My salesperson Remus was professional, knowledgeable, and made my purchase extremely comfortable. I emailed ahead about the availability of a car online and Remus reached out to me. He gave me all the information I was looking for. He never pressured me or pushed me towards anything, he just gave me information and made himself available to help in anyway he could. I made a last minute appointment and Remus and the car were ready when I arrived, again not pressuring me but just willing to help if needed. I ended up making the purchase and overall very happy with my decision to come to Greenway. I can not more highly recommended Remus, he was great.

We purchased a car from here Saturday, and Remus was our sales person. He was patient, honest and knew what he was talking about. He walked us through all the car features before the test drive. He educated us even more about the different car models we were considering. We are thoroughly happy with out purchase and recommend you ask for Remus when you come to buy! They don’t have their website updated (that’s what the guy in the reception said) and even if you call to confirm if a vehicle it’s available they won’t tell you it’s not. This is the second time I drove 40 mins to get a car from this place. Whoever is in charge of marketing isn’t doing his job.

I have NEVER had a bad experience here, and Peter is the best service advisor out there!!! He communicates clearly and effectively making sure you are always updated on anything and everything. I always feel confident that my car is in the best hands here and that Peter and the service team will get things done efficiently and quickly!

Was a Sewell customer for years and enjoyed great service. Bought a Mercedes from Greenway last Summer. Today, needed emergency service due to an oil leak and tried to schedule immediate service. Nothing for 3 days abs no loaner availability....nor would they arrange a 3rd party rental. They simply do not care! Booked an appointment at Sewell Mercedes on Hwy 6. Got in right away, got a loaner and got treated with class. AVOID GREENWAY if service means anything to you.

I bought a car from this dealership in late December 2019. The salesman was very cordial and nice, however, the car that was sold to me had an interesting smell to it. I wasnt sure what it was exactly but, as time went on and I thought about it, I feel as if an animal may have peed in the car prior to the sell. I have been trying to get rid of the smell for 4 months now, and it still exists no matter what I seem to do. I would never buy from this dealership again. Other than this salesman, everyone else was pretty rude and uppity and did not want to take the time to talk to me, despite them not really knowing who I am, and how much money I have. Would not buy from them again.

Very disappointed with the used car department. I called the dealership last night about a car on their website listed for $19,300. They worked up a drive out price for me, I liked it so went to look at it today. I spent two hour with the sales person looking at and driving the vehicle. I told him I would take it and to work up the numbers with my trade at which time he then told me the price they gave me yesterday was a mistake and wanted to raise the price by $4,000 to $23,300 and could not honor the price from last night. Thats bad business.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! walked in and request for a sales agent.. No one came to help for almost 30 minutes. Even though we wanted to purchase the car we just decide to leave due to the horrible service. Not recommending this place to anyone.
