Team Deviate took care of me: I came in with my Beetle sorely bashed from a collision, and the guys went above and beyond. After making me comfortable in the shop, they walked me through the needed repairs, step by step, gave me a good rate, and then came through on all their promises. I discovered this company by accident. I saw a post on social media about one of their Mercedes Sprinter vehicles they finished with LED head lights. One of my biggest struggles after I got my van was the inability to find LED lights that were compatible with my 2018 sprinter. My sprinter is converted into a camper for when I travel for work or fun. I do a lot of night driving and the stock halogen lights were extremely dangerous due to their weak light output. I had been in several positions where the light output was so dim that I was at risk for an accident. Seeing as this could never be a long term item for the halogen lights I had been looking for over a year for a manufacturer that could provide me LED lights that have a stronger light output. I spent a lot of money ordering LED headlights to see if they would work and in the end having to donate them or selling for way less than what I paid for them. When I had lost all hope I spotted their post on a Facebook group. I reached out and discovered their company made custom LED headlights and while I was in communication I wanted to see about getting LED fog lights was a possibility since my van did not come stock with any fog lights. They told me yes. I learned that their company was in Houston Texas 1,500 miles away from me in Las Vegas Nevada. It had me hesitant but I was in such worry at losing my life due to the weak halogen lights I had been working with for driving at night. I made the plans and set the trip a few weeks ago. I was warned that the install could take at least a week but informed them that I was making the long drive to them and if at all possible needed everything to be done in a day or at least two days. We went over everything and I even added a few more wants to my list after I saw one of their vans in the shop including painting my rims as I am not a fan of chrome on my vehicles. I had dropped off early morning when they opened. To my shock they had everything done in one day. They went above and beyond my expectations! My Mercedes van is now in a totally different class of looks and I am in love. I made the trip back home during the worst week Texas had ever seen with black ice all over the road and through snow. I was worried I wouldnt make it home alive but I did and the LED headlights for sure saved my life this time. It was a terrifying trip home due to the weather but I am so impressed with what they did for me I could never thank them enough. The LED headlights and fog lights are game changers for me in driving safety. I have less fear than ever about driving my van in the dark now. I highly recommend Deviate Autosport! My 3,000 mile round trip was absolutely worth it! If you have been struggling like me about the total lack of LED headlight options for the Mercedes Sprinter look no further. No distance would have been too great for me to make the decision to get this done. Highly highly recommend!!! 5+ stars for sure! Attached pictures before the install and after the install.

Wow I can’t say enough about the Team at Deviate Autosport. Very professional and knowledgeable understood the vision and made it come alive. Very professional great service

I got my Audi wrapped here few months ago, had an issue with one of my sensors and they did not take care of the issue. I had to bring it to the Audi dealership and they advised that whoever worked on my car before had messed up my sensors and the wrapping was the only worked I had done on my car. Now the shop won’t take responsibility and I had to come up out of pocket. Arnoldo won’t help you don’t even bother. I wouldn’t take any Audi here if I was you.Please believe you don’t want to do business with a shop like that.

I came to get a wheel alignment on my 2009 BMW 328XI and they were super helpful and informative. My car was missing a pin so they couldn’t do the front camber adjustment but he gave me a quote on how much it’d cost to replace that pin. I came in for an electrical lights installation, and had many questions, and the owner Aroldo, got offended that I ask many questions about my own vehicle and the process. He then rudely tell me to get the hell out of his shop because I ask too many questions. Everyone, please, dont trust this business, if they treat new customers rudely, they should not be allowed to operate, because a customer asked too many questions. Being greeted upon entering a place of business is a service that seems like it’s on the verge of extinction. Not only was I greeted with a handshake upon arriving, I was worked into what seemed an already full schedule. I came, only to get quoted on removing and reinstalling the wrap on my vehicle, with no real intentions of leaving it that day seeing as my schedule is just as full. The hospitality I received changed my mind that quick. I ended up leaving my car that day and promised myself, even though I subconsciously wanted to, that I wouldn’t leave one until I picked my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I came in for a Wheel Alignment and while in the process they showed me a major issues that they found (needed new tire rods and new tires 20 inch rims ). We all know parts for a 2010 Dodge Charger can be pricey but instead of trying to break the bank for repairs. They worked a bundle deal that I could not pass up. I got a alignment new tires and tire rods for a steal. I highly recommend them for and car services inside and out. They can even wrap your vehicle. That is the thing I’m coming for.

Installed some carbon fiber side skirts on my 2018 Ctsv. Did a great job and had me out in less than 2 hours.Quick update...on my way into work this morning after driving 3-4 miles I heard something funny outside my car. Didn’t think much of it but when I got to work I noticed that one of my side skirts came off my car. $750 down the drain!!!! Plus the cost to install it.

I have to say that Deviate Autosport is definitely on top. I had them install a front lip splitter on my Camaro and they gave the BEST installation. We took in my husbands Mazda M6 and had the catalytic converter, O2 sensors and spark plugs replaced. We had a great experience and the price for the work came in well under the dealership. The parts have a warranty so that if anything goes back they can be replaced. If you are looking for an honest mechanic with reasonable pricing be sure to come here. Aroldo is the owner and a perfectionist so you know the job is going to be done correctly.

Short version:Ive gone to them twice. The customer service, humor and work regarding repairs has been amazing and theyre well priced. Im not yet in a place to get things customized but the cars I see them working on look sweeeeet.Long version:I cant remember how I found out about them but Im glad theyre around. I dont have a nicer car like the ones Ive seen in there but they squeezed me into their schedule to get my car in and out the same day and I KNOW theyre busy. Plus, I changed my appointment time & kind of called them multiple times harassing them with different questions before coming in (sorry!). They answered every question and didnt block me lol. Also, the first time I went Roy took his time to show me what was going on with my car as there were specific things related to the suspension and even though I couldnt get the work done there, I remembered what he showed/told me & it ended up saving me money and trouble at the dealership where I usually get my car fixed/checked. So, they deserve these 5 stars. I tell people I know about them and havent heard anything bad yet.I forgot the name of the guy who worked on my car but Ill update this when I find out so I can thank him here too. My car drives noticeably better now. Its also their policy to clean up/wipe down inside your car after working on it so no dark handprints are left in or around the car. I appreciate that.

I am very disappointed with the service I received. I came to Deviate to repair my cracked wheels. I left my vehicle at their shop while repair was serviced. I received a call that repair is complete and I can come pick up my car. When I dropped by to get my car, the wheel and tire was already mounted on my car and ready to drive off. I paid for repair service and went along my way. A couple weeks later, I noticed low air pressure on the same repaired wheel. I put some air in there and it would good for a few days and then same low air pressure. This continued for a little while until recently when I decided to replace my wheels. With the new wheels on, upon inspecting my old set of wheels, the one I brought in for repair was NEVER repaired. Come to think of it, they probably never took it off the car. This is horrible. They give you the talk but do not back it up. Be CAUTIOUS if you are thinking about using their service. I will not recommend them to anyone.

Great shop to get all your work done in a professional and timely fashion. Have been a loyal customer for 10+ years and I have always trusted Aroldo with any work done on my cars.

Look at ALL the reviews and note the details each person is noting. These guys are only good for small wrapping jobs and in rare cases can get a large wrap job done when they actually allocate their time properly (rare). I have yet to find a good company within Houston. Them being decent wrappers (Being the best in Houston is not saying much seeing as theres not many good wrappers in Houston) is the only reason theyre getting 1 star. I would highly NOT recommend. Save yourselves a headache. My experience with them include small wrap jobs and major car repair. The experience described below was a blessing in disguise that deterred me from ever using them ever again and recommending my close friends/family to not use them.I made the mistake of bringing my car here for major repairs here years ago and I am STILL finding things they did wrong. The only reason I have not gone back to them for repairs was due to their dishonesty and keeping my car in their shop for at least a month due to literally complete bs reasons and drawing things out unnecessarily without telling me the simple truth. Everytime I called (at least once a week) was a different excuse and false promises. At some point, a car owner just wants their car back. Some things that were found over the years:-Bearings - improperly shaved and installed causing premature wear (alignment services installed it for me and also does a better job aligning as that is their primary focus)-Foglight housing - Installed improperly causing a crack which subsequently allowed water to damage the bulb. Luckily the electrical wires were OK, but I had to buy another housing-HID beams - they simply cheaped out on these and are nowhere near in quality the ones that I had before the major repair.-Spray foam repair (not sure what this is called) - basically the welding/moldings that are used to repair your car. They did a rush job so it kind of shows everywhere. I initially didnt know anything about this. My car wash person mentioned this to me and also mentioned that it usually doesnt happen if the repair shop does a good job. Based on everything that happened above, he was spot on.Ive finally almost repaired/replaced everything they repaired and this honestly was a blessing in disguise as I have found many other major repair shops (as noted above in parentheses) around Houston who are way more honest and reasonable with their repairs. These other shops actually bring me out to my car to EXPLAIN and SHOW me whats wrong with my car rather than give you a number without solid background info.Its obviously way too late for photos so take this review how youd like. Just trying to save a fellow person from getting a potential headache.

I got my 3.5 inch coil left kit for my Jeep installed here. I know Aroldo for years. I had my clutch replaced here last year as well. He pays attention to details and he takes his time to ensure the work is done correctly.

Aroldo the owner is the biggest cheat, a true low-light and a lying crook. Most of the pictutes hes posted arent even cars he has worked on.I turned my car in my brand new import for front end repair after a minor collision and he promised to have it fixed in 2 days which turned into the 10 days. When I finally threatened to take my car he said the front end was removed. I stopped by to see the progress and they hadnt even started to wok on my car. He then blamed his body shop guy for getting it missed up with another Benz.Being the smooth talker he is he convinced me to give him 2 more days which ended up being a huge mistake.2 days later I get a call my car is ready. Upon rival I can see the front end looks completely misaligned with tons of gaps be body panels. He then plays dumb saying that is the car design. When I pop the hood all the engine hoses and seals are disconnected. They drilled a hole in my hood to pop out one very minor dent and made it look a whole lot worse then it was when Id left my car there. When I question him he says thats how I drove the car there.I talk to the mechanic on site and am told they still hadnt finished the work on the car and werent sure why the owner had called me. The mechanic proceed to put everything together.At the end of it all the car was in worse shape then before Id dropped it off.The reviews you see with high ratings are done by him offering customers $10 off the total bill. I saw this happen in front of me several times.Those same customers told me he has royally screwed up hybrid own high end cars.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!! BELIEVE ME THIS GUY IS A CON ARTIST.

Absolutely devastated...I am scarred after entering this shop. To think with the expectations to be treated as a human, let alone a customer, was completely foolish of me.I got my rims powder coated black for a price WAY too high after Aroldo (owner) gave me his word that - “We do it the best job across all of Houston... yeah, that’s bold to say, ain’t it? Haha”. After the process was complete and my wallet empty, I casually climbed the highway at speeds I should probably not mention here, and realized that Aroldo did not do the balance for my tires correctly at all.As I went back to the shop (which was a full hour away, in the middle of my day, around horrible construction roads), I listened to Aroldo blame this issue on me and to “fix the problem” I should pay an extra $200 or so to get “extreme balancing” done. I then explained this hadn’t ever happened until after the balance was completed at his shop. After a verbal fight and shockingly horrible customer service from both Aroldo and his team, he decided his mistake should probably not cost me an additional few hundreds of dollars....this may be after he realized I have a huge following who will be hearing about this. Sorry, not sorry.Update (late review here); after a couple months of the powder coat, my rims are now bubbling and ripping apart from the center. After being advised I should call back the shop and possibly get it fixed... Y’a know what? i’ll take the ugly rims over having to ever interact with Aroldo again. Thanks for the bad experience, ugly rims, and for robbing me.

I recently visited Deviate Autosport and had a fantastic experience! Gabe started everything off by welcoming me to the business and offering very reasonable prices. The entire crew at Deviate is very friendly. Auto, one of the techs at Deviate did all the work on my car and even checked on a few extra things for me just because he was under the car. These guys do just about everything from a oil change to installing turbocharger for anything from Acura, Ford, Lexus, Dodge, Cadillac, BMW, Honda, Nissan, etc. they even had an Aston Martin DB9 getting work done while I was there, I was there for awhile. I will definitely come back to them for my next mods. A+++
