I love my Cobalt! My father and I went on a mission to find a good quality used car for me to bring home to Minneapolis and just so happened to drive by Ramscos Auto Sales. Mr. Ramsey had a several choices for each price point and soon I was checking out an 07 Cobalt (87k miles mind you). He was as involved as we were in making sure everything was in top condition for my drive and even had specialized mechanics check on the recall status. Ive already recommended him and Ramsco Auto to two others looking for cars. If youre in the market for a good used car and great service, add Ramsco to your list - father approved ;-)

Mr. Ramsey gave us the deal of a lifetime on a 2011 Chrysler Town & Country. He was very personable and I think he was as excited about the van as we were as he could not wait to show us the details of what we were getting. Most car dealerships cant wait to get their hands on your money and show you the door; not Mr. Ramsey. I hate driving to Houston, but he will definitely be our first (& probably last) stop for our next vehicle as well.

I paid cash here for a Corolla six years ago. This was the first time Id bought a car on my own after being divorced. The owner was condescending and not particularly accommodating, but I was tired of looking at cars and went ahead and bought a car from him. A couple of years after I bought it, things started going wrong, and I realized I had been sold a car with a salvage title that had been in a bad accident. He knew very well what he was doing. After putting too much money into the Corolla over the years, I finally got another Toyota, this time from Hertz Auto Sales. I was much happier with that buying experience.

AWFUL! Very unprofessional. Bought the car, transferred the money, received the car. The car was missing the spare, jack, and antenna. Mr. Ramsey said he would get those things to me. I had to call him several times to get the title sent. He yelled and swore at me and told me I didnt know anything. Mr. Ramsey is terribly hot headed, rude, unprofessional, and mean. I called him several times, only to have him hang up on me.Will never recommend this dealer.8/30/2014 - a year later. Received a call from Mr. Ramsey asking me to please change my review. Here is my update. I did receive money for the missing spare tire and jack. The antenna he sent was the wrong one - did not feel the trouble contacting Mr. Ramsey again was worth it. I had to buy the correct one. After one month of owning the car, I had to have a entire new fuel system put in the car. Has run like a charm ever since. I will change nothing else to my review.

I am satified with price, quality and service. This dealership has the best prices in Houston. I highly recommend their services.
