Very professional with same day installation. I called Friday & discussed with Daniel around 9 am & 1 pm the installer Peter was here. Peter was great - not pushy, exact price Daniel quote. The only thing I wished Peter or Daniel would have told me is that the battery backup takes a while to charge up & who to call if it decides to yell at me. Around 7 pm Friday - the key pad kept over & over verbally telling me a low battery message. I tried calling Fort Knox - through multiple #’s google found only to here that it was after hours & they are closed. Once I realized it was Alert 360 I needed to call - they were able to silence this message for the evening. All in all though - 5 star. Note there is a 3 year contract & it auto renews if you do not let them know otherwise before it auto renews. Well change my stars - next night - Saturday - all the same - low battery message screaming at us & alert360 wanted me to disconnect & reconnect the transformer to the main keypad - which by her notes was located in the kitchen - but it wasn’t - once again would have been nice to know where this is. Ok - all is good again - Monday 1st thing Ryan called & discussed problem we had over the weekend & before noon Peter came out - showed me where the transformer is located (not in the Kitchen) & replaced the transformer with a new one. Back to 5 stars !!!!

Super Fast, Super Easy. They were able to provide a quick quote over the phone and have someone come out the next day and set everything up in an hour. Charles was our technician and he was awesome very knowledgeable, and friendly. I had ADP and Smith and Thompson come out and take one look at our board and immediately tell me that I need a brand new set up and will have to pay upwards of $400 up front. Charles from Fort Knox instead figured out how he could make it work with our existing system. Great company! 5/5 recommend!

I want to say that my experience with Fort Knox Security Service has been nothing short of spectacular!! I am so glad that I found them during my search for another​ new security company. I was previously with the most widely known security company (whose name I wont mention) for almost 11 years. When I asked to get my old alarm system upgraded to wireless in order to get rid of my landline they gave me the run around and wanted to charge me a exorbitant amount just to upgrade. They wanted to retain my business but just couldnt offer me a decent price to stay. After doing a Google search I found Fort Knox and they had this awesome special of $0 installation and $0 activation! How could I pass them up? I spoke with Seth who was so wonderful in helping me to select the plan that was best for my home. He assured me that I would be very happy with their service. On Saturday they sent out Mike to install the system who was very professional as well as knowledgeable about switching out my old system to the new one. He arrived in an unmarked truck (which I really liked), came in and installed my new system within a couple hours and made sure I understood how to use and was comfortable with the unit before leaving. I am so happy with my new system! Thank you Fort Knox for your superior service!

He showed me his system and he had at his home which was good to see he owned the product. I am hoping my 1st experience with them will continue just as good as I move forward with the company down the road.

Buyer beware! The unbelievable pricing they advertise along with the freebies will not come into fruition. Very aggressive customer service reps too. You can tell the culture is all about numbers and sales rather than quality and people. Would not recommend.

Unequivocally recommend Fort Knox to anyone looking for home security.After getting tired of my current security company hitting me with continual price increases I decided to call around for a new home alarm business. I called Fort Knox around 9:00am and had a technician in my home by noon. Im impressed with the service so far and the rapid response. The reason for 3 stars is that I specifically asked if I would be able to arm/disarm the system being installed with my cell phone. I was told on the initial sales call that I would be able to control the arming/disarming of my alarm with a web site or App. The technician said it isnt true. If I wanted that feature that I would have to pay more per month than agreed. This even after I agreed to upgrade my keypad and pay more than the original quoted cost. Just be careful with what youre being told and what you actually get.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They will argue with you on the phone, if you have a problem. The only thing that they offer is to send a technician out, and nothing ever got fixed. I moved and they continued to charge me for the old location as well as the new one, then put the blame on me, because they do not communicate between departments. They also refused to escalate my claim to let me out of my contract. Each department doesnt communicate with the other, and they dont really monitor your system. Two of my cameras have been out for at least a week and I never received a call or anything from them. After about 2 months of this back and forth, I was finally able to speak to someone in the office of the CEO and they finally let me out of my contract without penalty or further payment. It was an absolute nightmare. I would suggest another company, as this company only offers Wi-Fi, and it is not a very good system.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!Ben Obi-Wan Kenobi: This is not the security company youre looking for.Total bait and switch with circa 1980s used car sales tactics. I will try and keep this brief. Throughout the initial negotiations, the salesman put me on hold more than one time to, speak with his manager, about getting a certain deal. We finally agreed on terms, and I confirmed the package and price a few times with him before moving forward and setting up the install. The installer arrived (super nice btw), but didnt have the deal or price the salesman told me we were getting, and didnt have on hand the extras we requested, as it wasnt in his notes, either. The salesman called me shortly after to tell me that the price had gone up $10/month and that his manager wouldnt let him sell the previous package at the price we had agreed upon. BUT, before we set up the install, the salesman put me on hold so that he could ask his manager! In hindsight, I think the salesman simply put me on hold, spun around in his chair a few times, took a couple licks off his blow pop, then came back on the line to say his manager approved the deal. I do not do business like this, nor should you. Keep shopping. There are better deals and companies out there with a higher code of ethics and better business practices.

I have been researching my security options, and calling companies for weeks. I called Fort Knox yesterday and decided they were the right company for us. Mark installed our system and he did a really great job, was very knowledgeable and was concerned with putting our sensors in the correct place, but also making it look nice. He took the time to explain the system and I have never had an alarm company do that before. I would definitely recommend Mark and Fort Knox. I am going to sleep so peacefully tonight knowing our house is secure!

Jose Salazar was excellent! He explained the system very well and did a fantastic job of installing everything quickly and cleanly. I interviewed several home security companies, and he was the best to work with. He came across as very honest and low-pressure, and spent a lot of time talking about all of our options. My wife and I are already loving our system. So easy to arm and disarm the system from our cell phones! Plus for the monthly price we are paying, it is the cheapest we’ve come across. I am on the board for our neighborhood civic league and called to speak to a Mgr about enlisting the services and possibly purchasing security products from Knox Security Systems for our subdivision here in Houston.The gentleman who answered the call was UNBELIEVABLY RUDE. Before he would transfer the call, he wanted to know what it was regarding. He died understand what I wanted and immediately dismissed my call and said that the dept that I needed was Marketing, and that they are not interested. I tried to explain to him that my call is not a sales call, yet and still asked to speak to someone in marketing...anyone! He refused to transfer me told me that absolutely no one was available. I asked to be transferred to marketing to leave a message, he again said no and that I was tiring up his line for customers. He told me that I was being very rude. I asked him if there was ANYONE in the office available to speak with me, he said to speak with you? NO! Mark offered promotions to our package that didn’t cost anything out of pocket. I’m glad I went with this company and feel the customer service has been great so far!

First of all, I’ve never left a negative review, but I’m so disappointed with the service that we have received from this company that I feel the need to share.1 - The first day of installation we were supposed to have cameras, a security system and fire detector installed and a technician (with NO certification to actually install the fire detector) was sent to our house. He also claimed to not have enough time to install the cameras that day, so only the alarm system was installed.2 - We rescheduled for a different day between 5 and 6 PM. Around 7:30 PM that night we realized that the technician was not coming as we received NO phone call. The next day the sales manager, Ryan, called and apologized for their incompetence.3 - Our fire detector was finally installed a few weeks later and the very next day, as we were traveling out of town, our phones notified us that it was offline and malfunctioning. We were told it may be the batteries, so when we returned home we replaced them - This did not fix the issue, so we were told to remove the device until a technician could come, leaving our house unprotected for almost a week.4 - A technician finally arrived to replace the faulty alarm and, when testing the alarm, did not have it in test mode and actually called the police. He left in a hurry, and three officers just showed up at our door (a few minutes after he had left) saying the panic had been triggered. Now we’ve been trying to get ahold of Fort Knox and no one will answer the phone.VERY disappointed in this service. We highly recommend that you look elsewhere for a security provider.

My wife and I decided to switch security companies after paying a ridiculous amount each month for a system with less features. Chance with Fort Knox did an outstanding job of explaining the features and coordinated the install! The install by Juan was excellent and he showed up on-time! Very happy so far!!!

While the security system, cameras, video doorbell installation and monitoring are at a very affordable price, the technician that came and did the install gave us a negative experience. He was clearly in a hurry, was rush, rush the whole time he was at our property. Such that he was extremely disrespectful to our stuff. When he went in and out he slammed doors. He disrespectfully just moved our stuff aside, knocking things over and off tables multiple times. When I and my wife commented he pretty much brushed us aside. Has we not been anxious to get the install completed and monitoring started we would have asked him to leave and set a new appointment with a different technician.
