Worst Experience of my life. I accepted my offer on my motorcycle on 8/20/2020. it is 10/29/2020 and I have just now had the loan paid off to my bank. This was an absolute nightmare logistically and has caused so much undue stress in my life.What is difficult about this review is when you do get someone on the phone, theyre incredibly friendly and kind. However the process was so stressful I wish I had gone with a different dealership.The offer I got was super reasonable. It was the customer service aspect. I had to follow up over 15 times to get my vehicle picked up. I called upwards of 8 times to get the loan paid off.I detailed out an entire timeline as everyone was convinced I had been robbed as the payment for the motorcycle came over 2 months late. I had people telling me to contact a lawyer or demand my property back.I would not do business with them and would recommend against them to anyone else.

I took a new job out of state and I did not need the cars any longer. They made the process easy and paid off the loan. We dropped the cars off the night before we flew out. Great service.

My transmission went out in my Chevrolet truck. Because of the miles I didnt want to spend the money on it, but it was still a real nice truck. They paid me a fair price for it and picked it up for free!

I got a company car and didnt need my Camry any longer. Took it to their office and was out the door in 30 minutes with a check in hand. Will use these guys again!

Needed to sell an extra car and saw their advertisements. Very professionally and friendly people. Deacribed it as accurately as I could. They provided a range I could live with. Took it by, signed some paperwork and had check in hand within 30 minutes. Was a great transaction and I will definitely use them again!!

Not worth visiting, you wont get good price for selling your car!! Better to sell your car on social media or Craig list,My vehicle was quoted 50% less than market value. I found a person willing to purchase my vehicle and I sold the vehicle to him a good price.

The IQ guys were fantastic! Got a great offer for my used car and were very professional. Some of these other one star reviews sound like they were expecting a gold brick for their clunker! Take it from someone that actually took a decent car and got a great offer, these guys know what their doing. Thanks IQ!

Wasted my time getting a quote for my car from these guys. Got an additional $3K+ at Texas Direct Auto. They even spoon feed a good line of bovine manure afterwards to tell you how they arrived at their ridiculously low quote.If you have time to burn, then go for it. I think they have some free coffee.

DONT WAIST YOUR TIME!!!!!! IT IS A REASON WHY THEIR RATINGS ARE LOW.... I went to this place to sell my car the fat guy at the desk when you walk in, he is the one that Appraise the Vehicles some dumb ass for a week told me they would beat Carmax offer by $300.00 even the fat guy admitted the 300. Was wrong false and miss leading but did not want to make good on their mistake, so that let me know it was not a mistake it was a bait and switch scam!!!!! I went Texas Auto Direct no problem!! And they made good on their offer....whatIQ auto buyers have to offer is not worth it!!!!

They were quick and polite but number was nowhere near what we talked about prior to coming in.

Sellers beware. I was quoted a price to get my motorcycle and then was told they would pick up and give my a check from an out of town city bank. I refused to take a check I couldnt cash. They also refused to meet me at the bank to make transactions. Never give anyone your vehicles and titles with out getting your money. Oldest scam in the book.
