I tried to buy wheels for my car and the guy that answered the phone was completely incompetent, rude with lame customer service.when i asked for his name he refuse to provide it.He just said Im Lalo, wich obviously is fake. stay away from rhis place.
Dont ever come to this place, i waited an hour for an used door, so i had to leave because i didnt see any progress on my service, i wish i could give 0 stars to this store. If you ever go, get ready to wait 1 or never..dont waste your time and go somewhere else. I dont think there is another store worst than this one.
Came all the way from Dallas to buy parts I had everything and send all the paperwork needed to make the purchase when I arrive front stuff was not helpful they were like they dont care who comes in maybe there are the owners and dont car if they sell or not, lack of customer service at least the part was pulled out

Placed a phone order for 2 parts. Required 4 follow-up calls, and hours on hold until the part shipped over 15 days later. And then, only one part was included for the price of 2. They changed our verbal agreement, and will not reconsider... Ill cut my losses, and buy elsewhere!

This is my First time commenting on anything. I am a very patience person but this people up here makes joke of you. I drove an hour to buy motor for my car, i payed $600 they told me they will deliver it to me on Monday by 2:00pm since it was Friday because they dont deliver on weekend i said okay. monday reach Junior the guy i suppose to be dealing with keep making joke of me, telling me he will sent it this time and that time, and each time the time he said he wouldsent it reaches he have another story to tell me. Worst place to ever do business with. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.
These people are a rip-off. I went Saturday for a window on a 2015 Q50... He wanted $100, I walked. Called Uniglass, brand new $75. I called them back, asked if they would sell for $65, said No, $75.... Glass doesnt appreciate in value when its used... Avoid these thieves and just call Uniglass for new windows that are cheaper than used windows from these crooks.

I hate coming to this place when there the only ones that have the part. It’s sad that I dread going to place of business because of the staff. The Ernesto guy is so mellow tone and NEVER has a smile. The wait takes forever here ( pack a lunch ). Waited over 2 hours last time just to look at a part to see if I even wanted it. I’m typing this as I stand at there counter desk since like always, they take forever. Unfortunately I’m here today because I bought a part that was incorrect and been waiting for Alex since Ernesto said talk to him and now Alex has me going back and forth between the 2. As of now Alex has been in the back for 20min. Alex has a sign on back of his monitor that reads ( If you can’t be positive ... at least be quite ) it’s hard to maintain that while here.

This place is a joke. After being told on the phone he had the part I needed for an older car Im working on, I drove an hour across Houston to pick it up. I have dealt with a lot of people and bought many things in my life, and I actually felt reverse discrimination because Im a white American, even though the did speak English. The guy I talked to on the phone and dealt with there, Solomon, would not even make eye contact with me. Getting any answers was like pulling teeth! I literally stood there, while he talked on the phone and to others while I was frankly bewildered as to what the hell was going on. Do you have the part? Yup. Then silence. Incredible. Then he walked away and I didnt see him for half an hour. I stood for an hour at the counter, then after a while walked around outside while waiting for them to get the part. Finally, after an hour and a half of NOTHING, I walked back to the counter while he sat in a chair on the other side and said NOTHING. At that point I asked for my old part I had given him to make sure we had the right part. That took another ten minutes to get, and he handed it to me without saying a word. Worst customer service experience EVER. He didnt give a damn about me as a customer, and made no effort to hide that fact. Rude, disrespectful and a crappy attitude.

I disliked that I had to wait so long to get my parts. Feel like they can be a bit more efficient in that area but the staff was very friendly and catered well to what I wanted.

Same complaint as everyone else. I called, gentleman answered the phone, I said Im looking for factory lift blocks for a 97 F350. There was a commotion of laughter, I said excuse me and was immediately put on hold. Moments later another gentlemen comes on the phone and I repeat what Im looking for, with no hesitation he says we dont have it. I ask if he has any F350s and he replies nope, not anymore and hangs up the phone.
