Visiting the HJF Resale Shop is like a treasure hunt! I’ve found everything from a vintage LEGO set and a silent movie projector to designer pants. You can find lovely jewelry and clothing, nice furniture and antiques, art and collectibles. Prices are reasonable for quality items and the shop is clean and well-organized. Definitely worth a visit.

Its been a long time since I last visited this establishment. Always find great bargains on jewelry, dishes, paintings, books, clothes, miscellaneous items and furniture. Manager said they were discounting the multi piece solid wood set featured with pricing.

Kind of expensive. Some items were priced higher than original price. I know because the original price sticker was still there.

Great place to find special treasures! I walked in one day and there were 20 pieces of my expired Waterford crystal!!!! What a find!!!! Items are both consignment and donation, but prices decrease on a set schedule. I love going in often because the merchandise is always changing! A must see shop on your shopping trip in the Heights! Also a great place to donate and consign items as Houston Junior Forum Resale Shop supports the community with college scholarships and community grants to other non-profits supporting women, children and senior adults in the greater Houston area!!!!

The staff is great, minus one dude that I believe is no longer there. Everything in the store is neatly organized with the utmost care. All the ladies who work in the store, are super helpful and accommodating. It’s really great that they can take no longer needed treasures and share them with the staff and community. It’s a great local resale shop and should be supported by all. One star reviewers have the wrong place, pay no attention!!!!

The HJF Resale Shop is the best place to find home decor, furniture, bargains, and often one-of-a-kind treasures! You never really know what you will discover at the shop! That’s why it’s best to visit regularly. The staff is helpful and friendly. The volunteers are also always on point to guide customers to all the goodies. Visit the Heights, shop at the HJF Resale Shop, and then have lunch at one of the many restaurants close by!

I shop at the Resale shop on a very regular schedule. The interior has been updated and it is lovely. Price ranges from 50 cents to over $1000. Depends on what is brought in to the shop for donation or consignments. The shop has been open in the Heights for 30 year and is a gathering place for many Heights residents. Staff and volunteers are ready to assist the customers find special treasures located in the shop. Recently they have opened a discounted section in the warehouse...dont forget to ask to go there. Many of the items at the shop are donated, but they do take consignments. Stop by, I feel you will be pleasantly surprised in what you find there...

What staff they had was nice however there was only one person working the front when I was there and it took a while to get help. The selection was good and there were things I would have bought, but the prices were high for a thrift store. Not sure if this is consignment based or donation only, but by the prices, I would guess consignment.
