Ive been going here for 6 years regularly and not ONE employee remembers me or treats me like a regular. Dude with the beard is always outside smoking and looks annoyed when you pull up. Not a lot of variety on pipes or bongs, and if you do find something its usually over priced. If the customer service was decent, thatd be cool, but they treat you like its your first time each time you go.

Been going here for a good amount of time since it is a really good store, but yesterday I came in with my gf who wanted to buy some prerolled cones and a little grinder, I have never once been asked to show my Id on the countless times I’ve accompanied friends and I saw some other people come in and they weren’t asked for ids, so why on the one night I go they ask for ids and previous times I’ve gone I’ve never been asked to present it? Is this a new rule or not, cause I’ve seen moms go in there with their kids before to purchase stuff and I’ve never seen an issue, and not to say as I waited in the car for my gf to get out the dude at the counter kept calling my gf all this “cute” little names that made her feel uncomfortable and she said she will no longer give this place service even tho it’s a great store but from that experience last night we and a lot of people that I know go there will be taking our business elsewhere

The staff is wonderful and the owner is very cool and is very educated on all his products that he sells. The have great prices too!

Back in like 2003 they used to be the only place around that carried a specific brand of imported French cigarettes that I was partial to. As such, I shopped there weekly and often would purchase a couple of hundred bucks worth of “congratulations” gifts from the humidor. (At the time I was selling homes and would send a full box of cigars to clients when we closed on a house.) So the staff was always excited to tell me about a new brand or shipment and I loved learning about it.You wouldn’t think from the outside of the storefront that within held an amazing selection of cigars and other imported niche brand tobacco such as Long skinny French cigarettes that tasted like vanilla and look like candy. But they did, they still do but it’s more scaled down and not as expensive or diversified.I don’t know when it changed ownership but it certainly changed the whole vibe of the place.It seems to be more of a hang out for the owner (or manager, I’m not sure what his official position is because he has claimed to be both) and his friends then it does a business.Which is all fine and good and you should have fun at work.However not to the point where you treat your customers like they are an interruption of your good time and you want them to get out as fast as possible so you can go back to just hanging out.Acting as if Someone is stupid because they ask a question about a new brand that you carry or treating them like they are invisible and just continuing to have conversations with your buddies and playing on your phone ignoring the customer who is standing there at the counter money in hand… doesn’t bode well for future business. But I digress.Now the reason that I still gave the store three stars is because of their past stellar performance and excellent quality with reasonable prices. And I want to make sure that you understand I am not saying that everyone in that store is a jerk. There are a couple of standout employees who have been very informative and truly helpful and deserving of note.My dog has seizures poor little guy is 11 years old and a rescue dog so he had a pretty hard life before We adopted him. He has a lot of anxiety and anyone that even passes by the door causes him to go off in a 10 minute fit of barks and growls. I went into rock and roll it to inquire about their CBD oil’s for pets after hearing from several pet owners that it worked wonders. Fortunately the young man that helped me was very familiar with the effects of the oil and the benefits for animals because his father was a jockey and he also raced horses. I wound up spending over an hour and a couple of hundred dollars In there when I had intended to just go in and pick up a little 10 or $20 gummy for my dog. That is the kind of service that they used to have and it kills me that I cannot remember this guys name because he really does deserve accolades for his professionalism.

Loved this place and always brought my kids in with me. Today they said no kids. That they are getting fined.... lies because I never ever had a vape shop refused my business with kids. I have never heard of this. I was pretty frequently flyer and spent a lot here. But not anymore. Deny my kids. I will no longer purchased from here again or any rock and roll it vape shop.

I had bought a cheaper scale here on Monday today Wednesday my intention was to bring it end go with the better quality scales 40-60 dollars I planned to spend I was actually told that store policy that they don’t take anything back that’s not even in their system. I’m sure you tell your employees to Say this but it cost you money scale hasn’t been used besides the previous person that bought it because it had a lot of scratches on it but your employee also said it could happen in manufacturing which directly implies it I was all defective damaged scratched whatever merchandise with no refund policy or exchange policy he even said that it was the display model which is was neither one of those.

The guys there always take care of us & always make sure my husband leaves a very happy customer

Have been visiting and purchasing products from Rock N Roll It for over ten years.Was just told to get out by an employee named Brian or Ryan (Couldnt hear his mumbling completely) because he decided to spy on a private conversation I was having with a friend and long time customer and he didnt like the context.I think Brian needs to mind his business and focus on his job.Have never seen such disrespect from a store clerk and will never recommend this overpriced junk again.

If you see it on there website its not going to be in there store so best just order it from there site and save yourself the trouble of driving or walking to there locationStaff was friendly and helpful

Just picked up the NEW UNI Universal Portable Mod from Sam. I have been shopping at this location since the early 90s when the 2 uncles ran the store. You can not go wrong when you are looking for good quality vape supplies. They have an endless selection of flavors to chose from. Not to mention some of the best prices too.

Rock N Roll It smoke shop is one of the best in houston they have wonderful customer service. I went In saying what I had to spend and I had 4 attendants handing me pieces to look at and hit. The best part is they arent afraid to negotiate prices unlike most stubborn smoke shops. Great atmosphere and Jay and his employees are wonderful people. I will definitely be back soon.

I was introduced to Rock N Roll It From My Mom, And Theyve Never Disappointed.

I recently went to rock and roll it and this is the third time not having the vape coils I needed. The guy that works there “skrillex” keeps saying “oh we ordered them” but this is the third week we went there for the coils and didn’t have it at all. The customer service isn’t proper compared to other stores. Also, why would y’all sell a vape that doesn’t even have replacement coil in stock. Rock and roll it EMPLOYEES ONLY CARES ABOUT THE COMMISSION AND NOT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Place was nice but the staff acted like they were 12 years old and looked completely stoned. They didnt really have anything I needed for one and for two they tried to charge me 60 dollars for a stem and a bowl. This place sucks. I would never recommend anyone going here ever. Way over priced and the management sucks and ALL of the staff. I dont feel sorry at all. These guys suck.

Very untrustworthy. I called ahead asking for a specific coil for my vape. The scronny caucasian man told me he had it in stock but refused giving me the price over the phone saying it was companys policy. I came over and he took me as a fool. This was not what I asked for but he said theyre all the same thing and that it would fit. I dont recommend coming here at all. I understand they make money by commission but this man wasted my time and gas. I ended up going to Krazy Apes for what I wanted down the street.

Low variety, and they claim to be cutting you a deal on quality glass products, when you can drive 2-5 miles in any direction and pay less for the same glass. continuously up selling, though you addressed your specific budget when walking in the door. No selection of vaping products either.
