I love love this store for its unique pieces of decor. It has something for every one. I have a hard time coming out of this store its so addictive to browse through their beautiful collection. Reasonable prices and a great place for any home needs.

Do not leave anything here on paid hold. The manager, Josie Rodriguez, gave our delivery driver the wrong item, and then asked us to pay to bring the item back after we had already given it to a refugee family. Absolutely ridiculous.

As someone who worked in retail for many years, I was very annoyed as I attempted to stop in ten minutes before closing (unknowingly) and the doors were locked. As I attempted to walk in, an employee hesitated to open the doors to me as they were standing by them. They explained that it was “impossible to shop and check out in ten minutes.” I have never left a Google review, but I was inclined as I know from years of retail experience that you don’t lock doors before closing. Very unprofessional. Her comment I might add is very condescending as this employee doesn’t even know why I was entering this home goods. I’d also like to add that in my previous history coming to this location employees out on the floor have been rude. A man that didn’t know English was trying to communicate a message about an item he needed. One employee was annoyed as this man approached me and told me that he had been bothering her for many minutes. I feel that a second person to try to attempt to communicate with him that he was not understood would have been helpful. While I understand it was a very I intimidating task given we are in a pandemic and continue to social distance, this is another scenario I haveexperienced here that I just didn’t like.Edited: the employee that didn’t let me in was in fact the manager. Horrible experience.

Nice store, good prices...I dont like the cookware comes separated...The is one style I like, but didnt have certain pieces...So you have to to different store or keep checking back to see if a certain piece is available

This place is AMAZING. Its strictly a HomeGoods store. Not Marshalls and HomeGoods. They have everything you can think of from brand name kitchen ware, bedding, bath, limited furniture, lighting and decor. If you cant find sundry in here I dont know what to tell you. Prices are definitely marked down. Give them a shot for your home needs.

There are so many beautiful and useful items at Home Goods. I could (and have) spent hours here. The customer service is excellent.

Beautiful pieces..store stocked to the GODS

Located in a nice neighborhood, so their inventory will definitely need to match up their upscale neighborhood that they are in. They took over what used to be OfficeMax and Panda Garden Chinese Restaurant. They got a nice selection of fragrant candles, a high quality pots and pans, a deluxe fine china, a fancy pants knick-knacks, an array of brand names bedding stuffs and some other stuffs that you never needs but a MUST buy to tame up your impulse.Great retail therapy for your pandemic anxiety hearts. Just take my advice, no necessary to reach your credit card limit.

There is lots of stuff to choose from. Love shopping here.

Nothing negative at this place. The employees are all very nice.

This has to be the worst experience ever shopping at this location! I was with my teenage daughter in the store between the hour of 6:30 pm shopping for picture frames, at the time of check out one of the stores cashier was very rude to me for no reason ! The light blink for cashier number 4 lane open when I got their she was looking at me strange and was talking to me in a very rude matter for no reason I didn’t understand why I was being treated so poorly !! The lady had curtly hair and didn’t have a name tag and wish the store manager can please pull the tape and identify who she was because this is NOT how you treat your customers!!!! I ask the young man at the store front entrance by the baskets what was her name he refused to give it to me !!! I went home so disturbed and couldn’t wrap my head around why me and why was I treated this way !!! Please have someone look into this matter I would hate for this cashier to treat someone else like this !!!

Love HomeGoods. Found what I was looking for and more.

I really like this homegoods- I’ve gotten some good buys here and even if not I enjoy just walking around to see new decor ideas and what new things they’ve gotten. Generally one of the more busy HomeGoods that I go to but I’m ok with that.

Store was great!! Lots of browsing. I had to take a star away because of the volume of the music in the store. I was trying to take my time and my concentration was blown!!

I absolutely love this place although it should come with a warning about all the amazing stuff they have and great deals everything you need to accentuate that house, home, condo or apartment from the kitchen to the bathroom, living room and bedroom they have it all been to a few locations and they are all amazing in their own way definitely stop in for a visit

I typically love HomeGoods because of how inexpensive it is. After a long day shopping for a specific type of ceramic bowl, we were pleased to find it at HomeGoods for only $8 compared to the one we found at Michaels right across the street for around $25. As a cherry on top, the cashier was the sweetest lady Ive ever met.

My wife enjoys having me accompany her when making her weekend and holiday rounds all over town. Now that this new store has opened, you’ve saved me several hours per year! She loves it, and I always enjoy finding good deals. This place is great.

Love coming here but so do most people because it’s always packed! The aisles are too narrow which makes it hard to shop with a shopping cart. But love the decor and their prices. I just need to find a better time to come shop!

This is the best spot for impulse purchases that lead to new experiences. I’ve found the best dog toys, wall decor, and coffee/tea flavors that are each enriching to my routine day-to-day life.

I love shopping in this place! It’s so clean and organized, I used to spend hour and hours shopping and listening music in there.

I was not happy with the way the manager Bre dealt with a gift card situation especially that it was not my fault. No apologies for their mistake, no customer care .... just this your money ... with a grim face!

They have nice home decor but their kids section is cluttered. Thats what I went for, so I decided to go else where.

This store gets this rating not due to the store set up but the staff (Ms. Debbie) and her manager on dutie (Louis) my experience was very dissatisfying I was discriminated against, my questions were ignored,I was cut off in mid sentence trying to explain and ask a question about a return & purchase the clerk (Debbie) was very rude to me and I was humiliated by her. She announced with her voice elevated that she had others in line when I was her customer infront of her I was making a return and purchase and that is unacceptable constantly rushing me jot wanting to refund my purchase properly not answering my question & she told me I was twisting it up for her to much she walked away and got her management and when the manager came he refunded me my money as I had asked her but because she didnt know her policy she was rude to me. He also had no control over her either she went back and forth with me huffing, puffing & sighing all in front on customers and her manager she walked off after I asked her to relax and the disgraceful part was she was an elder which was extremely unprofessional and very tacky for her age. I have mental condition and it takes time to explain what im trying to say but to be treated like this even in front of the manager & all those customers was embarrassing meanwhile the manager did/said nothing to contain her or dismiss her from the front. I was very patient with her and respectful but if a person is unfamiliar with policy the proper thing to do is just ask your supervisor not tell a customer there making a situation complicated & do things your way ignoring their concerns request and humiliating them by telling them your concern lies with the next customer or other customers in line. I even told her I was going to give them a bad review her response was I hope you do. (WOW) I was in awe. I was there on Saturday early evening...they had 1 register open...the lady behind me went up and asked twice for more cashiers....i was in line for 20 min...i finally went up and asked for the mgr...she came up...said she didnt have anymore cashiers...i told her i guess they need another mgr and left without my purchase....just wondering why she could not open a checkout...or maybe that was beneath her...sorriest customer service ever...if the company executives are reading these u u need to take a serious look at ur mgr....terrible...will never go on there again!!!!
