Updated Review: The twin bed we ordered was delivered. I immediately could tell that the mattress was not the mattress that I had picked out at the store. I called and told them at the store. They argued with me that it was indeed the same mattress that I picked out at the store. I continued to insist that it was NOT the same mattress. They continued to argue that it was the same one that it was because of the box spring that it was making noise. I knew I was wasting my breath, so I hung up. I purchased the bed because my in laws were coming into town for a visit, and were it not for the fact that they were due to arrive a few hrs after the delivery of the bed, I would have loaded the mattress up and went and thrown it into the store, but I did not have time and needed the extra bed THAT night. We are two nights in, now and the person that is sleeping on that mattress has told me that the bed feels extremely cheap and they can hear the bed springs and that they were scared that they were going to have a spring pop and stab them in the back or the side. He says that he sinks into the middle and can hardly move around. This is ridiculous! I went to Bargain Furniture because the last bed I got from them was AMAZING. It has been 10 yrs and it is still one of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever laid on AND back then I got the mattress AND the bed frame for less than half the price of what I paid for this new one. I am INCREDIBLY disappointed and will never shop at this establishment, again. I would think they would treat their repeat customers better than this, but I guess customers dont matter anymore, just profits. I left my original review, so everyone can see how deceptive the initial encounter is compared to the end result of services. I cannot believe I paid this much and am stuck with such a trash mattress. I am beyond disappointed not just with the store and the deception, but in myself for allowing myself to get duped for being trusting of the people who were once trustworthy business people. NEVER AGAIN!Just purchased a twin bed from Carlos. He was extremely helpful and personable. Great business. We actually bought another twin bed from them 10 yrs ago at their previous location. Great service back then, and still great service! Repeat customers for life here!

I really dont buy furniture from small furniture stores. I purchased my furniture from Rooms to Go and I have good quality furniture that will last. I purchased a queen-size bed and mattress from bargain furniture. I really like my bed and the mattress is great. The customer service was very good nice people. I might return.

I always drove by this place and never thought to stop by. I decided to stop and wow! I am so glad I did, I purchased furniture here and its great quality. The customer service is by far the GREATEST from anywhere else. I would recommend and I will be returning for sure.

Mr. Rashid was awesome!! And my sofa set looks so beautiful in my living room. My daughter is very pleased with her bed and my husband and I love our queen sized mattress.

Me and my girlfriend bought a bed here. 2 weeks after it collapsed while we were sleeping. We went to the owner to ask if he could make it right in any way and he would not work with us at all. Now we have a broken bed that was repaired and then broke again. Dont buy from here!!!! Go somewhere that has better customer service.

I went in there Thursday October 1St, 2020. The young lady that I worked with was very rude to me all because I wanted to know the quality build of the furniture, and the brand name of the furniture. She kept pressuring to purchase the couch set which was with $2,499 dollars. She had a very nasty attitude and refused to cooperate with me when I told her that I was not interested in financing the furniture set. I WILL NOT BE BACK. Dont even think about it, they sold me a use mattress, I call about a queen size mattress for $ 499 but when I got there they said sorry we dont have that one but we have a better one for more money for $599 but well sell it to you for the same price $499 I took it home to find out it was a use molded mattress that smells really bad, they made me sign a as is form when I call to return it they said sorry its as is, so be aware of this place and please pass my bad experience to someone else.

However, Marcel made my experience great, he was very friendly, attentive, and corrected a small mistake with no problem. The store manager was awesome as well.As far as my bed is concerned, I absolutely love it! It was a good price for a king size and of great quality.The delivery was accurate and fast with assembly.Ill be back to purchase in the future.

The stress of moving from another state is stressful enough. We settled in spring Texas with a house with awkwardly shaped living space and after shopping around big name stores and smalls once. I stumble upon Bargain Furniture, from the moment we walked In we were greeted by Ms Devan (Taylor Swift Doppelgänger) made us very comfortable, wasn’t aggressive as other furniture stores. She showed us every sectional combo that would work with our living room space with fraction of the price the other stores were offering. The price was so amazing we decided to furniture the kids room, master and when my friends visited from New York we went back to get the dining room set we needed and the price even got better. My mom loves the furniture set she received for Christmas. The shipping was PERFECT as requested they arrived in the morning with in the first hour of the 3 hour window I was given which was perfect considering it was a surprise. .. the movers had the furniture assembled with in 30mins and was in and out. Will be buying again and I recommend to anyone looking for good deal and fast delivery.

I called and spoke with Mr. Marcel who was willing to work with me to have a freight carrier pick up the furniture and deliver to me. I dealt mostly with Mr. Marcel but working through the details with my freight carrier and Bargain Furniture I spoke with several people at Bargain Furniture. They were all exceptionally friendly and helpful.Mr. Marcel went beyond expectations to work with my freight carrier and get this product to me. I received the buffet and hutch in pristine condition! I am truly amazed by such service. The price I paid, including the freight carrier, was actually LESS than any competitors price I found. Bought a mattress set, when I got it home. I noticed something wrong with it. Took it back, manager wasnt polite about it but the assistant manager was helpful. My issue was resolved but I dont think that I will be returning for future business. Manager did not apologize....It was mold under the pillow top mattress. The manager was acting as if he was going to resale it. Please check under your mattress pillow top before purchasing it. All four sides...

This is the worst place do not get furniture cheap quality customer service I thought was good but completely terrible I had to reschedule a delivery day I spoke to the warehouse manager himself and he said that the following day at 4:00 p.m. would be OK when I call to let them know that I will be a little bit late they told me they pushed me back all the way till Tuesday and that other people are in line. That I am not a priority Im going to get a refund my bed broke their quality of furniture is ridiculous you will do better buying it from the Family Dollar store they last longer. It is false advertisement they sell 6 pieces of furniture and then when you ask for one piece to replace they tell you that the head board and foot board is 1 item that they cannot break it up but they advertise 6 pieces and charge you for 6 individual pieces.My Furniture Is less than 8 months old and it is broken dented scratched and destroyed and we are not rough on furniture the manager himself said it would press to gather thats the quality of furniture they sell at bargain furniture I get what you pay for.

Ok first time I came her delivery and Mr Garcia took care of me everything was perfect and now I had return on 2-21-17 to buy sofa set and they get delivered I swear the delivery guys had no respect on checking the furniture on the quality before they loaded into their truck and if they did I wouldnt have had tears and stitching problems on the sofas but they failed to do their job. As they tried to deliver it I quickly inspected it and found several different issues with it so I made them take it back and I talked to Mr Garcia and he told me the sofa set would be here delivered at my door on 2-22-17 and there didnt come and nowhere doesnt want to answer me. Point being dont buy furniture from here go somewhere else

My husband and i came in today and we are beyond impressed. They do have a small show room but the great service Octavio provided us was fabulous!!!! He was very patient with me i couldnt make up my mind lol and also was very honest and upfront with us. There was no suprise charges and he got us approved in no time. Please do not order furniture from this place they are very rude and unprofessional. I will never order anything from them again. They delivered my sectional sofa without the clamps to hook the pieces together and its taken a month and I still havent got the CLAMPS but the manager claims hes been calling me and leaving me messages although I have no missed calls nor messages and then when I asked to speak with the owner they say they never come in. I guess you get what you pay for.

The first time we went was a great experiance with sales rep Octavio G. He helped us choose everything. We got a dinning table, 2 bedroom sets and with giving him a display description of our home, he helped us pick great choices! He helped us with financing and all the paper work! We went back again because their prices are So Good and service! This time we got a sectional and few other pieces he worked hard for us and gave us all the attention, very professional! I get my stuff dilivered with no scratches everything was perfect!! This will be my furniture store for years to come they are great!!!

I give bargain furniture 0 stars if I could! This was a disaster and I am in years. The furniture I bought was of such poor quality, I asked for a refund instead they talked me into getting a loan to purchase better quality of furniture because of course that was my fault for not having more money! The delivery guy was so rude the second time did not pick up the furniture and refused to leave the other I spent 3 mores hours in the store cancelled the loan and am stuck with less than quality furniture never again! The sad things is I bought and house full of furniture for my self and talked friends and family members to go there and we all say the same thing! This is horrible Mr Marcell is not ethical and he would not take the furniture back and offered me nothing in return that would be suitable for a paying coustomer! Shame on you taking advantage of people like that. He said they have a no refund policy! Wow! So hurt and disappointed I never been talked to like this before I had to ask the delivery guy to leave my house.

I will Never buy furniture from these extortionist business. I bought a $664.00 bedroom set. I gave them my Bank information and they took $957.00 out of my Bank account. I talked to the manager and he says its not their fault its the finance company fault. I wrote to the attorney General and they said it was nothing they could do. I even talked with an Attorney. They said i need to sue the finance company. I called the finance company and they said i signed contract. I did Not sign a contract. I sign the permission for them to take money from my bank. This company is FRAUDULENT. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Never buy any furniture from Bargain. Poor quality and horrible after sale service. The male sales manager kept eating his words.Bought a extra firm matrix which deforms badly after 3 months. They are reluctant to contact the manufacturer for an exchange/return. according to him, it is normal if the bed sinks by 2 inch after use, and you can have it exchanged if it sink by 5 inch. By the way, the height/thickness of the matrix is about 12 inch. So if it sinks 5 inch due to its owe weight, you shall never assume it can support any human being laying on it.

The people are wonderful and the furniture is excellent.

Terrible customer service. They gave me a 6 hour delivery window and then gave me a later time on that day. Then when we told them this wasted our weekend on the last day of spring break and they said “it’s one weekend out of the month you live.” Don’t do business with these people. You get what you pay for.
