I want to say thank you to Eliza in customer service for helping me with the order of new replacement for a bent screen. I had called numerous people in attempt to solve this issue but only got the run around, but Eliza did a wonderful job of resolving the issue. Her customer service skills need to be recognized for coming to a quick resolution when no one else could. Thank you Eliza for your great customer service!!!

They dont provide any service or take your calls. It always goes to voice and no one responds back. We got their windows through the builder just 2 years back. The window seal is leaking and they are not taking any actions or responding to my calls or emails.

Good place to pick up, in less than 1hours loaded and ready to go.

Its ok I have family that works there and they give a change to a lot of people the opportunity to work there and make a living

If I could give them no stars I would! Like other reviewers have said, their window quality and warranty coverage is beyond poor! Their customer service also leaves much to be desired. I own a Perry Homes house that was built in 2013. I am not the original owner. Several windows are failing with haze in between the double panes and mold growing in between the glass. I called Perry and they directed me to BFS as they said the windows would be still be under the 10 year warranty with the manufacturer. I was informed by BFS that they would not cover the windows because I was not the original owner. It speaks volumes of a company and their quality of work when their windows fail before 10 years and they can’t back up their work within that time frame. From other reviews, it appears this happens frequently. Buyer beware!

This place is not good. No one stays here to work because of the stuff you have to go through and thats why i left this place. Management and HR arent great.

If you are planning to buy windows from this company and then sell your home in the near future, please know that their warranty will not transfer to the new owner of your home. This could be pretty important to the buyer of your new home. We have 3 large double pane windows in our home from this company which the seals are defective and we are needing to replace. I would look for a company that stands by their product with a transferable warranty that makes a better quality product than Builders Firstsource.

Wonderful windows! Great quality and I get a lot of compliments on them, I have bought their windows over four times at each time I have added on to my house...

Worst windows ever. builder put those windows in our new house. We hear everything. They are double pained and do not block our any noise. I wish we were given another choice when we build our house because I would never use their windows. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Called them to let them know how noisy our house is with their windows and they could careless.

DONT buy windows from this place. HORRIBLE quality !!!! I have had 3 windows fail to date. I fully expect this trend to continue. Covered by warranty yes, but you must pay a labor charge each time. Same failures (tint failure) . I would understand cracked windows due to movement. But this is PRODUCT QUALITY issue. Stay away from this window manufacturer. My next mission will be to blog builder web sites. So the message is clear for everyone to see when making a purchasing decision. SERIOUS QUALITY ISSUES !! It doesnt earn a 1 star... but you cant post otherwise. BUILDERS And CUSTOMERs be aware !!! I will start posting on Builder Web Sites....

Theres nothing to like about Builder First Source. I have called several times to get them to at least look into a manufacturer defect with their line of windows. They have the most hands OFF warranty Ive ever seen. They say their warranty only covers a manufacturer defects and the glass. Lol funny because 3 separate experts have told me that my window has a manufacturer defect. Builder source says well how would my expert know? Uhhh, maybe because they are experts. Ive called and left messages for Vanessa and Angie, who both work in their warranty dept. And Vanessa is the manager and she has never returned a call. Go Figure! I would suggest Builders and Consumers to make sure they not use Builders First Source for anything. Buyers Beware.

Window quality is horrible, they do not last. The parts in the sashes dry rotted in just 12 years. All of my windows have glazing failure as well. To top it off they do not offer replacement parts they will only refer you to a contractor.

Greedy company only look out for themselves in the end. Also treat workers as if they were slaves no sympathy for the fact the have there own lives out of work

AVOID. Terrible customer service and products. One window developed a crack, they dont offer repairs, agreed to provide a replacement under warranty if we paid for labor, but then would not return my calls or emails or answer the line to set up the appointment. Now finally the pane has broken, and there is dangerous glass in my childrens bedroom. We used them for complete replacement of our home windows, never got screens for 4 of them despite many calls, 3 times they sent someone to measure and either didnt make/deliver them, or they were completely wrong.

This is a very terrible pace to do business with my new Gehan Home was built with widows from this place. The screens do not fit my windows well and bugs come in. I asked for them to come out and fix the issue. They sent a technician that stated the large gaps between my screen and the window frame are within tolerance. I need the issue fixed not told that issue is not an issue

Was asking the fat lady at the desk a question and she very rude her attitude stinks she very rude i havent been here this long and i already have a bad feeling all because the Front desk lady is rude you can tell how a company is and how they carry them self by there staff and empoyees the worker are very nice the fat lady at the desk is rude

The turnover rate is high and the heat is high!

I bought around 100 windows for my house here and about 7 of them water leaks inside when it rains... I wouldnt recommend this place
