A rock shattered the drivers side window on my way home from work. I did a quick search on my phone and ended up at Houston Exclusives Auto Glass. Service was excellent, was in and out in about one hour with my window tinted and replaced.

I do not recommend this tint place!!!!!! (Save your money and time ))got my tint done here on May2020, My front window tint starting peeling off on November 2020 not even close to a year of having it done. Called told them what happen and they said I need a Receipt! Which I lost. They couldn’t help me at all even Tho I have One year warranty with this tint!! And they even type up my information the day I got it done in there computer system. Which they say they have no record of ! Very disappointed!!!!! Save your money and go to Solar Tint it’s down the road they are more reliable you will get better tint then this place !

Got the 20%, they did a really good job. just left my car kind of dirty cause ig it was muddy in the back where they do the windows at. I didn’t mention it cause I was off of work & I was tired so I cleaned it up my self. it wasn’t much but I have a brand new car but other then that the experience was good.

Great team work at this place air condition waiting area TV while you wait took about 25 minutes to get my window out and put in we used them last year around this time for my fathers truck and now I needed a glass on my truck and the good news. This place is trash. I called to get a window tint and got told bring it, we will do it. However, when I got to the business said they couldn’t do it anymore. I drove over 40min just to not get told NO.

Seems like they did a pretty good job with fixing my windshield that was basically cracked all the way through and in dire need of changing. When I came here after being referred by a friend I only expected good things and that is basically what I got! The only bad slightly negative thing I can say was I thought the price was going to be a bit lower based on what I heard from my friend but it was a bit higher which I could still manage especially with the efficient speed and good quality of work they did.They had adequate chairs to sit on and a television to watch and pass the time. Nice cool environment also because of the AC blowing nicely and they tinted the windows with their own products!

I go here 3 days ago for tint I come back with bubbles and scratches on tint they said I had a warranty but he said it sisnt cover tint lol when I told him that made no sense he said there quarantining...save your money its millions of other professional spots where u dont have to risk it ......updateTo respond to that trash he just put...lets be honest u didnt warranty anything the air bubbles either I guess thats physical too just admit u guys are to sick in there to accomplish anything

Had the best experience at Houston Exclusive. Professional work at a great price. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it convinced me that I would go back for any other glass or tint work.

Terrible service. Guy quoted me 40$ for the back windows! Hour later once I arrive to the only place open Sunday, he changes it up.Now its 40$ for one window in the back! What a joke. Wasted 2 hours driving today. Guys arent hard workers. They complained when I asked to remove old film. Like if the work is a hassle. Then sold me on the idea of going over my original tint. Whatever. Just saying. Make sure u mention how many windows because back windows means the one back window to them. They basically tricked me to get me to their shop. Which by the way I saw 3 drug addicts on the way. Sketchy neighborhood for sure!

So i finally got my windows tinted today. Pretty disappointed in the experience at this place. I read reviews and decided to go. I live an hour away from this place. The place i usually go to has a waiting list. They had to take my car back 2 times to replace the tint. First they finished and it had a big bubble on the back, and a gap on the front top part of the windshield.. That strip they put. So i made them fix that. I start looking even more, and there were scratches in the tint. I was there almost 2 hours at that point. I asked if they could take it off for a refund. Of course they said no. So i had them replace all the stuff again. Hopefully yall will have a better experience or if you have been. Disappointed. It was getting dark by the time i left so i have to check tomorrow to see everything was fixed. I also requested my front windshield strip to be the legal tint, and I was on the way home to notice it is the darkest tint like on my back windshield.

Great place to replace your windshield. My car got broken into during the holidays. Came to this place at 1030 and got quoted $90 for my windshield. Most of the shops around this area dont have a waiting area. However, these guys offer more than expected for the great price.

Do not walk, RUN to this place for your tint needs! I called every single tint place between the beltway and 10. These guys beat everyones price, some by hundreds of dollars. I paid $170 to tint every window on a 4Runner, with ceramic tint (the good stuff.). Another shop quoted me $330 for the same thing. Many of the other shops also told me I would need to drop the car off because it would take several hours due to the size of the vehicle. I was in and out of here in less than 50 minutes; I couldnt believe it, and was even sceptical that they had done a good job so fast. I was glad to be wrong, as the job was perfect. Ive had many cars tinted over the years, and could always find a flaw, but not with these guys. I will definitely be back.

Overall experience is 5 stars. I checked google reviews and this tint shop have very high review. Now I am waiting in their lobby area and it will take about 1 ~1.5 hour for full car tint. The sales person are friendly.
