Amazing find. The staff are friendly and the deserts are delicious.We had the Turkish coffee - highly recommended as it was deliciously prepared. All of the chocolates and prepared items where very fresh and delicious. The areas where clean and welcoming. So nice to sit outside and enjoy a coffee and crepe or baklava.We will definitely be returning.

Unreasonable pricing. $9 for a simple waffle with chocolate sauces, and an extra $4 for a tiny scoop of vanilla ice cream.So basically $15 for a single dessert that was served with plastic cutlery in a disposable plate.Youre basically paying for the ambience and the expensive Westheimer rent of the location. If thats your thing, go for it.

I had no idea this place was here! Decided to try it out and super glad I did. The place has so many tables to sit at and they have a great selection of food, desserts to choose from! The orders come out fairly quick as well!

This place is amazing. They have so many different types of sweets and treats and crepes. The TV said that this is a fourth generation place from Syria which seems really cool. They do seem pretty strict with masks... Anyway the food looks amazing in the place was really awesome Im definitely going to come back for breakfast or something.

We got a couple of different things there. The highlight was the Affogato. It was really good! Their triple chocolate crepe was a disappointment. It was absolutely cold, not hot, not warm, straight up cold! We didnt like the flavor; its temperature might have to do something with it. Regardless, we absolutely did not like it. We also got the waffle platter. We liked the milk chocolate and the dard chocolate one better. My personal favorite was the milk chocolate. Ill give them one more chance to see if the experience changes. The place was really nice, the vibe was so good which is one of the reasons I wanna go their again.

Love this place!They have got enough homemade chocolates,baklava and Turkish delights that will take atleast 3-4 visits to try out everyone of them.Plus, they have variety of crepes and waffle options with delicious fillings.And they have got more than enough space to hang out with friends and enjoy Turkish coffee.This place is on my Top 5 dessert places in Houston.

Very conveniently located near galleria area. Great selection of desserts. Really enjoy their waffles and crepes. Huge selection to choose from. Must try their triple chocolate waffles and crepes. Fruit filled crepe is something I really like. Ambiance and decor is amazing and very welcoming. The chocolate fountain and chocolate shawarma machine looks pretty cool. Will definitely come again soon to try more items on the menu.

SO MANY options!! Chocolate heaven. I ordered the triple chocolate crepe and was pleasantly surprised I did not feel overwhelmed by all the chocolate. Felt light enough and finished the plate pretty fast.

Delicious desserts with excellent presentation!I loved the brownie cup with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. The brownie was served nice and hot and the ice cream gave it that cool temperature contrast. The Oreo shake had a smooth texture and tasted great. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I loved the ambiance of this location.

Not a must-visit, but definitely a cool place to go at some point. Lots of choices for chocolates, crepes, and waffles.Pistachio crepe and brownie crepe were good. Brownie crepe was slightly better and different because the pistachio crepe has a very familiar taste to Hispanic desserts that contain Lechera.Turkish coffee was really good, cardadom is always lovely. Arabic coffee was okay, tasted more like tea so if youd prefer tea go with that. Id stay with the Turkish coffee next time.

This place was beautiful!! Everything was so elegantly laid out. The presentation was everything. The staff were also beautiful and friendly! They lady cashier who helped my daughter was extremely generous also! I paid for a small ice cream cone and by the time we walked out of the store, my daughter went for a taste of her ice cream and it fell off the cone. We immediately went back in to purchase another one but the lady cashier gave us a free one. Thank you so much, this made my daughters night!

One of the best spots in Houston to get Chocolate boxes as gifts, have some sweets, and get coffee and hot chocolate. Must try the Baklava and Turkish Delight Chocolate. The staff is really friendly and they will make great recommendations. Will surely come back.

I lived in the galleria area for 2 years and was missing out on this gem until today. The location has a lovely open patio seating area and when you walk in a wonderful aroma of chocolate and coffee. The staff was so very kind and patient with me. There are crepes, chocolate, Turkish coffee and other pastry items to try and I honestly can’t wait to come back.

I got the triple chocolate crepe with bananas and strawberries....WOWIt was absolutely perfect in every way. Loaded with fruit and chocolate. The chocolate is so rich you can tell its the real deal. Try them!

The Chocolate Truffles rolled in chocolate pieces were FANTASTIC. We also tried the Affogato coffee with chocolate ice cream. Yum!

Wow. What an amazing Syrian chocolate establishment. When I entered it felt as if I was sent to Dubai with how the lighting and set up was. The chocolate selection of crepes and waffles is phenomenal. I also appreciate that they have traditional Syrian desserts as well. My wife and I tried the triple chocolate crepe. The quality of the chocolate is exceptionally good. We can’t wait to go back and try their other fun flavors such as Kinder and Flakes crepe.

If you are a chocolate fanatic this is the place to go to! The crepes are always so delicious and you have many different options to chose from. Me and my boyfriend love coming here. They have an outside area and it’s really nice to be out here at night when it’s not so hot!

The desserts are artistic and delicious. The store was clean and smelled yummy. The staff was friendly but not attentive. We waited quite some time before someone took our order. Every dessert ordered was impressive. The tiramisu coffee was unbelievably tasty. I would return just for another cup. I definitely recommend stopping by to try one of their many dessert options and a great cup of Joe.

Amazinggggggggg!We are so excited to have found this dessert gem. We were so impressed of the quality of the chocolate. Omg! It was sooooo good.Location is clean very well organized. It was busy and of course it will be!Only thing that I would change would be the seating organization it is like a bus station and the tables are too long attached to each other and when someone sits on a table which is for 10 only 2 limited space is left and the chairs do not have the space available in between back to back.Other then that everything is great!

You walk in and are immediately transported into a decadent chocoholics dream.They offer hot beverages, crepes, waffles, ice cream, baklava, and of course chocolate as far as the eye can see.My husband and I try to be good when we come here but always end up indulging 😊We get a box of chocolate which the staff always so politely fills up with chocolates of our own choosing.Completely recommend this place!

Went to chocolate zeina few days back for desserts. It was a good experience. They have a huge variety of chocolate in different flavors and the taste is good. Ordered crepes too with chocolate and it would have tasted more better if it had a little more sweetness. Nice ambience and staff is friendly and nice.

There should be a no star option because even one star feels like I am being too generous. The staff was extremely rude and argumentative They denied me entrance into the restroom to even change my clothes and directed me towards the storage closet as an only option. I would never return here nor ever refer this horribly managed place to a friend. A huge disappointment, especially after reading their reviews.

So good! The employees must either be sick of chocolate or living a dream. I dont eat a lot of sweets so I get stomach aches when I do, but I had to push past the stomach ache to finish my brownie kinder crepe, it was that good. The brownie is layered with a white filling in the middle, like a kinder bar. The crepe is light and easy to cut through and the chocolate was creamy and delicious.

Walked into this establishment at 10:56 honestly not realizing the time. But instead of anyone greeting my husband and I they made it clear that they closed at 11:00pm and I could only order ice cream or homemade chocolates. Really craving a shake I asked if I could have a shake made and the short chick at the front rudely and abruptly stated while pointing her finger “homemade chocolate or ice cream. I mean how else do you make a milkshake. But I will NEVER return to this place.

The latte was quite special, it was a bit chocolatey.. I loved it.. The baklava was not overwhelming sweet... I loved it too.. the chocolate selection was tremendous... A haven for chocoholics! 😁

Hello everyone, I am a proud Muslim but today I am writing this with a heavy heart against a business who is run by Muslim and treated us with so much disrespect and humiliation. We walked in and were trying to get situated and few of us used the restroom we were asked to leave the restaurant because they said we made a mess in their restroom, and were asked not use the bathroom again as one us had to go when we confronted them this is very unethical and wrong the owner started yelling and asked us to leave the store. They told us when they go to other restaurants they don’t go and use and make a mess out of other restaurants o have never heard such nuisance in my life, all I can say is don’t use their restroom lol or don’t drop ice cream in their restaurant. Rude rude rude people didn’t even apologize

Extremely rude staff, we were paying customer and we stopped from using the restroom, because apparently my family and kids spilled water on the floor. They were performing ablution so we could say our prayers. They said we could not pray inside so we prayed in the parking lot. The worst of all the store owners were Muslim the ladies working were wearing their hijabs so it was really shocking as Muslims they should not have behaved in such a way. Finally after we made our point they argued that they do not perform ablution when they are going to visit other restaurants. So instead of apologizing they removed us from the restaurant.

Man!! If you are a chocolate lover! This is the place you need to go!! Obviously their food items are really tasty and really really good! I mean its really good! We got complimentary chocolate dipped strawberries!! Could improve on their welcome greetings and general friendliness though!

Over priced desert with terrible customer services.The crepe is under standard sized and lacks chocolate and taste. Regarding the customer service, we called ahead of time and ordered but still made us wait at least 45 minutes and kept saying that it’ll will be ready in 5 minutes.A chocolate place near by called sleek on Westheimer sells cheaper and tastier deserts. In fact we were told that the owner Zeina used to work for sleek.

If you’re craving something sweet then this is the place to go! Wide variety of sweets and desserts from ice cream to crepes. Tried the fetuccini crepe to go and only found out they forgot to give me the icecream when I got home which was kinda disappointing since they did ask which flavor I wanted and I told them! Would’ve been 4 starts if that did not happen.

Chocolat Zeina is an interesting place. I was not sure what to expect, but I had been told about the Turkish coffee and the baklava. The inside of the place is clean, very bright, and well cooled by the A/C on a hot afternoon. The place is spatial, it feels like big place. Lots of tables with big, soft chairs. There are outlets to plug in to. The service was pleasant, if slightly under-informed. There are a ton of food and drink choices here. They have all sorts of sweets and candies.Despite the options, I went with the Turkish coffee and baklava. The coffee was good, reminded me of a slightly more bitter Cuban coffee. The baklava was pretty good, not the best I’ve had, but it was also a rather different mix from other places where I worship the baklava. Very quiet on the morning I was here, very few people, I get the feeling the evenings are when they do their best business.

Interesting place with interesting concepts on both presentations on flavor. The atmosphere is pretty free friendly and they play music from their home country with is a relief from the everyday music I listen to. They serve honey waffles with these blocks on them. We thought it was chocolate it was actually butter. I also enjoyed their strawberry ice cream. Overall I did enjoy the place and would willingly go back.

Service was fine, but we received maybe two of the correct chocolates out of the near pound of chocolate we picked out. the labels on the chocolate are incorrect and the man behind the counter had no idea what was what.

This place is COMPLETELY empty. I go in to place my order. Ordered a Triple Croc Crepe and ONE scoop of ice cream. I sat down for 10min then she comes back and ask me if I’m ready. I’m thinking she meant to pay because I already ordered. She had not even prepared the Crepe! She gives me a double scoop of ice cream instead, then charges me 6.48. I ask where is my Crepe and she acts like she doesn’t know what I’m talking about. Then she starts snapping at me telling me that she’s truing to help me. This is AFTER I repeated and broke down FIVE TIMES EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. She treated me like an unruly customer when I’m the one that had to wait over 15min to be overcharged. She even acted like she didn’t want to refund me. My first AND LAST TIME EVER COMING HERE. Ridiculous service!

It’s an interesting cafe with middle eastern music and decoration. I love the marble tables and the bright environment. The crepe is good the tea is nothing special.

Dessert lover you will not regret, it will fulfill your sweet tooth craving :)

We were both wanting something sweet to end the night and it was the perfect choice.The shoppe is so clean and welcoming its like you woke up in chocolate heaven!They offer crepes,waffles,coffees, ice cream, and huge assortment of chocolates, and they have 3 huge chocolate fountains.We ordered the 4 dip chocolate fondue with brownie bites, banana, marshmallows, and strawberries. It was 9.99 and it was AMAZING.Definitely recommend you check this family owned and operated shoppe out they are very friendly and their chocolates are very good.

This locally owned place is known for delicious made in house chocolate, crepes and waffles. Chocolate candy selection is impressive. As at any crepe place I had one with nutella and was not disappointed. They also serve espresso drinks and tea. Definitely worth a visit!

First time having a crepe and wasnt impressed. Its pretty much a $10 pancake. Its was ok. Their Oreo shake was good. Long wait time for these two items and not really busy. Price is very expensive just as much as a whole meal for two.

Love the place, Manny items to choose from. Top recommend for chocolate and ice cream lovers. The waffles are amazing and customizable the way you wan. Coffee, tea and other drinks are also offered here. You will never regret trying it. Just avoid going on weekends as its super packed.

Place appear to be for a late quiet night chat and deserts, as opposed to Alcohol, night clubs and parties. They get so busy and quality if services drop deastically. Their food is very good, but it is priced high for the size of servings
