Gear is fine... no problems there. Customer service and processes are non-existent. I called multiple times for updates and never received and acceptable answer (even from a manager). Packages with 2 day shipping were lost and no refunds given. Gear was eventually received but not in the required timeline.Issues were eventually cleaned up... just took way to long for issues to be resolved.

CHECK YOUR MRE. I was told they were new packages and I looked up the dates. I was given 2017 mreS loose packets. That is not sitting well with me. Thank goodnes i didnt buy whole box of them. The instant heat pouches didnt work on two of spakco brand.

My Army son needed a new PC with name and rank sewn on. They had they had the correct camo pattern and were able to resolve his needs while we waited. Customer service was very good. While watching, I was impressed with the amount of custom embroidery and sewing they perform. I highly recommend this business.

Love these guys, bought some standard issue from them for my personal equipment. Now Im getting some older stuff that isnt standard issue anymore, but still great to have for any situation. Thank you and keep it comming.

Great workers here. They have and excellent selection of tactical clothing, shoes, boots and outdoor gear. Backpacks, messenger bags, and overalls, pants, tarps, and tents. And its not just in camo anymore. They have a wide variety of colors, fabrics and combinations.My only disappointment was that they didnt have any metal cans for long term emergency storage of gasoline or diesel.They had simply sold out! They should have those back in stock soon.

Cool stuff in this store! I went in for my first time and I wanted to buy so many things that my wife had to get me out before I kept buying more quality items.

This is an excellent place. The people working there were very helpful and the store was chock-full of military and camping clothes, camping equipment, duffel bags, tool belts, and more. I went there to buy metal gas cans for long term gasoline or diesel storage since the freeze storm hit Texas. Unfortunately, lots of other people had the same idea. They had sold out but the store had ordered more. Lots of other stuff there looked very useful.

Purchased on line. Communication was great, shipping was quick, item package well. Will order again from this business.

Send a pair of pants back due to wrong size and they were to credit my credit card on March 9th. Informed me that it takes 48-72 hours to get the credit which would have been March 12th at the latest. I called today to let them know that I did not get the credit. The person I talked to said well I credited your card on the 9th. I asked if it can be ran through again because it did not post. She said that it cant be done again. I called the credit card department and talked to someone in the Dispute Department and she called this company and she, I and two of Army Surplus employees were in a conference call. The credit card company rep .info informed Army Surplus that she didnt see a credit on her end. Didnt make a difference to Army Surplus. I was told that they will have to have a person in processing to check it out. ImI to call back tomorrow.

Ordered from them twice. The first it took them almost 2 weeks just to ship. The second, I had to cancel my order because what I ordered wasnt even in stock (website said it was). Im still waiting for my money to be returned. My advice, find somewhere else. They have forgotten that its the customers that keep them going. And you can find better and cheaper someplace else.

Finally I found a place that sold everything I need for security. The only thing I didnt get was magazines which they do not sale from what one of the people that work there told me. I recommend this place if your just getting into armed security and dont know what you need.

This a nice business that sells new and second hand military items. You will also find additional items like books, hats, stickers and support paraphernalia. Great place to shop. And you might meet a couple of other soldiers who have or are currently serving.

My son really wants to dress up as an army service member for Halloween. We looked at costumes at our local Halloween store and they were so cheaply made. My son, loves to play in his costumes long after trick or treating so I decided getting him real fatigues was a better idea. I just received pants, top, tactical vest, combat boots, hat and patches from Army Surplus World yesterday. Wow! They are so well made and when my son got home, he put them on and I couldnt get him to change until bedtime! He looks amazing and I know that he will use these clothes far beyond 10/31 this year! Nerf gun parties will never be the same! Will definitely be buying from them again! Did I say how well the boots are made? They look awesome!

I ordered the Personalized Digital Marine costume for my daughter for Halloween. I dont order online much so I was nervous however when I called before ordering they were very helpful. My order shipped quickly and when we received the costume we were extremely excited and happy of the quality of this product. Great quality and customer service.

A truly surplus army store. Decent selections prices above average, limited sizes in some items.

Prices for used items are more expensive than can be bought brand new. Being the only customer in the store, I could not get a single employee to assist me. I am 100% positive I was at the correct location listed, and I wrote this review while sitting in their parking lot. It is not an erroneous review, and I will not remove it. The owner says he has tried to contact me to no avail, however I have not recieved any correspondence from them except their reply to this review.

The atmosphere is relaxed. The merchandise is laid out in an organized fashion which mashes finding items easy. I had dog tags made for 50 people. Although they told me it would take a few days, they had them ready the next day. Great service!

Dont come here theyre closed for some reason !!!!! Atleast they could answer their phones or have a voicemail mail saying theyre not open (seen employees walking inside the store ) Ive visited 3 times already in separate occasions at different times while theyre hours open and nope closed . Another idea, if youre closed for a while update your google to say temporarily closed. Wasted gas.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID - DISHONEST AND DECEITFUL - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered three childrens hats from their web site. The web site specifically said childrens hats. I received one childrens hat and two adult hats. Customer service insisted they sent the correct items. Explain to me how adult hats can be advertised as childrens hats. They refused to ship the correct childrens hats and refuse to pay for return postage. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.Just look at their response tells you all you need to know.Basically saying, Nope, not our fault. Told you so. Its all on you. Better luck next time. Sorry.
