So far so good. Easy to use app to control system. All of us (3 family members) received all of the alerts message immediately upon alarm being triggered. I like the fact I can add to the system as I want. And the best part is no monthly fees.

This is a wonderful product. We feel safer knowing that we have control over our own protection in our home. Once you set it up, you can use your remote control or your phone (I have an iphone). We like using our phone to see through our cameras and to arm it. We use the stay mode at night and that is another way to feel safe.This system is very easy to set up for someone like me who dont know much about technology. Their installation video is very helpful, it shows how to set up the system step by step and is very easy to follow.

I wanted a simple system with notifications with no other cost (monthly fee). I wanted to have a notice if a door opens (not an alarm, just a beep), get notifications when Im out if a sensor is activated etc. And I dont want to pay for an extra service, just the original cost. iSmartSafe does all of that and its simple. And customer service is great. I’ve contacted them via email and phone and had great experiences each time.

I already have iSmartSafe home security system for a couple months. So far everything goes well. The system acts as expected. I (and family members) can get the instant alert from my cellphone when the the alarm is triggered. Recently I just added a iSmartSafe Video Doorbell. It is great! Now I will never miss a guest no matter where i am. I get an instant alert when people push the doorbell or the motion is detected. Two-way communication is great. no noise! and video is so clear!

Purchased this security system for my sister. Easy install and everything works smoothly. No reason to pay $30-60 per month in monitoring fees. Quickly pays for itself. Easy to add additional sensors, sirens, cameras and other equipment.

Received my order today, inventoried all parts and found sealed boxes with the additional 5 window/door sensors ordered, and then two included in the box with the alarm/keypad box as well as an additional motion detector. Called, CS rep assured me they would ship missing sensors two-day delivery. Good so far! Ten minutes later called back and explained of the five sealed sensor boxes four had two sensors each and the fifth box had only one sensor, so I in fact had what I ordered. Opened the five identical boxes and found it as he stated. So, ended up with what was ordered, but cartons need some quality control work. Will update my review after I get the system installed.

This system is a great DIY home alarm system. With the installation video, the system is so easy to setup. I finished the setup and placed the sensors in the desired location in less than an hour. The system is really wireless! No monthly fee and no contract (say bye-bye to my old system -ADT). Also, I was very impressed with the customer service I received. I highly recommend this system.

Overall the system is good and easy to use. It is totally wireless, and i install it by myself. The cellular control and smartphone app feature are the one i like most. Pet immune motion detector also fits me since i have a pet at home.

I get an instant alert notification from my phone when the alarm is triggered. And then I can view the camera to see who is inside my house. Most importance: No monthly fee, No contract fee.

I bought iSmartSafe security system to replace the ADT system I had for years. The system along with four contact sensors replaced what I had from ADT. The cost of iSmartSafe system and year of monitoring was less than six months of monitoring from ADT. The instructions and phone app walk me through the setup. It was painless and completed in about 15 minutes. I set up everything on my table to go through the registration process. Once done, I installed all the components where the old hardware was. iSmartSafe includes everything you need to mount (double-side tape and screws) all the components.
