A Job Very Well Done!I came in to this store to get my phone repaired after another Repair location outright lied to me about the screen being an original, scratched my phone glass and ghosted me when I wanted to speak to the owner. I Brought my phone in with my parts and the mans fixed it up mighty fast! And was careful too. I will come back to get my phones fixed if need be. The Guy was very helpful and straight to the point. Ill Recommend anyone to this place when they need these services.

Walked in to get my screen fixed for my iPhone 7s. Lady that attended me and asked they guy how much would he charge because clearly she didn’t know what she was doin and he’s like $95 so I’m like ok. Then with taxes it was $110 and I’m like oh Na I don’t have $100 like that. So I asked for my phone back and the lady really didn’t want to give it baxk. I’m like give me my phone. So they guy sees that and jump up talkin bout what wrong and I said I don’t have $100 to spend so he’s like how much u got? And at that moment I was like what u mean first u said this now your trying to play me. Long story short I went down the street and payed $75 flat at Phone Ambulance on 45 by mambos.

They hooked me up with the best deals, they will be concerned of what you bring to their service and they do their best to not make you doubt them

Horrible and disrespectful customer service. A job that they say takes 3-4 hours takes 5-7 days. The manager is never there. Their door says they open at 12pm on Sundays, theyre not here when you try to pick up the phone but try to keep your phone because THEIR credit card machine is broken. Am currently waiting for the police to come to this location because they refuse to give me my phone back.

Fraudelent business. horrible customer service i ever had before, sold me a defective screen to me for $200 & they blamed on me saying i didnt take good care of my phone or might broke bc i put in my buttpocket or purse. now wont take any actions to make it right. Saying no refund or they have the right to refused service to anyone AFTER I ALREADY PAID. Dont go here theyll RIP you of your money blame it on you and tell you to sue them they dont care etc. They also lied about whos the owner was & the products they use. the person i talked to was the owner Henry. & he give me 3 fake names of who he is or whos the owner was! They told me the Samsung screen put on my phone is from Samsung warehouse and thats a big lie because is illage Samsung to sell any products to anyone . Their empolyee also a liar they just have different kinds of lie and wont refund. This place is terrible please do not lie those fake comments and stars to get you go there. I called the cops on them even the cop told me those comments & stars is fake & many people called the cops on them for the same reason. I hope one day they will go to jail of their lies and fraudulent business. Wasted of my MONEY AND TIME .
