Very bad customer service. Took about 10 minutes to speak to someone so I just took off to autozone.

Just had a very terrible experience right now with a clerk over the phone (& of course I didnt get his name) I asked him politely multiple times in various ways if he had another starter to offer after being told there was only one available. He continuously repeated its the only thing he had available. I told him there is a difference between only thing he has available and the only thing he has to offer.... Then hung up on me.

I got a set of really noisy brake pads (trying to be cheap!) and had driven them for a while waiting on them to quiet down. They remained noisy. A few months later I finally found my receipt but was thinking theres no way theyre going to let me return these now. Yes they let me return them no problem and were very nice about it. I have some super quiet brakes now. From now on Im getting all of my parts from here!

Im not a car part connoisseur. My husband is. But he tells me that anytime 😊 he needs a part they have it. And customer service is on point. And they are conveniently located Cypress. He just bought some parts for my breaks.
