The store is quaint and cute with a cute display and entrance. After being notified from the business that we were welcome to come in and sell clothes, we eagerly visited. Upon arrival, we were in an empty store with no manager and a lone employee who told us we should just leave the clothes and come back when the manager was in. We felt a bit thrown off by the whole process, but trusted the positive reviews and wanted this to work out, so we complied. After several days had passed, we received no contact and were growing increasingly worried. Suddenly, a message arrived saying that all of the items (aggregately worth around $500) would be donated if not picked up tomorrow. We had to switch our work schedules and take another hour-long drive rushing to the store to pick up our items--completely frazzled and shocked. Now seeing their 90-day pickup policy, Im confused as to why the owner gave me less than a week but Id be willing to overlook that had I been given a heads up or a clear outline of the policies. Im leaving this review due to a lack of communication and disappoint of the experience throughout.

Threatened to get rid of all my clothes. I left them at the store for 5 days and received no contact until I directly messaged them and received a response saying that if my items were not picked up by the next day they would be gone.

Very impressed with this shop! The interior is well thought out and cozy. Consignors receive 30% of the items final sale price.

I went in first thing when they opened, I met the owner of the store and she was an absolute gem!! Offering me all sorts of discounts and I just have to say the clothes there are soooo gorgeous and the prices are even better! LOVE IT! The owner was sooo nice! I was walking past and she came out and greeted me and put a crown on my head and lifted me up off my feet and carried me indoors.
