I am not one to look up a chocolate shop, but I’ve only heard amazing things about Araya! It’s is so close to my place that I loved when I went in looking for a gift for my friend. They have cocoa bombs available! They’re chocolate selection is delicious. I have to thank Andreina for helping me on my first visit and making it easy for me to select my purchase according to my friends likes. She is really knowledgeable and a true people’s person! If you’re thinking of stopping by at this store and purchasing any product you will not regret it! Specially right now when holiday season is right around the corner!

Amazing! Delicious and tasty chocolates. I had been scrolling thru their website for days since my favorite chocolate store got shut down and boy am I glad I finally decided to go in. From the presentation to the taste everything was incredible. A variety of tasty flavors, so if a bit overwhelmed feel free to ask the lady behind the counter for assistance. She was more than knowledgeable on the chocolate and knew how to pair different chocolates to different taste profiles. The Venezuelan 70% is a must try. A rich dark heavenly nugget 😍. Coconut, strawberry and acai are my favorite so far. Will be back to taste all the other flavors 😋

This place made my daughter’s wedding so unique that everyone asked about the chocolate!! Unparalleled personalized customer service, awesome tasting delicacy chocolate, we don’t have the heart to finish them. My daughter ordered 350 chocolate boxes with their initials on them, they looked too cute on tables and very unique. The staff even sent us a small box extra of amazing chocolates!! Highly recommend Araya, will definitely order from them again!!!

My team was treated to a private tasting of Arayas Artisan Chocolate and it was fantastic. We had a dozen chocolates in our box. Truly a delight, a must try for all you chocolate lovers!

Amazing chocolates, tons of flavors and shipped right to the house (with tons of padding and cooling packs). My favorite was the mango habanero and the 70% Venezuelan! Definitely recommend going in person if you can or ordering online

This is no ordinary chocolate store. They have delicious chocolate but I also love the presentation of it. A great option for a gift. They also offer a few dairy free chocolates. The location in Katy closed so its a special treat when Im in Uptown.

OMG! Worth every dollar! Some THE smoothest chocolates Ive ever tasted. I had the key lime, blueberry cardamom and the orange rum. All 3 were very good. My husband are the Manhattan but I heard it was great! Cute shop, friendly staff. Will definitely be back!

My sons wedding is at the end of this month; it is a tradition for generations to offer chocolates at our parties. My family loves dark chocolate. Due to the Covid restrictions was not able to bring chocolates from Venezuela. Venezuelan cacao is one of the best qualities in the world. Then, a friend living in Houston gave me the contact of Araya Artisan Chocolate.To my great surprise, the people in Artisan are so nice. Their chocolates are handcrafted following the French and Belgian styles using Venezuelan chocolates. They prepared the wedding favors as I required and delivered them to my home in Jersey. Maria supported me, and one of the Owners, Rocco De Grazia, helped with this order.We tested them last weekend before the wedding; we were in heaven. They have the right flavor combination with scrumptious chocolate filled with chipotle or ginger or marzipan or cinnamon or port wine or mango, or passion fruit. I had an incredible customer experience with the folks at Araya. I ordered a special box of chocolates and macarons for my friend’s 50th birthday. The store owner personally handled my request and went above and beyond to make sure my friend was home for the delivery so the chocolates would not melt. My friend was out of town on the delivery day and Araya made sure to deliver after she returned. She was flabbergasted by the unique presentation of the multi-layered box. It’s a killer gift! Everything that I have tried from Araya Artisan Chocolate - Uptown has been phenomenal. The chocolate is some of the absolute best that I have eaten and the food that is made for their catering service makes my mouth water just thinking about it.

My family & I love the chocalates. Plus, I recently gifted a box to my girlfriend who loves dark chocolate for her birthday, and she loved it!!!! It made me feel so good to hear her rave about them for at least a week after I gave her my gift.

Their gelato is delicious and perfect during the summer or our weird, warm, winter weather. The chocolate is my favorite though, so good, all year round - perfect for any occasion.

On the way to starrbux ;) I saw this place and asked them if they served coffee. Ms. Carla said yes, so my colleague and I stepped inside and ordered some coffee/hot chocolate. The attention was wonderful in this intimate and pleasant setting. A small tray is brought to you with your drink and anything else you may want to add to it. My coffee was excellent, and I admit Im quite demanding with my coffee. Good prices, nice hidden little place to enjoy with a friend, date or for a casual work meeting. Will be coming back here soon.

They follow the high-end, modern style of the top Swiss and French chocolatiers: great, surprising flavors of tea or offbeat fruits or spices or margaritas; small chocolates but with intense flavors; colorful designs. Not your plain caramel or coconut-filled chocolates from Russell Stover.

Omg this is my favorite chocolate place ever. I love the new flavors that they come out with. I may have gone a little overboard but it was so pretty and Im an addict. I got 2 boxes of 36 piece chocolates. One for my friends rehearsal dinner. And one for myself. I ate a small bite of each in my box and i have no regrets. (Maybe diabetes)Also I just want to say that the staff member took her time to perfect my order and I sampled so many chocolates and had a sample of pistachio gelato. Delish. I wish I had gotten a macaron mix. But I wouldve eaten all of it. So Im glad I didnt. Haha.

Was excited to find this place, but disappointed in the chocolate. They had me try a few truffles but they all tasted the same. Ended up buying some chocolate covered goods but did not finish them they tasted stale. The search continues!
