Cool shop with lots of nice items. Cool staff down to earth, very knowledgeable!I wish the owner had a better customer service experience. This only worked for maybe 2 weeks... Has a strick return policy, even asked for store credit.. Nope go to the manfacture in China.... Get them to replace it.(Isnt thats what a distributor does? Handle all the back end warranty and keep your direct cusomters happy)Now I have a broken rig, and instead of buying a new pufco from you with a litle store credit. I am a new smoke shops customer.

Jose was such a good help! My man is very picky when it comes to picking a piece, and he had a great time listening to jose’s suggestions! Jose had no problem helping us out by answering all our questions and letting us look at any pieces we wanted to check out! Store is selling expired products! The girl behind the counter didn’t even apologize, I asked to get another and she said the other was expired too. The CBD vape juice expired 3/20. 7 months expired. Horrible customer service.

I informed Manager Don that I live 2 hrs out from this location, Don the manager had me drive 2hrs to pick up some packs of 10 New Ports 100s because he refused to give me the price over the phone. Don stated that he will give me a very good discounted rate that will beat any other rates out there. Lies!!!!!!! When I arrived at this location Don wasnt there 😠. So the young man that was there called Don on the phone to inform him that i was there and waiting to purchase the packs of 10 New port 100s. Don rushed him off the phone without any information of what to help me with. So the young man stated to me after hanging up the phone im so sorry Don had you come way over here, because we dont even have any cartridge of New Ports 100s but, we can sell you 1 box. I was furious! Very upset that Don would lie to me and have me come all that why to not have what he said they had and, not give me the deals that promise to give me. I will NEVER refer anyone to this company. I was coming to spend $1,000 with them today, but they loss my business.Yes! I took my business elsewhere and put others on with another company that was about making money and doing business with me. Moving forward I love doing business with companies that are honest and sticks to their words. We will spend money to buy what we come for, so dont play and waste my time!!!Thank you!

This store is practicing social distancing. Upon entry I was pleased to find that the store was clean and well organized. I was immediately greeted by the staff. Dom of Xpress smoke shop was very friendly and knowledgeable about products. I was able to pick up exactly what I needed. I was pleased to find the item was in stock and priced at a reasonable and affordable rate. Also, U was actually sold the correct product! The last time I shopped at a vape store they sold me the wrong coils and refused to make the situation right. Thank you express smoke shop for stellar customer service and an experience that was worth having! I will frequent this location for my future vaping needs again.

Over priced, when I walk in they just stare at their phones for 5 minutes and act like I’m a burden then they asked me to give them a 5 star review for a discount which is how I’m assuming they have 4.8 stars worst smoke shop I’ve been too terrible selection over priced glass and disposable vapes I had gotten were fake and tried to come up with a fake deal to make me buy more he said they were $30 each buy one get two free which was a lie and they do this on a lot of their products from what I can tell don’t fall for their tactics
