Great prices and huge selection for all my vape needs

I just left this establishment, and I had to post a review immediately afterwards. The employee, Allen, that helped me had some of the best customer service I have ever seen. He answered every question I had, and made sure I left with what I was looking for.Thanks Allen!!!!

Always friendly and have good selection and prices

A couple of notches above other vape shops. Ive been doing business at this location for a little over 2 years. They have a reliable stock and their prices are fair. They sell their premium juices for what others sell their house made juices. If u dont know what ur looking for, or want 2 try something new this is the place.

I live right around the corner, and the fact that Ive never visited Forever Vapes before last night is a travesty.I was just looking for a battery, and walked in 40 minutes to close, something I try to avoid doing. Right as I stepped in the door, the young Colombian guy helped me out. Im not exactly knowledgeable about vapes and related things, but just with my poor description of what I was looking for, this guy zoned right in on what I needed. All in all, I was in and out within 10 minutes.If youre anywhere near Jersey Village, or the BW-8 and West Rd area, this is the vape shop you wanna go to.

These guys have been helping me out since I began vaping. They werent the first vape shop I went to, but they are by far the best. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff. Always taking care of my interests based on my needs. They arent here to sell me whatever is new and expensive to get the sale, but they genuinely know what I like and help make suggestions in a no pressure sales environment and listen to what I like so they can make appropriate recommendations. Justin, Nathan, Tony and Cosmo are all great guys.

The positive reviews are written by their friends because this place is a joke! They have the worst customer service, hands down. If you have any questions on anything they provide you with short answers as if youre an idiot. The staff is just a bunch of punk kids that only cater to their other friends that just hang out up there all day vaping, but when a paying customer comes in, they all just stare at you. Its the most uncomfortable/awkward situation Ive ever stepped foot in. Save your time/money on a different store.. A store that actually helps/interacts with their customers..

Staff is too busy hanging out with their budies and watching tv. Very unprofessional. They cannot explain the difference between products.Their return policy is unacceptable. You cannot return a mod a few minutes after you bought it unused. This is not on the receipt, only a tiny sign on the wall.

Poor customer service and very unprofessional staff and management. Purchased a Kanger Tech Nano and it was defective. They then replaced it with another defective Kanger Tech Nano only to tell me they could no longer help me and I would have to contact Kanger Tech myself. I mean who does that? I will never again purchase from them nor would I recommend anyone else to
