Worst experience ever. If you dont want to get completely ripped off stay away from theyre car. The people over here are very nice very friendly i must say but thats it when it comes to theyre cars over here all of them has major issues. Worst of all they are stupidly expensive. Dont get fooled by theyre sweet talk. I just dont want anyone else to waste theyre hard earned money to buy something disgusting. Will never go back there again.

I was a little concerned when I read the reviews. But I have had a very positive experience with Ace. We bought a car from them after losing everything in Harvey. There was a little problem with the car, which their mechanic fixed the same day. They have been very friendly. I will definitely buy from them again.

First, let me say that the cars I saw looked clean. The owner seemed to be very knowledgable, helpful, and willing to get us into a car that made us happy. A couple of the cars had a few issues like missing seat-adjuster buttons or loose finishing parts (like fog light surrounds). Out of the MANY used-car dealers I have dealt with in my car search, Naseer (I think), seemed like one of the more honest folks I came across. We made a deal on a vehicle that had a traction control light on. He knew exactly what the problem was, and said he had the part already on the way. He didnt budge much on the price, but maybe that was bad negotiating by me. NOW HERE IS WHERE I MESSED UP--- He asked for a deposit to hold the car. I ended up giving him $500 as a deposit (I was paying cash for the car). The car was going to take 2 days to get FIXED. My diligent wife found another vehicle (a MUCH BETTER vehicle) at another dealership. When I asked for a refund of some of the deposit, he only gave me $200 back. Yeah, he could have been a prick and said NO to anything...I know that. But whatever you do, DONT GIVE HIM MORE THAN $100 AS A DEPOSIT. At the end of the day, its a used car business...dont get taken as a sucker!!!

Worse experience of my life, started off with him feeding me nothing but BS about how its a family business and how we look out for each other and we have a mechanic we go to if anything goes wrong, we have a deal. We enjoyed the way he talked with us and seemed completely truthful. Ended up buying a 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse, the man didnt offer a warranty or anything knowing that the car was AS is and didnt mention the fact either. Drove off that night. a week or 2 down the line hes leaving back to Pakistan or where ever the hell hes from, the car breaks down, the timing belt snaps. I talk to the wife to get help and to get this problem solved so I can go back to work, the wife knows absolutely NOTHING about where her husband, the OWNER, takes his customers to get his car fixed for a decent price. All she knows is how to take your money because thats all they care about. We take it to a local mechanic not knowing what to do, we spend more than 1000 for him to just take a look.The owner FINALLY gets back to us, we take it to his mechanic. They fix the car and tell me it will be 1000. It gets stuck in 2nd and 3rd gear, I take it back, they finally fix it again, and tell me I am a terrible drive. a couple of weeks later, I cant put the car in drive, only reverse, park, and neutral. I am pretty sure they had a deal and that deal was to screw up the car and take the money. Not to mention the fact that they lost the title to my car, claiming they mailed it to me.No compensation for the repairs, no apologies, nothing absolutely nothing. I wish I could have known what I was getting into before I even signed my paper work. The owner seemed like a dependable person but quickly went out of his way to get his money for one of his cars. I hope someone reads this because I dont want ANYONE to get into the same trouble I got into with these lowlives. I wish I could take this all back now I am stuck with a car in my drive way. I cant even sell it without a title. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE I BEG EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU

This place is a rip off .. anybody looking to buy the black vw routon dont buy I had the van 5 days before the alternator went out.. they didnt fix it ... I had to pay 800 to get it fixed .. then the motor start acting up transmission slips and it rides very rough... the driver window never worked they never fixed key also never worked with the alarm had to open with key then turn van on so alarm can stop sounding off ( no it wasnt the battery on the remote)... now they want me to pay for remaining balance lol once I turned the van back to them

WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! First off almost all his cars are about $2,,000 higher (min) then listed on kelly blue book.Most dealers hike it up 1k, he has the nerve for 2k. I bargained down almost a grand and purchased my car. It was a clean title with low miles and given a more than average price I figure it was a safe bet. There was no option to buy with warranty, which should of been my first hint.I waited nearly 1.5months for my plates and the title. I would call him to remind him and he seriously forgot to send me the plate. When I finally got fed up and told me he had a responsibility legally to send them he got angry with me and said, tomorrow, tomorrow! I waited. Nothing. I called again. it took 1week of reminding him to file it with the court and he admitted he kept forgetting but did little to nothing to fix the issue for a week. WRITE IT DOWN OR SOMETHING. 1.5months before i got my plate. Mind you I paid cash with him. One shot so since he had my money I suppose he figured our business was done. When I got the plates i couldnt even sure it on. The plates did not match where the holes were preset. Had to go to a local mechanic and pay for them to do it.I drove it maybe 4-5times before things started to go wrong with it. The sunroof which used to roll back would not close. The battery needed to be replaced. Bt the absolute worst was as I was driving my car down the highway the drive seat of the car door busted open. I was going 60 on the highway, standard speed and it busted open nearly hitting another car. It did not detached itself, the latched that locks a car door simply caved. I had to drive back to a safe spot while one hand on the wheel and the other hand holding onto the door. I got it repaired the next day which cost me $600. When I spoke to other mechanics they said funny things were done to this car. Scratches in a few places, and when they popped the hood they said things were tampered with that should of never been touched unless a salvage or title rebuilt.I called his shop and his wife answered. When I told her I nearly caused a week that could of been fatal due to this car she said You buy as is, we have no responsiblity for you or the car!WORST PEOPLEJust disgusting.I am afraid to even sell this car as I have no idea how much tampering he did to it and I dont want to sell it to possible a mom with kids or anyone so a door could possible hurt them to.1.5months delay for liscenseDead battery within the first weekFaulty sunroofLatch on door replacement ($600)he and his wife are some shady sketchy people.DISHONEST!DONE GO
