Ive been here twice and the service is fantastic! I got my wife some pajamas for Christmas which she loves. She said they are wonderfully soft so we came back to try a bamboo towel set. The towels are so soft and absorbent its kind of hard to describe but we have already decided well be getting more. Next up...bamboo sheets!

Partner and I walked in because it looked catchy, there were no Yelpers to have reviewed this business, so I didnt get a warning. The store is interesting due to being all bamboo. After the salesman told us of a satisfaction guarantee and lifetime exchange warranty, we splurged almost $200.00 for their bamboo sheets. We were told not to use fabric softener and dry on low heat - didnt sound too complicated. After the 1st wash (cold) with Tide detergent, there were discoloration patches. I returned to the store to seek an exchange or refund. The manager was very nice, called corporate, informed me the salesperson misinformed us on the guarantee and that this was a user-created issue that would require me calling corporate and sending in the sheets. I called headquarters and they were very nice, however, I dont appreciate being misinformed on a product or having to waste time getting something corrected.
