Total waste of time, Customer Service didn’t know anything about selling cars. Called before I drove waaaay to this location and the rep “Louis” said $2500 down in house no credit check. I drive over a hour and they say “Louis” is busy and wasn’t gonna be free while I was at location, typical bait and switch they just want to run your credit to 30 banks and give you inquires. No real In House financing!Total waste of time.Don’t drive here.

I wish I could give them no stars. They don’t know how to do business. The people are very rude in the payment area and they don’t want to hear what you have to say. Back in April they said they were giving breaks due to the virus going around and that they would give you time to pay on your car notes well they lied.. they put late fee with tell you.. then mangers do not know how to do business at all.. do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.. also if something went wrong with the cars they tell you to find someone to fix it

Got my 2019 Nissan Maxima with only 12xxx miles! They were honest and I got the car fax copy before agreeing to any terms. Low payments and super low down of only $1000!! They let me put down $500 to drive off and gave me time for the balance. I was in and out within a hour in a half appreciate the help! I recommend to those looking for a new model vehicle with low miles

Worst place to purchase a vehicle! I bought one a Nissan Rouge, I was making all payments on time until I was laid off due to COVID. I fell behind 1 payment they told me they would wait and they for one payment only. After that I tried to make payments but was that one payment behind. I got sick from COVID and was in quarantine for about a month so I owed them a total of $1,000.00. I was finally able to go back to work but only part time. I called them to ask for some time or a payment arrangement, which they did not even try to work with me. Finally they reposed my vehicle without even letting me know. I went to get my stuff out and they tried to get me to sign a collateral agreement which was in English, (they assumed I did not speak or read English). The lady that translated the document told me one thing and the document said something completely different. They are shady and even one of the employees told me that what they did was wrong and that they have done it to other people.

They have people advertising cars on Facebook market place, tell you X amount down and X amount a month and when you go the person you’ve been talking to is “gone for the day” a bunch of lies. It’s easier to be honest and say she doesn’t even work here only advertises. FYI if your interested in “in house house financing” apart from your down payment you have to pay the taxes and fees of the car upfront.

From the time I walked in Andres (Andy) was pleasant and nice. I told him how much I had and what I was looking for. He admitted they didnt have exactly what I wanted but something close to it. He worked numbers and got me into a beautiful car..😁😁😁 I literally began to cry once approved.. Even though it took a little long, he kept me informed the whole way.. The receptionist Alba was very pleasant and the other manager was funny and nice. My overall experience was great and I will be back to purchase another car from them. I saw the ad on facebook,,The lady Nita that works there Assured me that if i bring $400 down proof of income and bills in my name that i would be approved,,no matter the credit good or bad,,She said just ask for Nita when i get there,,I took out time to get everything she told me to get,,and i drove 1hour to this place Saturday,,,Not only did they Denied me she was not even there!! that was very upsetting! I found the 2012 Infiniti online and inquired with a phone call! The salesman answered all my questions and invited me to come in and test drive. I went to USA Cars Sales the next morning and the car was already detailed and full of fuel. Financing was a breeze and was driving home within an hour. Great customer service!! I recommend this dealership if you are looking for a newer vehicle with low miles and warranty!! They had a lot of vehicles to choose from and everyone was very nice.

They false advertising the down payment price is a joke. I called prior to going up there and they gave me false information and didn’t seem sincere about the situation. They false advertise to bring people in.

I purchased a vehicle at this location 3 years ago along with a $2000 warranty with AmeriPlus for 72 months, were certain services were covered with a deductible. A recent service that I requested required an inspector to come in an approve the service. The inspector noticed that the tires did not have the original size tires and rims that the car needed to have to be covered by AmeriPlus. My warranty was automatically cancelled an service was denied. The only thing I did was get new tires because the ones it had did not pass inspection I did not change the size. This was the way the car was sold to me when I was offered the warranty. It did not meet the criteria that my car had to have in order for this dealership to sell me this warranty. AmeriPlus claims that the dealership knows what requirements the car needs before selling the warranty to the customer. I contacted the dealership spoke to Alex who sold me the car & is now the manager. He admits to the mistake that the old manager did on the contract, but says if any reimbursement/refund is given because of this cancelled warranty that AmeriPlus is responsible for it. Yet AmeriPlus says that refunds are given to dealerships because they sell the warranties not the customer. This dealership is at fault for this whole situation & is not cooperating in finding a solution. As a manager he could at least take the time to call AmeriPlus to get more information since they havent received any notice of the cancellation, but he said the owner will call. I asked if the owner can give me a call to give me a better explanation of what he is able to do to resolve this issue, no call yet its been weeks. Alex did say that the owner said not to talk to me anymore to take legal action if I wanted, very unprofessional. USA CAR SALES is not taken responsibility for their mistakes. This is absolutely the worst place to buy a car. Reviews and customer service are very important in any successful business and should be taken seriously.

It was a waste of time. They let you take the car the first day with a small deposit. I paid $100. They can get you approved for anything but be willing to pay over $400 even $500 per month for a note. (Catch, line, and hook!) The reason I hated it is because I came in saying what I wanted and the price range and Zak claimed he could work with me. In the end, no deal. I wasted a week of my time and could have kept my rental from the insurance. Bummer. However, Gay Family Auto and Carmax are willing to assist me in any way possible. Ill take my $2500 down payment and wait til my $2000 check comes and grab a real deal. Im a student. $400+ is out of my league

The person who helped me was very pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions and I didnt feel like I was being pressured into a sale. Overall excellent customer service.

These are straight up scammers! They advertised a truck for sale that they actually did not have. Despite seeing other reviews on Google saying the same thing I thought I would give the benefit of the doubt and go a hour here anyways since the guy assured me they had the vehicle. Come to find out they dont have the vehicle and try to get you in something else. You are not dealing with honest people here. They also own the car lot across the street called Houston Car Sales 155240 S. Post Oak Road so beware. I would not recommend them or even contact them again. When asked why they advertise and show vehicle they do not have the Customer Service rep said if you dont like it you should not come there. Had I known you didnt have the vehicle I drove a hour there for in traffic I would not have come there. Bunch of fat lazy people is all I see working here. I fear for their health and their attitudes could use some getting in shape as well. This 1 star is too much to give in itself!

Very Shady Place. 4 diff ppl told me I got approved. Then 4 weeks later they call me and say It was a mistake and that I was not approved. They told me to return the vehicle or they would report it stolen. How is that my fault that they let me drive off the lot....On top of that they didnt even offer to figure out a different option. They were so unprofessional about everything. That is not the kind of mistake that anyone should make. Poor service.

This place was a waste of time. Their false advertisement is what landed us there in the first place (no down payment regardless of credit). We were guaranteed to get this or that car by one salesman only to find out later that we actually couldnt. Lack of communication was a problem as well. They were supposed to contact us but no one ever did. We were the ones making all the calls. There was also another customer there that went off on Vivian for false advertising. Thats just something they do to lure you in.

I love this place they were very help full they took along time to get everything done but it was worth it they have a lot of cars that are cheaper then expected. Great place to buy a car.

I scheduled an appointment for that day about 615pm. When I got there, an hour away, they told me they wanted 1200 down. They also told me that the woman didnt work there anymore....I had been communicating with her all day....they lie and lie to get you in and then they say oh, that person doesnt work here anymore

Was told I was approved with no money down on a 2014 Nissan altima. Come to find out after two months of having the car. I never even got approved on the car. Was told to come in and get the car inspected to find out after driving almost two hours from my home. That I needed another cosigner or 3200 down. After being called on the way down there, like everything was all good. To get there and being stranded with no way home. Very unprofessional and crooked. I wouldnt waste time. I also had a friend who put money down and being told she was approved to finding out two weeks later she was never approved and when she brought the car back they had already approved somebody else for it and they thought she was out test driving their brand new car. Ridiculous

But after 3 days lack of communication suddenly your just a nobody because you werent approved, first being given the run around and wasted our time and nobody followed up or kept us informed we had to do all the contacting, then told to wait another day and yet still havent heard back from them even tried texting just to be ignored. Terrible place they lied to my son they told my son that they can get him in a car and after the dealer with you his credit they said that he still have to put a down payment of 1500 and a cosigner for a first time buyer. Then the sale person said that no matter where he go . He will still have to put down 1500 and have a cosigner. I took my son to carmax and he got the without a cosigner and only need to put down 850. So I will suggest to try carmax first. They will work with you then this low down place.

Beware! They act super nice and really want to do anything for you....but that ends once youve bought the car. We bought a truck on July 23rd and traded our car in for it. To this day,August 16,2016,our car still has not been paid off and its being reported on my credit that I missed a payment. They said they sent a payment on August 9th,which was way after we traded the car in,but nothing has been received. Wouldnt you wire or overnight a payment like that?! Also,the truck had not had an oil change or any fluids even filled up. We knew the tires had to be replaced,but they had not done any pre-sales checks on the vehicle. There was trash under the seats,and every fluid under the hood needed filled. So we spent over $1,000 in the first 2 days getting the vehicle in proper condition. Also,we hadnt received our registration sticker or plates,so we called,and they tried to tell us we had to pay $36 to have them shipped to us. Really,$36,we told them we were 3 hours away when we bought the vehicle. The sales guy,Chuck,told us hed drive to us if he needed to. He totally changed his story when we called him. They ended up shipping them to us,well,we have yet to actually receive them even though they were sent out on Saturday. Supposedly overnight! So were driving around with expired paper plate and no tags. The people that work here do not seem to care about the client after the sale is over,or really before. Theyre all about the $$$,their money $$$.

Got there at 11am did not finally leave till 6pm. After having the car for (1)one week it broke down. Not only did the oh so nice finance guy BILLY not help at all, he proceeded to tell me that not only did we not get the warranty he did not make anything on this deal so why would I help. After getting a call days later from our salesman he said hey we are going to help only to transfer me back to who else, Billy. He then says let me get with my manager about getting the car fixed. $2007.48 later Im still waiting on that call back.Avoid at all cost. I wish I would have drove all the way to Conroe to the first dealership that I had spoken with. Dirty sales games.

Well right now all I can say is whenever you go visit USA Car Sales is ask for Hector and tell him that John Turnage Jr referred you to him and only him he will go out of his way to make everything right and get you in a car. Or a truck! Now the people in general including the owner or manager of the lot he will also work with everything he can to get you the vehicle that you want one at leasing a car or truck that you can afford and make plans so you can upgrade. Remember be a name-dropper tell them that John Turnage Junior whered you too talk to him request him by name his name is, Hector Ramirez, and dont forget to tell him who referred you hes a good friend and he will go out of his way to get you what you want including talking personally to his boss to get you in a vehicle that very same day. They stayed an hour over theyre normal closing hours just to work out a deal because I, John Turnage Junior, took it took my nephew to their car lot and they working excellent deal and got him in a nice Nissan Altima I mean fully loaded Nissan Altima 2017. These people will go out of their way to help you any way they can and work with your budget. Remember reference name John Turnage Jr.. and youll get a very sweet deal!!!
