I would give 0 stars. Ordered flowers for my parents anniversary. They were not delivered over 2 days. They wanted to deliver 3 days later. The flowers would have been completely dead at that point. Requested a refund. This place is a scam.

I ordered a spray of flowers for a funeral from 1800flowers. The order was to be delivered to the church on the day before the funeral. They were not. I called 1800flowers that evening and they apologized and gave me a full assurance that they would be delivered by 8am on the day of the funeral. They were not. This is a failure at the highest level.Because of Covid, I cannot attend the funeral of my friends father, so these flowers were all that I had to show my respects on his day of mourning. Now I am embarrassed that it appears I did nothing to express my sympathies. This was wholly unacceptable.It was my failing in not calling a local florist directly because I wanted to see what I was ordering. From now on, I will only use a local florist and trust in their opinion to create an appropriate arrangement.1800flowers totally failed me.

Used link at funeral website to order. Expected delivery address and time should populate into the order. After I placed order, I emailed flowers.com to ask the flowers to be delivered by 10 am, otherwise be sent to a residence. Later received a phone call asking WHEN they needed to be delivered. The next day I was informed after the funeral that they werent delivered and they were not able to deliver to the residence on Saturday, but could on Sunday. Later was called again and told they couldnt deliver Sunday, but Monday. The agent told me there were the florist didnt open until 10am Saturday and that was the problem. Seems to me that after communicating the 10 am delivery request that a florist that opened at 8 am would of been contacted or I would of been asked for the residence address. I am very disappointed in the way this was handled. For $100 and $20+ delivery I expected better. I have learned that it is best to work directly with a local florist to ensure that all the details are communicated.

Placed the order on 8/19/20 for Sharis Berries to be delivered on 8/25. On 8/20 I was contacted by email stating I needed to call because they could not locate a florist in the town I was delivering to (there are 3 florists there). I called and was told everything was taken care of and the order would be delivered on time. I checked the website tracking multiple times between then and the date of delivery (8/25) and there was never an indication of a problem. 8/25 comes and goes and there is no delivery. On 8/26 I called to find out why and was ultimately told it was not delivered because the product was out of stock. REALLY, YOU CHARGE MY CARD FOR A PRODUCT THAT IS OUT OF STOCK. PLUS YOU NEVER CONTACT ME TO SAY IT WAS OUT OF STOCK. This company is ridiculously incompetent from the flower services to Sharis Berries to every other product line they have. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!

This 800 BS have a lot of bad reviews for a reason, I had to call 3 times in order for me to get them to deliver my edible arrangement to my wife work place... The costumer service reps are like you are talking to a wall no reaction they are not trying to solve your problem. Very bad experience you need to take care of your costumers better than this 1-800 BS!!

The exact flowers I ordered were delivered in 4 hours which was excellent! However, I had to speak to 4 different people to try and get my receipt sent to the correct email, total nightmare.

I also share the same experience as most of these reviews. Placed an order at 10:30am for same day delivery and PAID for the same day cost. No delivery and no emails. I think this shows how extremely unprofessional 1-800-Flowers is...very disappointed.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my sister as she was fighting covid as a nurse and was infected to brighten her day, and I chose 1-800 flowers. I later regretted this decision. My sister never got her flowers on the promised delivery day which ruined the surprise. 1-800 flowers did resend but like I said, the surprise factor was ruined. They promised to resend and a bigger portion of the bouquet and failed at that as well, sending the original ordered product. This upset me as a promise of upgrade was not honored. After they finally corrected it I chose to give them another chance as I wanted to send my mother flowers for Mother’s Day. The flowers never arrived, I got a confirmation number and they cannot find my order. My mother never got my flowers and I’ve called to speak with customer service multiple times and they are not willing to correct the issue at hand. On top of that they’ve hung up on me while I spent multiple hours of my days yesterday and today on hold. I’m very irritated with the service, if they do not reach out and fix this I will not only not use them but tell others not to use them as well.

After few calls made from myself and my husband, 1-800-Flowers sent another two pack of two dozens roses in 1-2 hours. So I changed the rating from 1 to 4. They did try to make it right for the customer and I understand that to get two pack of 2-dozens of roses on valentines day is not easy. It doesnt change the fact that I was very disappointed and irritated about the first experience. I hope theyll do better quality control in the future. Not everything can be made up afterwards.Thanks 1800flowers to send me two dozens of dead roses on Valentines day! You told me you will deliver New flowers three days later. You told me you will not refund us. No kidding!! Do you think this is the right And fair way to treat your customer??? It Took me an hour to call and get on the phone with customer service. We must Did something really bad in the past to be put in this situation to get punished by you guys!There are so many companies providing this service and we chose your business. Shame on you that your product quality doesnt worth me to give you even this one star! Upon purchasing flower 6/27/20 was set delivery date of 6/29/20.Flowers did not show up no call from business had to call to see what happened was informed the company For delivery was Not responding and guaranteed they would be delivered 6/30/20 was not delivered again and when received phone call was told in a run around sort of way that they could not help me informed them I just wanted money back still was told they could not open order to check delivery. And I had to wait on a call from them after 2 days on something I paid for I have to wait on another call and no sign of flowers out getting money back.

Only gave three because if they had not resent the correct order then it would have been one. My husband spent 124 bucks for a large boutique and a 14.99 bear, balloon, and chocolate. The only thing that was correct was the balloon and chocolate. They are going to resend the correct bouquet Monday. This is in the 77388 zip code in spring, tx

Absolutely WORTHLESS!!! 220PM and flowers are not in transit for delivery to a business. i call to ask who the local florist is to possibly go pick them up and they say they cant disclose that info...how can you not disclose who your florist is when you have a locator on your website giving addresses and phone numbers of them? Do yourself a favor and buy from your local small florist and do NOT support this horrible business.

I paid extra specifically for delivery by 3pm because thats when my loved one was working. Flowers arrived at 4:30 (no Birthday surprise!) and little was done for the trouble. When I called prior to 3pm for status they kept saying they had until 5pm to deliver (even though I paid for early service) and could not reach the local vendor for an ETA. All in all I paid $68 for nothing (big surprise the next day). It was an average looking display as it was, yet cost $68 (with early delivery fee and service fees) You are far better off calling a local florist yourself.

I placed an order to be delivered this morning. It is now 4:30 p.m. No flowers. No updates. No emails. No text messages even though I signed up for them. Then they tell me theyre going to call my wife to let her know to expect the surprise flowers. I do not recommend this company at all. Go with someone local. Someone who cares. If I could give zero Stars I would.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered my mom a bouquet of flowers for her birthday to her work place as a surprise. Did the shipping option from 9am-12pm. Its almost 5pm and its still no where near delivered yet. If she doesnt get the bouquet of flowers before she leaves Im requesting a full refund.

I ordered an arrangement for a funeral and it didnt get there at the time of the viewing. When they did deliver it was completely different than the arrangement I ordered! Called customer service and they didnt believe it was delivered so they had to call the funeral home to confirm they thought I was lying. They tell me the funeral home said it was a nice arrangement and I told them ok but is not what I ordered! He claimed they will send a new one for the service the next day and never did! Very disappointing. Dont waste your money or time with these people.

The prices for the products were already on the high side. Then they hit you with shipping....Despite putting a zipcode in prior to even looking at merch, the shipping prices CHANGED right at checkout time. When I viewed my item, the shipping notes said that items in my items price range could be up to $20 and surprise,surprise...mine happened to be $20. But at checkout it was suddenly $56!! For a $25 item! I clicked on the shipping notes and the same text now said that an item in my items price range could be up to $56 and, shocker, I had again magically been at the max.On top of all of that, the %15 off anything coupon which would have helped soften the blow... didnt work. Said my item wasnt eligible, but gave no reason why.Would not purchase from here again. Shady tactics make unhappy customers.On top of that, the survey they sent me was just some review site where Im required to create an account??? No thanks, Ill just leave my review here where it is relevantUpdate: I think its only fair to note that the items arrived 2 days earlier than the scheduled delivery date. That was 1 nice thing about my experience.

CONSUMER BEWARE!Don’t do business with 1800Flowers.... I placed a order on 02-11-20 that was suppose to be delivered on 2-13-20 so my girlfriend would have valentines flowers in time, once order was placed through 1800Flowers website and they charged my credit card I never received a confirmation email and waited for the delivery day which had came and gone called the evening of 02-13-20 and spoke with three different people in the Caribbean that couldn’t find anything showing I placed a order from my name/phone/and or email address this being said the First Lady that didn’t find anything transfers me to billing which a guy gets on the phone and starts telling me that since the last week has been busy that the 1800Flowers website had been having major problems and many glitches and a lot of orders never got put through but the payment method was charged and then simply says it should be just pending for three days and go back to you’re card and indirectly saying there is nothing he can do about it or help me/make it right!. What’s is the 1800Flowers website from the 1980’s and can’t handle traffic maybe time to close it’s doors if they can’t get it right.. wait wait there is more so the billing guy that could do nothing for me then transfers me to the (SUPERVISOR) this guy gets on the phone and wants me to explain it all again and once I do so he states the same thing the last guy in billing told me and that they have non of my info and starts blaming apple pay due to that being source of payment even though it was their website and it crashing and having glitches that was the issue. So then I ask him how they could make it right since I order the flowers the beginning of the week now we are a day before Valentine’s Day and they were suppose to be here today and didn’t show do to the major issues within you’re company, so he tells me he can’t do a damn thing for me due to no money coming to them because it’s pending with Apple Pay and they didn’t get any of my info because of the glitch that was their fault, ask him even about voucher for flowers or a comp and he said there would be no way for him to do that....AVOID AT ALL COST PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS...

Ordered a large $80 white sympathy arrangement with lilies, mums, and daisy poms. They substituted for lilies, CARNATIONS, AND BABYs BREATH! Made the arrangement look CHEAP and nothing like the picture. This was a sympathy arrangement, I sent a complaint that I should have been notified before they made cheaper substitutions for the same cost. Their email reply was offering to re-deliver the CORRECT arrangement on 2-15-2019! That was the earliest they could offer a replacement, in five months. I will never again use 1800-flowers. Ridiculous.
