I was a loyal customer for 8 years until today. Last few visits the lady (owner) has been rude. You ask her questions and she gives you attitude. I called to ask simple oil change question and she sounded irritated/annoyed that I even called. After she realized that I was getting defensive she wanted to safe face but it was too late. Told her I didnt like how she spoke to me and hung up. I let things slide but its been back to back.

I was very impressed with the level of service at this Mayco location. I went in for an oil change and they were super affordable and i was out in 20 minutes! Would highly recommend to anyone whos looking for a quick job well done.

I would give them 6 stars if I could! Theyre very reliable and fast. I come here for all of my inspections, oil changes, engine light problems, brakes, and more. The staff is very friendly, too!! Angel and Gina are great.

BEST PLACE TO GET EXHAUST DONE - Went to 6 shops in my area before finally ending up at them. They were the most competitive price wise and by far the most professional. Also very fast. Other shops were wanting to charge about double

My catalytic converter got stolen Monday night and on Tuesday afternoon(next day)called these guys and asked them if they could replace it before they close, it was 4pm and they close at 6 and they said yes, got there and a very polite lady greeted me, they took my car and 5 mins later got an estimate(very reasonable price!) i agreed and they started working on it. Of it wasn’t because they had to order an O2 sensor i could’ve been out in 30 mins but had to wait like 1hr no big deal. My check engine light has been off and the car good again. Highly recommend these guys not only because they are honest and do a good job but also because they give you temporary options in case you don’t have the money needed for the work.

As a business owner myself, when I called this shop the customer service was great and helpful. I got a dual in dual out muffler installed. I went in and was helped immediately and was shown some product that would work for my truck, so I picked it out and they started right away. The installer and the gentleman up front even showed me what it would look like by holding it up to my truck. You wouldn’t be wrong by going here ever, this is a great place and I would use them in the future 100%

Excellent service and very helpful staff. I have had inspections and four wheel alignments done for both my vehicles and the work has been performed very quickly and at very good prices each time. The waiting room is small, but very clean and you can see that the service area is well laid out and very clean and neat. Would recommend for any work that they can perform.

Amazing customer service!! Brought in my Volkswagen last minute for an oil change and brakes. They were able to get the process going quickly and the car was done before I knew it for a great price. I have a 1994 Pontiac Trans Am GT. I needed a new state inspection sticker but every shop I contacted their machine was broken. I found Mayco Muffler and I am so happy I did! I needed a short in my turn signals fixed and brake pads. They performed the work quickly and it was extremely reasonable. They took very good care of my car which is very important to me. I will definitely take my car back to Mayco on Hillcroft and I am looking forward to it!!!

Hare Repair recommended that I get new catalytic converter done here, and they did a great job. In and out in less than an hour! Very clean cool shop! Everybody that works here is nice. Also very smiley which is always great

Nice clean place. Stopped in here for an inspection. 1 guy in the garage. Phone ringing off the hook. Stood around for awhile, looked down the hall into the break room. 2 guys eating and watching tv. Guess breakfast was more important than business. Left and went else where.

I took my car to fix P0420 code. I told them to check the real reason for P0420 code and then replace the catalytic converter only if that is the issue. I had already brought them a new catalytic converter. They confirmed that it is a catalytic converter issue and charged me for labor alone.I asked for them to give the old converter and was told no. Next day i got P0420 code again and when i took it dealership they told it is due to exhaust leak and fixed it. Now i am starring at loss of 500 dollars due to wrong diagnosis and incompetent work.EDIT : Issue was due to leaking flex pipe and not catalytic converter as per dealership and now i dont have CEL light after changing flex pipe

They did a good job on my truck. The only thing I disliked was that over the phone I was quoted 120 and at the shop I was quoted 150 for the same job.

I went to Mayco for a dual exhaust on a 2011 Camaro with 8 cylinder. The guy recommended I put a flowmaster and he put two and did a great job! The vehicle has more horse power and better performance with a deep sound!
