Excellent service today from Kevin! He inspired me to write this review. I find shopping for clothing stressful, and I felt uplifted by my experience.Dad asked me to go to Orvis to get a dog leash last month. He had tried every dog leash he could find for his small wiggly dog. Orvis carries a rope leash that is perfect and she doesnt wiggle lose. On my mission to fetch a leash, I was pleased to see the large selection of shirts that look awesome on Dad. It inspired me to freshen up his wardrobe too. He looks excellent! The female staff person on that day rescued me as I was loading up my arms. She too was kind and respectful.Today I went to return the two that didnt quite work and left with clothes for me this time. Thank you!

Crazy good service and help

I bought a pair of Orvis Silver Sonic waders. The purchase was about 5 or so years ago. The salesperson explained the warranty when I purchased and that it was comparable to Simms warranty. If they started to leak they would repair or replace at no charge as long as they were not abused or obviously damaged. Fast forward to today. The warranty has changed and I will be charged $40.00 for repair or replacement. I explained the above but to no end. Short story spend the $75 and buy Simms. When you spend this much on waders you should expect them to honor original warranty and take care of the customer, clearly that is not the case.

I had a great experience in the store today! I was greeted quickly by Jose at the Houston Orvis store. I had several questions about flies and gear for upcoming trips and he was able to all answer them all. I enjoyed getting to learn new things about the sport, as he was very knowledgeable the products and so much more. I will definitely shop here again.

Dismissive. Mostly unhelpful. Tried to get a gift card and they said, we might lose it. Horrible service. Might as well have said, We dont like making money or taking care of our customers. Called on 10/5/2020 1:10PM.

Good selection of fly fishing equipment from rods, reels, lines & leaders to flies and tying materials. Ive had a good experience with most of their products over the years. Their customer service is top notch on the rare occasion when a product doesnt perform.

I called this store from Denver, CO to check if they had a specific item in a specific size. This was just a few days before christmas and was a last minute gift. They agreed to next-day air my item free of charge, and also honored a $25 mail coupon over the phone. Item arrived on time and staff was extremely helpful. Will definitely be stopping in next time Im in Houston.

Lots of great dog related products: including a broad variety of dog beds and custom embroidered dog collars with dogs name and your phone number in 1 inch numbers!

Outdoor everything really nice place great prices

People at the store are very polite and helpful, but store have almost nothing for women, whose order something online but didnt like what received, went to syore to check other models or other clothes but was busy a limited section of women clothes.
