Went there a few hours ago to re pierce my snake eyes and I loved it there. Waiting time is a bit long but understandable. The guy was super quick and the pain easily went away. The first time I got it done the guy poked my tongue about 2-3 times before even getting the piercing in 😣 and the pain lasted a week.. Definitely coming back here soon for more.

Extremely rude receptionist staff. You get what you pay for here. Take your business to I45 ink & Piercings about 5 mins away where they are hygienic, professional, and respectful.

I do not understand how is there a 2 hour wait for piercings at 11pm? not to mention only about 2 cars out on the lot. ridiculous long wait. piercings do not take more than 5mins. Get it together.

I’m not going to lie, this place ALWAYS has a 2-3 hour wait around the evening but it’s TOTALLY worth it! The ladies in the front have great customer service and good sense of humor. You cannot beat the price which is $15, when you walk in the shop is VERY clean. I recently got my Septum pierced, Mike is great the piercing was quick and they had everything sterilized would highly recommend and would definitely go back 😊

I always go there when I get pierced. The prices are extremely fair, as others will end up costing you 50-100 bucks. One thing is wait times, but this place is very popular so that is to be expected. They also let you know ahead of time the wait will most likely be very long.

Magnificent, clean, organized,, sterile instruments. good hospitality. The piercing is 15.00 an ear including earring.. the piercing guy is sweet, talks to you as he mark the spot make sure you understand your instructions which the lady will hand to you at the beginning and before you know it your ear is pierced, a baby wouldnt feel it. There no hand gun used, as they put it the old school way,. They do tattoos looking at their work is beautiful, no ear piercing on Monday and Tuesday but still on those days theyre doing tattoo. Stay open late. Look dont spend that outrageous price like 45.00 an ear., neither go to Claire, its not worth it going to inexperience workers who knows nothing about hygiene and properly keeping your ear healthy,, before you know it you have keloid on the back of your ear.

This place is great. I haven’t been in a few years but they did my dermals and were amazing and clean and the only piercing place I was told by many people to trust. I’ll only go to them for any piercings! They also had / have this birthday free piercing promotion. Again, it’s been a few years so I’m not sure they still do that.

Very professional and the man who did my piercings was funny and sweet very fast and clean I was so scared he made me feel so comfortable like we knew each other forever awesome crew and very clean establishment will go there again

I decided to get an industrial and tragus piercing impulsively this week… I was really surprised and stoked at the $15/per piercing price. The customer service was excellent and Mike did a good job of ensuring the piercing was QUICK and painless. I would recommend this business… 10/10.

Mike is the best!!! Cant go wrong with choosing this place. Piercings are cheaper than anywhere weve gone, and he is always gentle and gives follow up care and instructions on how to take care of the piercings. His tattoo work is awesome. He has been our favorite artist for at least a decade. The shop is always clean and chill.

I got a decent tattoo kinda pricey for what I got but for the love of my baby girl Misty it was worth it.

Awesome tattoo shop and prices are very reasonable....they take their time to make sure your tattoo or piercing is exactly what you want...all the artist are A-1... I had them to design a tattoo for me recently and all I did was describe to them what I wanted and after a couple of days the drawing actually came out even better than I described....I would recommend these guys and girls to anybody for all their tattoo and piercing needs...👍👍👍

I got my cartilage piercing done here and they didnt even put the piercing correctly which it caused to get infected so i had to take it off and let it heal and now i have a little lump in my ear. The same thing happened to other people whom also went to this place to get their piercings done. I was disinfecting my ear for almost a year and was actually getting worse it was bleeding and pus was comming out. I went to another place and they even told us that the piercing was placed incorrectly that was causing my ear to get infected and that i had to take it off. I was forced to go to the doctor to fight the ear infection and to to get pain medication.

Always a good experience here. Love the staff, they are very friendly. Come early! There is almost always a long wait time for percings. Also FYI free percing for your birthday. (Day of your birthday)

I always go here for my piercings. The wait time is very long, but its because the prices are amazingly low and it makes this location perfect for impulsive piercings.They keep it sanitized and their approach to pandemic regulations are done very well. They take down your phone number and give you a call or text you when its time for your piercing.You have to wait in your car so I would recommend having your charger and any form of entertainment ready because the wait can be very long.The person who does the piercings is the same guy every time and hes very quick and patient. Im very anxious at times and hes been pretty good with helping me calm down each time.Overall I love coming here for all my piercings

This place is great!!! They are following covid protocols and making sure everyone is safe. Mike was incredible for my friend and I’s nose piercings and barely felt anything! The people in the front were sweet and truthful when asking questions about the piercings and process. Would go again!

Nice and clean, only complaint is that their age policy differs from what they tell you at the location once you arrive. Make sure you call ahead and re-confirm age minimum and confirm what documentation you need to take. Other than that... very satisfied with their service.

Just had a great experience with my boyfriend there.He got his first actual professionally done piercings. We arrived at around 7pm and were informed that there would be a 2+ hour wait. So we got something to eat and waiting at the aircraft viewing area around the corner. We got the call at 9:45 pm that they were ready for us. They were super clean, professional and super cool. Our piercer was the nicest and coolest guy ever. The wait is def worth being in a safe, clean environment and getting great piercings! Will def be coming again ❤

I got my belly button pierced here and this has been over 6 months ago and it is still EXTREMELY sore and it will not heal. My friend got hers done somewhere else a week after me and she is completely healed and has no pain. I had to remove it because even lifting hurt my belly button piercing and I got it done in September. I had to remove it. Really disappointed because this is not my first piercing so I am upset this experience went so wrong.

Look here, this guy Mike who pierced my daughters nose was very respectful, courteous. I really appreciate this man working the day my daughter and i chose to go there.. The man is super kind and funny.. A real pleasure to have met him..

I have over 20 piercings and I’ve gotten almost all of them from their except for the ones I’ve done myself. I’m hoping to get more done today I’m keeping my fingers crossed 🤞🏽. I also have 6 tattoos that they have done for me and when I’m ready for more of those I will be back, because I completely trust the man that owns the shop and the people there are truly great. I went here to get my daiths pierced for migraines. My body decided that it was going to just be very upset by this. I almost passed out, my whole body was vibrating and I was spinning. I was pretty scared ngl. But they were so nice and helpful. They knew exactly what to do and someone stayed with me the whole time until I could get picked after not being able to walk or drive. I dont have names unfortunately but the girl with the dark hair that helps up front was one of the girls who really made me feel better. They let me lay down as long as I needed. Super grateful for the service and hospitality I received here.

Mike was friendly and very gentle. The piercings did not hurt. Will highly recommend. Kept my daughter and I at ease.

I used to love this place but was a little disappointed the last time I stopped by to talk about a cover up I had in mind. All they did was shoot me down and say it couldnt be done and i would need laser removal first. Im in the middle of getting it done now by someone else and getting what I wanted instead of a flower like they said I would have to get. I have recommended this place to friends of mine and they also have a bad experience there with the artists not wanting to do the tattoo. Its strange to me that they would turn down business and be so negative. One guy even told me, well Im hesitant to even work with you because you seem like the type of person that would just run off and do whatever you want anyways. That was very unprofessional of him. I mean who does do that? Smh. Wont be back .

I did have to wait a long time but thats to be expected these days. However I got two body piercings and they were done super quickly and super well! Like within 5 minutes no joke. I did faint like... after they were done because Im dumb like that.BUT some of the staff apparently rushed in to get me conscious again and make sure I was okay. They gave me water and pixie sticks and I super appreciate the level of concern and care they showed for me. Very good place! Even if I embarrassed myself LMAO

My daughter and I have been going to see Mike for all of my piercings for YEARS. Now that shes an adult -28 - she also only comes here. His piercing prices are unbeatable, and he is the ONLY one there that does all the piercings (at the time of this post), ensuring they are done just correctly. Hes a great guy and awesome at what he does.

Cute enough shop, looked clean. Seemed the staff really didnt want to be there and every question I asked was just bothering them. But, other than the staff, the shop seemed nice. I left though to find someone who didnt mind helping me.

Slight wait but worth it. I see why they have such high ratings! First things first they explain everything from A-Z and give you printed aftercare instructions for the service your getting. Then Mike explains everything again before he does the piercing. They opened at 3pm I got there about 10 minutes after and there was already a line but it moved really fast. Someone comes to the door and ask what service you need and for how many people, then (social distancing permitting) you check in, pay then wait in your vehicle until theyre ready for you. They truly care about their customers!! I will be going back for a tattoo!!

Ive gotten 7 piercings from here and its always so pleasant. Great service and so clean. So happy with their handling of covid and their new procedures for distancing and masks. I dont go anywhere else for piercings!

I went on a Friday. It was busy. I figured it would be. 2 hour wait time. But they let you know that when you get there so its your choice to wait. Worth the wait. Everyone is so nice. I got my nose and tongue pierced. It was my birthday so I got a piercing for free. But even if its not your birthday the prices are awesome. $15 for piercings. This was my second time there and I will definitely be back.

So affordable, and they let me choose which earring to get, hoop/bar/horseshoe! Ive never been given that option. That wait though, it was something, but worth it.I got three piercings, and they were really kind. He told me when to close my eyes, and I was really happy walking out. Do yourself a favor and call for a check in on wait time. We had to wait over an hour. But the place has lots of seating a coke machine and a small arcade area so its no so bad. The people are whats worth it though. Professional and straight forward with price. No shabby work here. Reasonable pricing. No run around. Best of all super clean!

Yall, listen, the wait time here is something serious. We came in around 3:45 p.m. and was told about a 45 minute to an hour wait time. We didnt get called up until about 5:45 p.m.Now, this was our second visit. Our first visit was Thursday when we showed up an hour before closing time for their $10 piercing special and was told they were at capacity and were no longer taking any other clients for the evening. We were given vouchers which guaranteed our $10 piercings and left.So, once we were called up during our second visit, we joined a line and waited another 10-15 minutes before actually being seen. The piercer was obviously experienced (5/5). He spoke in soothing terms, reinforced some guidelines, and quickly pierced my nose. It may have taken about 5 minutes altogether for me to be pierced, so I was quite happy about that.They have tattoo specials and apparently, you can get a free piercing on your birthday. While I was not displeased with my overall experience, the excessive wait time is a bit off-putting. Just be mindful of the fact that youll have to wait a bit before being seen and youll be fine - perhaps walk with snacks and a book to keep you entertained.

I guess its new rules or something they wanted birth certificate for my daughter who is 17 even if I was there and my marriage license if her certificate had my maiden name which thats how they put it in birth certificates and 1 hr wait even do my daughter was first in line when they had just opened hope this helps others decide because when she called they failed to let her know about all the documents she was going to need and it wasnt cool because we traveled to Houston specifically for this but I guess lesson learned the gentleman that opened the door was not rude or anything and the inside well we didnt go in so I cant say.

Only place Ill go to. Lala has done several tattoos for me and my friends, and they have all come out fantastic. Place is clean and professional. Also have had several piercings done for friends there. Yes there can be a wait sometimes, but Mike is a great guy and worth the wait in my opinion.

Mike pierced my septum a few years ago and it has never healed. Recently got it redone at another shop and they said Mike pierced my cartilage that is why it never healed. Wouldn’t recommend this shop.Got the piercing done during a valentines special and the dude was really rushing through. Will not return.

Have only ever gotten piercings here. And mike is very good at what he does! After receiving a botched nose piercing at another shop I let it close and came back a month later and it was done perfectly and I haven’t had any issues with it. Very good at explaining and pushing aftercare as well. Have had many piercings done here and this is the only place I trust. 👍🏻 they are also very nice people and do various toy drives and fund raisers to help children in need as well

Unlike those one star reviews I like the fact the Mike takes his time on piercings and tattoos. It shows that he care about the his art. Also I waited a while as well and I didn’t care. My wife got half her stomach tattoo and I got my wrist and they both look great. Mike was never rude to us or his employees like the one star reviews say. He jokes with both us and his employees which made us both feel comfortable. Don’t believe those one star reviews. This is a great shop and their prices are amazing. One place I when to was going to charge 850$ for almost the same tattoo as the one mike did on my wife for 300$.
