I must say that this place is amazing! Mu service was 6/5/2021 so i waited until everything healed before taking the picture. It is 6/29 and my tattoo looks as good as it did the day i got it. Sky was my tattoo artist she was pleasant professional and very focused. She listened to my concerns and my vision and brought my dream to life!! I will be back!

Houston Tattoo and Brows Studio gave me by far my favorite tattoo and tattoo experience so far.. I went in with a general idea of what I wanted done and they helped me design a concept that worked perfectly with my other tattoos and looked even better than I imagined. The artist who did my tattoo is extremely professional and the tattoo itself is flawless. The healing process was super easy and I cant wait to go back and get another tattoo.

BELIEVE the bad reviews you’re reading. There is a reason there are too many of them!The way they talk to people is just HORRIBLE. You are paying for a service, and they treat you as if they’re making YOU a favor! Like what??I was very very surprised by the rudeness, I just could not believe how bad it was, one of them was literally yelling at us, for making questions? Not okay. POOR COSTUMER SERVICE AND A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

I was so excited to get a tattoo done by Zoey, as I have followed her Instagram for some time now. Made the leap in June to make an appointment and I made it for October 23, 4 months later. I send the deposit, my design ideas, the size I wanted, and everything to the phone number on her Instagram. I asked to have the tattoo be done by Zoey. 3 months go by and I ask if I can come in to design the tattoo with Zoey and someone responded saying no, they make the design on the day of the appointment.Skip to today, I get there at 10:40, by appt is at 11. I walk in and no one greets me. Someone tells me to sit down. a few minutes later I am asked if I sent pictures, I said yes like 2 months ago (forgetting I made the appt in June, I thought I made it like 2 months ago, not 4.) They did not have the pictures, so I had to find new ones. The guy, who was not who I asked for, or made an appt for, started creating the design. He was very rude, unhappy, and seemed irritated he had to create my tattoo. He started to create it and I ended up drawing the rough draft because he did not understand. He had an attitude the entire time, and it felt like it was a burden to be a tattoo artist and create a design for a paying customer.Every time he showed me the image, something was not right or he did not do what I asked and purposefully exaggerated things when I asked for something to be bigger or smaller. He kept getting mad, so then I asked if he was going to be tattooing me and he said I dont know, maybe. I said well I asked for Zoey when I made the appt. and he said well this is too complicated, you are too picky and he stormed outside to smoke a cigarette, and Zoey did the EXACT SAME THING. I asked for my deposit back, as they refused to even finish creating the design since it was too complicated. They gave me my money back and did not once apologize or seem sorry for wasting my time. I asked why I wasnt told at the beginning that the design was too complicated when I made the deposit and they did not have an answer and I said well I am not going to just copy someone elses work for my tattoo. I came here expecting a new design to be made since you are tattoo ARTISTS. Very bad experience, and will NEVER recommend it.

They have terrible professionalism. They aren’t sanitary either. He did not wear gloves when applying the stencil or shaving my arm which he did not do properly. While getting my memorial tattoo every change I wanted made they got an attitude with me. Then seeing the outcome of my tattoo it looked nothing like the photo I gave them. It has random shapes on it and missing vital things. It’s awful. When I asked them if I could get it fixed they got angry with me and said there’s nothing wrong with the tattoo and there’s nothing they could do. They won’t even add what was missing. Believe all the bad reviews. If your tattoo is not basic do not go here. I paid almost 400 for a small tattoo and they won’t even fix what they messed up.

I had come in for an appointment today at 11am. and we spent an hour practically arguing with the “artists”. I paid $50 in a week advance and had given them several reference photos of what Me, my sister and cousin wanted. We wanted the three trick-or-treaters from the nightmare before Christmas. We told them the style color and other details we wanted. And they were unprepared and had several other appointments that showed up at the same time they never even had my appointment set up. Then they were photo shopping the reference photos and when I asked if we could get a sketch to see what it would look like to see if It was what we wanted one of the other artists went off on me. She angrily told me that they couldn’t do that unless it was for sure what we wanted. I believe that it shouldn’t be a fight between an artist and a client to see a sketch of what might be on your skin forever. I began to cry because she had gone off on me and this wasn’t just one employee. One was doing the photoshop being difficult and another one was going off on me and the reception I first talked to didn’t know how to set up the appointment or look it up or anything. It looked to me that the other clients had a photo of exactly what they wanted and they had made a literal copy of the picture and tattooed that. So if u want a block headed “artist” that can’t be creative or can’t work with their client and sketch out their art for you then you should come here.

Paid 400$ for 2 tiny memorial tattoos to my recently deceased father for my husband and i plus a 100 tip for his tattoo artist and $100 to mine, if you can call her that and its horribly faded over paid for my husbands too. Im very unhappy and this is the second time this has happened and I tipped over $200 and paid nearly $700 for 4 small tattoos. When I called to get it fixed I was treated very badly. Never again but they will fix my dads memorial tattoo. I paid too.much to be treated this way. Update: Im NEVER GOING BACK EVER! ILL HAVE SOMEONE ELSE FIX MY MEMORIAL TATTOO. TREAT PEOPLE BETTER.

Very Unprofessional,doesnt communicate well, tell you the price and only 1 session then halfway of the tattoo they stop and tell you its gonna be 2 session then charge you more than your price agreement. Calling you annoying and cheap after paying them the agreement price with unfinished tattoo. the tattoo was scarred and faded. so if you need touched up unfortunately they charge you for touched up even though the tattoo is less than a month and its there fault for poor quality. Theres way more better and amazing artist than this people. Paying 1k to this place is not worth it. They tell you its realistic work. LMAO🤣 trust me youll see the realistic work somewhere else.

I scheduled my tattoo appointment, and after I asked them multiple times to send me the artist Instagram page so I could check their work and never received the artist info. Finally the day of I asked again a few hours before the appointment and still had no response of the artist Instagram. the day of the appointment I showed up 30 minutes early for them to tell me they had not found an artist for me, and the two artist that do their portraits were not picking up.. meaning you were trying to schedule my portrait tattoo with someone the say day. Yikes! So I get there and they rescheduled me I asked for the artist before I left who I’d be working with I went home and checked his page and his portraits were not amazing for the price they were charging me. (650 for 6 inch portrait) now I’m asking for a refund and of course they say no… granted I asked for a new artist and they said yes, but I’ve already found better for cheaper. Definitely over priced

There are far better places!!! The tattoo was great and for a decent price. The artist was just incredibly rude. I was yelled at like if I were his child. I am not the kind of person to fight with someone when we can resolve things with communication. But he didnt care about working with me and seemed annoyed from the very beginning. Being my first tattoo I really wanted to ask about it and I assumed we could work together in coming up with something unique. The artist simply copied and pasted the design and got really upset and almost aggressive when I tried to make changes. I was surprised they have such a large clientele and can get away with this. The worse part was that he was about to use an old needle. I didnt even notice because I dont know what the needle is supposed to look like.

The service was great. Don’t be alarmed by the negative reviews. While I was getting my tattoo there was another customer being nasty and rude to the tattoo artists. People come and demand things and are rude to the artists but everyone was super friendly and sweet to all of the customers. My tattoo came out better than the picture and it was very fast. Excellent service I will be coming back.

After reading a few reviews of not so happy customers, I was nervous for how I’d be treated in the shop. I witnessed a interaction between the front workers and a customer leaving that was rude. So right off the bat I was scared. I also thought I’d booked the appointment with another person than the person who did my tattoo. Not sure why I didn’t speak up on that, I just didn’t want any confrontation before getting a tattoo.Possibly the language barrier is a reason why people think some of them come off as rude. My artist couldn’t speak much English, but was very kind and did good tattoos. I couldn’t elaborate on my ideas or concerns because of the language barrier, but that’s okay.

Highly recommend! They got my group of 7 girls in and out in less than an hour for tattoos. Everyone is very nice and professional.

Basically I went in for a consultation with Zoey and didn’t speak to the artist herself about the pricing . There was a main lady setting all the prices and honestly they were extremely overpriced. It seems like if you don’t have a simple easily copied design their charging a ridiculous amount. Would not recommend anyone to go to the shop.

Chose this place for my third tattoo. Not gonna lie at first I wasnt sure base on the location and appearance but when I came in and saw the art work I was sold. All the artist here are good judging on the pictures and when I was viewing other clients tattoos.My artist was Tony and I love the artwork he did for me. It look exactly like the picture. Mine had a lot of smaller detail to it and he manage to do it. I was worry because my first tattoo was a dragon and the face wasnt as good as I wanted it to be, but he reassure me not to worry and yes he did it how I want it. He also did a small one for my mother as well and even though its simple its beautiful. I am very happy with his work.The price is a bit more than other places but I think it worth to pay more than less. The quality here is good so it worth the price.

Honestly believe the reviews of the poor customer service. In this day in time, rudeness for overpriced work will not be tolerated in any aspect. Good tattoo quality but its not all about the tattoo, its about how your treated while getting one. The first time I went in it was a friendly atmosphere and I loved it. I payed for my tattoo and she told me and my fiance that when I come back Ill only have to pay $100 the next session. Today I come back and the artist has an attitude with me for no reason and it got bad to the point I felt like walking out. At the end of my session she asks me for $150 and I politely reminded her that she had said $100 last time. (Keep in mind the whole time she was being rude, I was being polite and I kept my calm) once I paid the $100 I was RELIEVED to be out. I will not be coming back here for anymore tattoos and I will gladly take my money and time else where.

I don’t doubt there are some amazing artists in here, but I’m very disappointed in the piece I got. I set up my appointment saying I wanted pink flowers, then I come in watch the artist design the tattoo and I’m super excited, once again I mention a couple times “pink flowers”. But come 30 minutes into getting tattooed, I look down and the flowers on my chest are red and yellow :(. I’m so sad that it’s not what I asked for, but more than anything I’m upset that the artist did not TELL me, instead it’s a surprise. I didn’t say anything at the time because I was embarrassed but I don’t plan on coming here again. Not only did I pay money for a tattoo I didn’t want, now I have to spend even more to get her mistakes fixed.

Unsure why there are so many bad reviews on this shop customer service, today I went to have a tattoo done here this is probably my 6th tattoo but my first time coming to this shop and let me tell you their customer service was great. This is the first time I came into a tattoo shop and didn’t feel rush to pick and have my tattoo perfect. I have 2 tattoos by Sky and I am completely thrilled with both. Both times she was really responsive and collaborative in our messages, and was upfront about cost range. Both appointments I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and spent less than 10 mins waiting to go back to her station. They have snacks and water if you get light headed, and even brought a fan out when my friend got over heated. The tattoos themselves are really neat and nice. But the atmosphere and customer service was terrible. Almost prejudice here, the artist was friendly to my hispanic friend who was one of the few people who came with me but short and snappy with everyone else including me (African Americans). It was bad to the point I was thinking about leaving before i finished getting all of my tattoos. Just all around bad vibes. I felt rushed and disrespected. I talked to the artist (Dragon) with respect and expected that in return. I was talked to rudely by the artist and all around just a bad experience.

My husband and i have gotten all of our tattoos from here. He started as a customer first then took me after i had our baby and Everytime we go our experience is amazing. Our tattoo artist is Zoey and she does amazing Everytime. Great people to work with Zoey and her brothers have a great relationship with each other as well as their customers, cant wait to get my next one.. yes she is a highly requested tattoo artist and we have had to reschedule appointments before in the past but its never been that big of a deal just because she gets overbooked or has to take on some of her brothers clients at times as well but definitely worth the wait.

I just got my first tattoo here and it went extremely well and it was a very quick process. The lines are dark and clean and the placement is perfect, it’s exactly what I asked for. They got back to me the same day I texted. I went in for a consultation the next day and they had space and fit me in and I was out in about an hour. I got my 3rd tattoo from Helen that provided much detail and she did amazing, nailed it. She was super sweet and funny! She made me feel comfortable and she was so knowledgeable at helping me with sizing and placement. Even my friend who was with me watched her and was just fascinated with how good she was doing and how easy she made it look even though it’s not. She also helped on guiding ok after treatment. Clean and chill place. The pricing is definitely worth it!

Not a good experience. I reached out about a cover up (the crown) and got set up with Tony. I showed him the picture of what I wanted multiple times to make sure he could cover the crown and it would look similar. He said he could do it, no problem. Unfortunately, before we even started, he was annoyed with my questions. This was my first color tattoo and I wanted to make sure the colors were not too bright. But when he got out the lime green and I asked about how bright it was he said “just let me do it”. Well.. I can still see the crown lines and it’s not like the picture I wanted at all. There’s a random black tip of a petal. I told him I wanted it in color only-like the picture, not outlined in black. But every petal was outlined in black. Just really upset... I wish the artist would’ve been upfront and said he couldn’t match the picture and the prior tattoo wouldn’t be fully covered instead of taking a stab at it. I was excited for this piece but now I see it as just as bad if not worse than the original crown.

I scheduled a tattoo with them and and they took my deposit no problem. I walked in and a man greeted me and had no clue what i was getting even tho the person i texted said they were “ planning for it “ I wanted a 30 minute piece done and they tried to charge me $290 For it !!!! I kindly Declined as that is overpriced anywhere and asked for my deposit back since no where do they say no refunds. They said no i asked for 50% of it back just to not loose all my money and they still said No. texted them about it and nothing !! Wasted over an Hour driving and vacation time ! I will never be back here unless this is fixed

Well we came in paid the deposit about month before.... I was told I would have someone contact me to chat about the tattoo. I never did get call.. so a week before i contacted them about 3-4 times and finally got one text saying no worries someone will contact you You cannot call this place, only text. The day comes and they had nothing drawn out . The tattoo artist that did my tat did a great job, but customer service was not great. Unfortunately no one speaks fluent english or at least no one wanted to speak it. No, Im not saying that they should speak english but in order to give good customer service they should have someone on board that is able to communicate . I guess a better solution should be that I learn there language instead of complaining. ANYWAY ... The one that did my husbands tat was bad.... for what they charge I expected better quality like what they show on their social media. I went with them because of that... My husband had 2 tattoos done. The cover up tattoo did not cover and they charged $800,. the other was $350 a water color tattoo .... no water color there... mine was $450 watercolor tattoo as well.... mines was money well spend... BUT MY HUSBAND NOW HAS SOME UGLY TATTOS ON HIS ARM! Could have gone to a cheaper place and gotten that quality or better.

First time going to this shop and first time getting a tattoo!! :) I was really scared of getting one but the girl, Trish, helped me through it, she was really gentle and understanding. She is really talented for a young artist.It’s really pricey $$$$ but the customer service is worth it.Love this place will recommend. :)

No greeting when I walked in.... just stares. Definitely didn’t feel welcomed in that environment .Tattoo came out great but others reviews are right there’s definitely a lack of professionalism here. After I was done with my tattoo I wasn’t even told how care for it. Unfortunately I would have to say I wouldn’t come back. Artist are supposed to make you feel welcomed they don’t offer that.

Tony started off my tat good then it seems he got un inspired and stopped paying attention to detail. Just look at pics. I called him out ab mistakes and he agreed to fix.. Never heard from him again. Dude is a decent artist but lacks communication skills and has the personality of a potato. Hopefully he works on his customer service. This is on our bodies forever and we trust you with the process.. Have some respect!! Will be getting my tats from an artist who actually cares next time..

I went here on vacation for a small wrist tattoo. I get back home and the tattoo literally looks like something I got years ago. It’s so faded, not even AT ALL. Me and my friend got the same tattoo, same day and they look totally different. We’re both now back home in Michigan having to find somewhere to get it fixed! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Really bad experience I had an appointment today with Zoey its was scheduled since February 14 and ask me for deposit I paid, I took the day off for today and then 3 hours before the appointment they texted me telling me Zoey is not available and they had another guy available for the tattoo but I wait to today because she was supposebe available, they dont take their job seriouslyBAD SERVICE. 👎

I have had my 4 tattoos from here. This is one of the best shops in Houston. They have an artist for every style, from photo realism to geometric and traditional. Everyone has always been very friendly and welcoming as soon as I step in the shop. Each artists studio as well as the waiting area is extremely clean and well kept. I will always come here for my ink and highly recommend you give them a shout as well.

My husband went to go get a tattoo from this shop last night and paid with his debt card. The tattoo itself came out great but this morning we have noticed that we have $247 fraud charges to our account from yesterday right after we paid for the tattoo. To me that’s not right for them to do to a good paying customer. They had used our card info to purchase South Korean merchandise and other things to me that’s not a coincidence. That’s a violation to our trust with our information. Be careful when paying here because it seems that they will take advantage of the information that’s given. We have tried to call this number to speak to someone about this matter but they are not picking up our phone call. We will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN !

Very rushed and money hungry on first visit. Second visit I had a deposit sent with no verbal or written agreement but family emergency arose. Manager was rude and brushed off incident with no assistance. I would go elsewhere. A shame, some of their artists are really good.

Dragon did my first ever tattoo for me last Saturday and I am so pleased with the result! He took lots of time beforehand making sure I was 100% happy with the font and he was a really nice guy. The shop is spotlessly clean and everyone is very friendly. Highly recommended!

Omg, I freaking love my tattoos the little girl with Harry Potter glasses did it for me, I believe her name is Trish, she is the cutest the most gently and nice artist, she would gladly help me remove stencils over and over until I like the placement of the tattoo, so much patience. I have been looking for a tattoo shop that can do small, fine line tattoos and I have finally found it! Tien was very comfortable working with me to design a very tiny tattoo for my dog. Her hand is very steady and the tattoo came out great! I will be back for more.

My friend little sister got belly and nose piercing here and she had a wonderful experience. We ended up going somewhere else for her industrial, BIG MISTAKE. They pierced it too low and messed with the structure of her ears but Houston Brow was so nice to take it out and clean it for her. The staff are amazing and genuinely care about their clients. They are really informative and knows what they’re talking about. We’ll be back. WOULD RECOMMEND

I’ve had a really good experience each time I came here! My tattoo guy Ahn Tran has made my tattoo experience wonderful each time, and he’s an amazing tattoo artist! The place it self is very clean and the other workers are very good and make you feel very welcomed! I recommend this place highly!

Quick response time & fast easy scheduling.I got two small tattoos from Zoeymuivutattoo. I didn’t have any issues I was even a little late to arrive due to traffic & I was still able to be seen in a timely manner.I was also able to pick from 3 different sizes oh the tattoo size. No issues at all with anything.Quick response every time I had a question or concern.I’d suggest this shop for sure.No issues with any workers attitude none of that. I didn’t see any customer get ignored no attitudes.

Got my tattoo done by Rocky. Tony Vu was very patient and super nice with me as I changed my mind several times up until the day of the appointment. He did an amazing job and would get another one done by him! The shop is clean and very friendly - I felt right at home.

The tattoo i got here wasnt too bad, but its not great. the reviews talk about delicate line work; instead my piece is uneven with thick lines. im sure the artist who tattooed me has some great pieces, but mine is not one of them.

Staff is amazing! Was my first facial piercing (nostril) and they made sure I was comfortable, talked me through the process, and he was gentle with me while still doing a GREAT job! I highly recommend piercings here! Will return for more in the future, for sure.

THE ONLY TATTOO SHOP ILL GO TO! I am from Pennsylvania and fell in love with this shop. Artist are very professional and sanitary. Very easy to make appointments. I really feel at home when I am here being tattooed. Let’s not forget the talent here... nothing but masterpieces come out of this place. Very sastified with my 3/4 sleeve. Came out better than I imagined and I receive compliments everyday even from other artists! I can’t wait to start on my next sleeve!

I had such a wonderful experience with Zoey. She did a small piece for me earlier this week and I’ve received a large number of compliments about it. Her lines is very clean and she worked with me and let me contribute ideas and opinions to the minor details of my tattoo. She’s super polite, easy to schedule a reservation with, and her portfolio speaks for itself.10/10 would recommend.

Looked forward to getting tattoed here based on the reviews but theyre seriously overpriced. We wanted a 2inch long Roman numeral tattoo and the lady said it would be $ 90. When I asked why so much she said the minimum is $80, which is a bit ridiculous considering you can get even smaller tattoos than that...There were also other employees eating whataburger in the waiting area near customers smelling up the cramped area.

Dragon always brings my ideas to life and it always turns out perfect, he’s super patient and skilled. Once I conquered my fear of the needle, I was sold for life, I’m on my 6th tattoo and want to get more. The studio is always clean and they’ll play music to calm your nerves. I recommend Dragon and Zoey to all my friends, they’re the best in fine line and regular tattoo!

I really love my tattoo that I got at Houston Tattoo And Brows Studio. Even though my tattoo looked simple, it takes mad skills to get straight fine lines done right. They very well are specialists! Moreover, they were friendly and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be coming back here for more tattoos in the future!
