, I could tell by how fast she was talking. I said I have a few questions about how things worked there if I wanted to bring in some clothes and she said, very brusquely, it is a 50/50 split! I said, very calmly, are you in a hurry?. She said Yes! I said thank you and hung up. Extremely rude and very unprofessional. I guess I will be taking my wifes clothes to another of the many consignment stores in Houston. Maybe one that really would like to answer some questions and actually try to sell me on why I should bring my items to their store.

Did not find what I was looking for, but the clerk was very helpful and knew the inventory well...

A wonderful selection of gently used, in style clothing. A really great place to find treasures at.

The woman at the shop was absolutely horrible. We walked in and were immediately asked if we meant to go to Platos closet (um no, I can read the sign and it clearly did not say Platos closet). We were then admonished for not knowing that everything must be hung on hangers (sorry that it was our first time selling in the store!) We will absolutely never be setting foot in this store again and we highly recommend that others do the same unless they enjoy being talked down to and insulted.

Seen some of the prices for david yurman jewelry and they were very high when you can just buy them online for less than half of the price they had it for

Unfortunately the woman who works at this store is very rude, impatient, and flat out weird. I think she may have some screws loose.
