Thank you so much, you were so helpful!***** Please note that they will tell you to not remove the tape for 2 hours and to not take it out to a car wash for the next 2 days. This is to help the car windshield glue to stick properly and since they are the experts, then I will follow their advice.

Receptionist was helpful however there’s nothing like spending 280$ and getting a cracked dash and stained interior from the glue. Oh and getting cussed out by the man doing the work, I’m not a picky person but I don’t like spending 280$ to get my interior screwed, the 50$ rebate the owner gave was not worth it by any means, I took it to professionals for quality work. I could have done better and still have my dash. Very disappointed

The price wasn’t bad compared to other places but I was not satisfied when I looked inside my car. There were pieces of glass everywhere. Very visible pieces in the backseat on the back floors and in the trunk. I would have thought the guy doing the work would have vaccumed my floors and seats. Quality work should be from start to finish.

Work wasn’t done right and I’m not satisfied at all. I got my two front windows fixed after it got broken into and also got it tinted however, the whole job seemed like a rush job. There was still pieces of glasses everywhere in my car and almost sat on a few, the passenger door sounds of broken glass pieces inside of the door when it’s being closed. My windows are not even tinted to the very top. And yes, I followed the whole don’t put down your windows for 2/3 days.

The customer service is A1. The lady who organizes the work was polite and helpful. They offered to price match to get the work and she seemed like a dedicated employee. They did good by hiring her cause she does an excellent job for them and represents their company well. They also do body work and have a few locations in Houston...they will come to you also and if you live on the outskirts oftown expect to pay a fair and reasonable trip charge..this is understandable...they aint out there doing this for practice they gotta make a living too. Id recommend Atlas to anyone who asked me if i knew of a credible auto glass and body shop.

Had the unfortunate experience of having my drivers side window broken due to a break in. Greatly appreciate Atlas Auto glass for quick service and a competitive price. Was done within a few hours and cost exactly what they quoted.Very happy too they were open on Sunday of a long holiday weekend.

I went in thinking everything would be great. The communication was very informative but everything quickly changed. I ended up having to wait hours to get my window replaced. So from 8am-1pm and when I get my car back finally the work was awful! I now have glue oozing down my door and they haven’t returned my calls. I was promised a receipt and partial refund. Customer service is completely lacking and the actual service work is terrible. I don’t suggest anyone use this company.

Honest, fairly priced and quality work. Bonus is they are open on Sundays. We had a chip on our windshield that needed a repair. Called multiple places. They either didnt work w our schedule or were not able to repair the chip. Ivan greeted me and explained the repair to me. Given the damage, it likely will not look as good as new (which I fully anticipated). When the work was completed, it looked incredible. Very efficient and a pleasant experience. Highly recommend for window repair or replacement.

Came for a quote, price was ok, not the best price, however competitive. The office was decently comfortable, a bit of a surprise to be honest compared to the outside of the building. The work area or the shop area, part where they work on the vehicle is super old looking and dirty looking. I was not liking that so I decided to take my vehicle somewhere else that cost a little more. Overall I would still recommend this place if price is an issue.

Came in for a windshield replacement on a Jeep Gladiator. The windshield wasn’t replaced correctly and whistles LOUDLY at any speed faster than 20mph. It took 2 hours and $300 just to have to take it in again. Highly disappointed.

4.5 stars is hard to believe for this place. I took my truck in to get the windshield replaced and they stained my seat with polyurethane and butchered the interior pass side of my truck. All the moulds are loose and coming up wow what a lousy job. Shout out to the receptionist though she more professional than anyone else who works there. If you want good work done please go somewhere else youll be glad you did. Lousy job done its almost comical

Poorly managed. Shop, lobby and its parking lot a disaster. Work was done quick but vehicle was a mess when it was given back. Had to ask to have the employee clean up after himself. Management should be reviewing vehicles before they go back to customer.

As I’m reading the other reviews, I’m noticing a trend. This place is amazing. My boyfriend’s back truck window was unfortunately busted out from a robbery, last night. Atlas was ready & willing to help out. They have the greatest prices available. Our insurance didn’t even provide a better option. Reggie, our service rep, was absolutely amazing. From beginning to end. He provided a courtesy call. Kept us updated on his arrival. Thoroughly vacuumed and ensured the glass was gone. Installed very carefully & precisely. I will be recommending Reggie and this company to many others. Hopefully, not due to robberies, etc.

While visiting Houston from out of state, our car was broken into at around 8pm and we needed our passenger door window replaced. We called to see if there was anyway they could replace the window that night and within about two hours, we had a new window! I didn’t catch the name of the man who fixed it, but he was fantastic and we just couldn’t thank him enough!

Took them three and a half hours to fix the back quarter panel window and the windshield when I got my kids in the vehicle afterwards there was still glass all in the floor and in their car seats.

I will not complain about the price of the windshield + labor/installationThe only thing that got me UPSET and I did not see until next day is that my dashboard was stabbed Three (3) times by that tool used to removed the glass.The holes are right there in the middle, facing to the front of the dashboardManagement should be more pro-active overseeing the glass techs are doing a proper work and they are not making errors rushing a job

Cool owner, fast service but the problem is the fact that they nicked my dashboard and instead of saying something they put some nasty looking black goo inorder to cover it up.. it couldve been simply overlooked of they were upfront and honest about it but the sneaky cover up approach was not cool therefore I Will never go back nor recommend!!!

Last afternoon, my car (along with 20 others) were broken into. A small price to pay when I’m aiding in the gentrification of a low socioeconomic neighborhood.Atlas glass saved my life. I went in this morning and was out with a new window before my 10am class. The price were super affordable, and the employees are super nice, and while I was having a mental breakdown.10/10 would recommend.

I was very impressed with Atlas Glass CO!!! I was given an estimate within minutes of my initial inquiry after speaking with them and texting them a picture of my window. (A competing glass company didnt respond with an estimate after I called them and emailed them twice!) After receiving other estimates, Atlas was the cheapest and they provided the best customer service. Great communication from the technician who repaired my window. Quick turn-a-round on the repair. I highly recommend them.

After I was broken into, I replaced my front drivers side window here-- they gave me some discounts, and that was great, but... despite following their instructions to not roll down my window for the prescribed amount of days, I was only able to use my window twice before it locked up entirely. Now it wont go down at all and stays stuck in place. I will give them the benefit of the doubt however-- this was in the middle of a Houston summer, and it could have been that the glue melted and fused the window with the door or something. Needless to say, if youre thinking about getting work done from them and feel uncomfortable, maybe wait until its cooler or find someone else.

Was visiting Houston and had my window smashed in while we were in a restaurant eating. Called them at 9:30pm, he met me at his shop and had me out in 20 minutes! Very nice and polite, opened his office so my family could relax in his waiting room. Like I said.., very nice and professional. I would recommend them to anyone!

I do not recommend this place! I took my car so they could fix my widow so it would roll up and down, sat there for 3 hours just to be told that they “fixed” it but would break again after I rolled down the window 3 times. They didn’t explain the situation before they did the job so I still had to pay a ridiculous amount.

I had a rear window replaced, and the work was fantastic! Only thing was that my insurance company ordered a tinted window, but my windows are clear. Atlas Glass offered to change the other rear window to match at little to nothing!! Amazing customer service here, and the people are as genuine as they come! Very happy experience!

He has a well stocked shop and had the windshield I needed. When I arrived he had the parts laid out, jumped into action and had the job done quickly. Much appreciated!

I just needed some resin to fix a one-inch crack on my windshield. The guy hit on me too much instead of focusing on the job. In the end, the crack was still very obvious and he didnt charge me anything.Still, I wish he can be more professional. Dont assume a girl would sleep with random guys.

I had my window replaced at this shop and at first I wasn’t satisfied; however, I gave them another chance today and left happy. My window was replaced with an original from the manufacturer and fit perfectly with my door.

Needed a replacement windshield. First one didnt work out (wind noise). They did what they could to reseal, but the wind noise persisted. Finally they ordered another new windshield, which is (so far) quiet. Appreciate the way they took responsibility to make sure I was satisfied. Id recommend this business, as they are ethical and competent.

Do not believe all of these reviews. For starters, even when you make an appointment and they tell you that they have the glass in stock, its not true. They dont order the glass until you get there. I sat there while they called around trying to find my size glass, even though I was told it was in stock.Two hours later my windshield was replaced. After leaving, I noticed that the glass was distorted on the passenger side. I drove it for a month trying to get used to it but it just wasnt going to work. Its hard to read signs, etc through the glass because of the distortions. When I called and explained the problem, I was told the guarantee is for labor only. He said that he would work with me to replace it but it wont be for free. Thats not good. If the windshield is distorted, they should replace it for free.Just remember, you get what you pay for. There is a reason this place is cheaper than the rest. Take my advise and go ahead and pay for a decent windshield. Its something you really need.Plus, I almost forgot to mention this, they dont clean up after themselves. There was rubber pieces all inside my car and dirty fingerprints everywhere.In response to the statement from Atlas, there was no offer for any other glass besides the one that was installed. They seemed to have trouble finding any windshield that would fit my car, even though they claimed to have one in stock, as I was sitting there while the receptionist called multiple places trying to locate one. The offer that was made to find a different glass was after he told me that I would have to pay for it since they would not replace the defective glass on there own. To me, defective glass is defective glass and they should replace it.

This place was the only auto glass company that I could find near me open on Sunday after my rear passenger-side window got smashed in, and when I called first thing Sunday morning I received prompt service. Milad talked to me and said while they didnt have my specific piece of glass in stock, he would order it right away and in the meantime I could come in and have them vacuum up the broken glass and put a plastic cover on the window. The next day I went back to get it repaired and he said that the glass hadnt been delivered yet, so he went and picked it up and then came to my apartment to repair it - without any extra charge. Excellent service, kind person, way cheaper than the rest ($200 less than the other estimate I got). Would highly recommend this place!

Hire them at your own risk because if it is not fixed correctly then you will have to fix the problem from another glass company paying the full price all over again. They are an Iranian family owned business. Within a year glass came out of my house door as they did not fix the glass properly. They would not come to fix it. They promised they would but they never turned up to fix it. I found out they would not come to fix their mistake even within the warranty period. Good luck to you if you hire them. Just be warned. Dear buyer BEWARE!

I took my Acura to get a front passenger window replaced yesterday morning being that it’s a Sunday I was not giving them a hard time about the $200 quote. But after sitting there for almost two hours I hear this guy Milad just give prices on windows for vehicles more classier than mine at cheaper prices to many people. I paid 200 without tint,a guy in a Mercedes Suv paid what I did for the same window but tinted which made no sense I should have been charged way less if that is what he paid it’s obvious a Mercedes window is more expensive,what I noticed is that they don’t have set prices they just throw you one off the top of their head.

I called ahead to make sure that i could be serviced. I was overcharged $320 for my passenger window, then after being told my car was being repaired, after 4 hours of waiting and several excuses i was informed they did not have the glass for my car at all.

I like the way that they were opened on a Sunday and I had texted the night before when my car was broken into. He gave me all the information I needed before driving to their location. They were very professional and fast. This saved me time and money. They were very reasonable. Under $200.00. My deductible would have been $500.00. Impressive with the wait time. He was very exact.
