Staff was very professional air conditioned with sectional couches (loved the shrines of virgin Mary) been looking for a drive shaft for a 2001 gmc sierra 2500 hd for 2 weeks after calling atleast 30 places and visiting ruffly about 10 places ....one of their employees found it a stack of 100 drive shafts within 5 minutes 👍

Well we can go there to pick up a part that said they had were still waiting to see if were going to get the part so kind of disappointed my husbands truck is still broke down and he has to get back to work

Left my truck there for a week only for them to sell the motor they were supposed to put in my truck. Didnt even touch my vehicle.

Not too helpful people. Called for parts an wouldnt give me price. They would say come check it out so that you would spend money since you already made the trip. The guy in the front was like go talk to Rodolfo on the back when I asked about what I needed. Went to the back, nobody was there. Asked a guy that was walking aimlessly, an he was just as lost as I was. Walked straight out of that worthless place!

My case was the same as fellow user Moe Zibdeh. The staff was not helpful at all. I was told on the phone that a runningboard for my 2008 Ford Expedition was in stock. After driving 45 minutes from Hobby to Tex Mex a gentlemen with dark sunglasses told me that I had to look in the back. After searching for 20 minutes I was not able to find the runningboard. If you cannot provide good customer service you should not be in business!

The front counter guy tells you to go back and talk to certain person and once you go back no one will attend you and youl most of the time find them drinking and eating. Wish i could get paid to sit eat and drink like this places. Eventually you either look for your part yourself or leave empty handed

Dont bother. They will tell you they have the part you need when you call but they are lying. Every time I have gone there they didnt have what I ask them for.

Bought a engine they told me it was from a 2004 vehicle it was from a 99. So my car did not star due to different tooth in the cam gear. They need to change their staff super bad service.
