Shan’s carpet and tile installed my LVP flooring and did a fantastic job. Everything was done professionally. The flooring is more than I expected. It’s beautiful, I love it! Thank you Shan’s carpet!

One week after the installation, their product started breaking apart all over our house. They refused to answer phone calls to fix it until I promised to pay additional out of pocket retail price for additional materials and labor to fix their mistake. Very poor customer service, Adam will answer the call to take your money and then skip your call to fix his problems he left you with. After paying top money for the repair they left me with seams not connected or level. See photos....its crazy.

Shans Carpets and Flooring have done work for me a few years back and did an excellent work on my rental property. This time they worked on my house which I am absolutely thrilled to see such workmanship. One crew came in to move my furniture, then another to remove the old hardwood and the third to install porcelain floor which imitates hardwood. All very professional and on time. After the work was done, the same crew came to clean, put the furniture back in place.I’ve had friends come over and none could tell the difference between the hardwood floor and porcelain unless they look closely since the shape is exactly the same but more durable. I don’t think I ever go to another flooring store.

Two great stories to share. First, Shans installed carpet upstairs and downstairs in early 2014. They moved all the furniture, removed the builder carpet and upgraded pad and installed the new carpet with Healthy Choice pad, moved the furniture back, cleaned up, did a walk through to make sure everything was done correctly. Was done in a day and the job was fantastic!Family, friends, and guests have commented how super comfortable the carpet was, took off their shoes and they could see their footprint in the carpet; almost like it was memory foam.6 years later, an inept and unprofessional moving company had packed a box with laundry supplies including packing a bottle of bleach without the cap on.They were unloading and took the box upstairs, dripping bleach drops on the carpet on parts of the stairs, part of the landing and part of a bedroom; essentially ruining the carpet.Shans came over and saw the damage and recommended taking the carpet from the master bedroom because the carpet was no longer being manufactured for the damaged areas. In the master, install a carpet that nearly matched the original carpet. The price was very fair.Shans also said that he would send a great crew that knows how to do this job.The crew showed up, saw what was needed to be done, immediately got to it, moved the furniture, master done, landing done, some steps on stairs done, cleaned up, put furniture back, confirmed everything was done right and gone.Even my son said the landing, stairs looked great and the new carpet in the master as well.Thank you Sam and Adam and your great crew!

Sales person was knowledgeable and very helpful. The flooring is very nice and reasonably-priced. The installers were very professional and did a fantastic job. Caution do not over buy materials, the return policy is awful with restocking fees you lose around 40% of your cost and in my case it was over 60% because they will not except returns at all on stair noses which are not an inexpensive item.Im stuck with over $350 of material I no longer need. 5 stars for sales, product and install. 2 stars for return policy they could definitely improve in that area. But overall Im happy with my floors and the stairs are wonderful.

Shans did a magnificent job from start to finish. After getting estimates from several flooring companies, Adam at Shans was the most competitive and most knowledgeable. I got my carpet done about a year and six months ago. The carpet looks fantastic and the guy did a great job. The only concern was he had to take off my door in one of my rooms and I had to call him back to put the door on when he put the door on he barely put it on and the door didnt really work right. Long story short I screwed the nails on myself a little tighter and now it works fine. That was my experience but I love the carpet.

They have installed wood floors and carpet for about ten houses for me. Their work is excellent, and their customer service is second to none. I shopped around for a while before finalizing plans to use Shan’s. They offered the best price, best product and fastest service. What I appreciated most besides the wonderful look of the upstairs/staircase flooring (my house has been transformed for the better) the customer service was by far the best I could’ve asked for. Adam was always professional, as was his crew, and while I shopped around he didn’t “hound” me like others but rather checked in politely. Even when we had a tough time deciding on the final product he met me to go over details on my time. My upstairs was severely uneven from the builder. For ten years we lived with horrible squeaking sounds when we walked. Sales are fast talkers, end up selling you more than needed. They don’t listen to specifics, don’t listen to their customers. Try to work with them to give them commercial work and the logistics were specific which they ignored. At the end of the day I had to move most of the equipment out the room so they could install carpet. The plus is that the installers did due a good job. I have almost two full boxes of carpet tile and one full box of cove base left. Sure they sold it and made money but it was not needed.

Straight forward, prices were as stated no additional fees. Easy to work with and quick installation, our carpet was installed the next morning! Will definitely use in the future for our needs!
