Where do I Begin!!! I have brought two cars to collision fix. I had a 2019 Toyota Camry that had all of my wheels stolen! Their service is absolutely amazing, attentive and very precise! Not to mention they are good trustworthy people. So I upgraded too a 2021 Toyota Camry and unfortunately I got hit in the back, so because of their great service I brought my car back to them. They delivered. Even with handling the difficulties of dealing with payment from the insurance companies Ive had to go through both times. My car is brand new and has a very detailed paint (White Pearl) and they made sure they got it done right, by going above and beyond to ensure they had the time to get it right.This place is the go to for any collision repair!!! The lady helping me with an estimate in the front reception desk area was kind, courteous and knowledgeable about the repairs for my vehicle. Although the parking lot is too crowded for me, seems like they need to get those cars back to the owners and clear out the space.

I’m late as always to post. But Denise is amazing and saved my other baby (car). Back to it’s original condition! Her professionalism, character, and morals are few and far between these days. And the fact that she genuinely cares about her customers, and not just a paycheck is also rare in these times. Expected completion date was not on time, and however was not her fault. I know this because she called them on speakerphone while I was on another line and heard this. She is a great person, and one of few still left that does her job and works hard! Scheduled a time to have some minor front-end damage repaired. They ordered the necessary parts; I brought my car in & the next day they contacted me to let me know it was ready to be picked up. They did a real nice job repairing the damage; looks real good! They did the work quickly & charged me what they estimated the repair to cost. Im VERY PLEASED with the result & I recommend Collision Fix Unlimited to anyone that might need some body & trim work done!

Great service from start to finish! Denise, Erica and the whole crew here do a great job. We had a pretty extensive claim that required a variety of new parts during COVID and the winter storm. We were updated the whole time and they communicated with our adjuster to make the process super easy. They even took delivery of our rental and handled the return with Enterprise. Will not recommend this body shop. I was referred to this body shop by a wrecker truck company. Had an Accident January 4, I have had to send my truck back to the shop 4 times and my truck is still incomplete. Rubbing noise from the accident that they still not fix after taking back.

On 1/7/2020, I was broadsided on the front end of my 2018 VW Tiguan on the passenger side. Luckily, I had recently been to have a small body issue checked on my vehicle at Collision Fix and had met Denise Maxwell who manages the business. I had her business card and I called her from the crash site. My car was towed to her shop on Windfern, and she immediately assisted me in getting a replacement rental vehicle. Denise fought to save my car from being deemed a total loss and she succeeded. Denise is very knowledgeable and does her homework. She also assisted in resolving an issue related to the number of days that the two insurance companies would provide a rental car to me. In the end, she went as far as paying for several days rental after my insurance company pulled the plug on reimbursement.I am very pleased with the finished product that was presented to me when I went to pick up my vehicle. It was like having a new car! The car had sustained damage to the front door, fender, two wheels, a headlight, and other front and suspension parts. I highly recommend Denise and her team at Collision Fix for all your collision needs. They are friendly, professional and competent and will treat you like family.

Ms. Denise is an example of PERFECT customer service! I couldnt be more pleased by the work that was done to my vehicle. I had a dent on the lift gate of my XT5 and it needed body work. I dropped off my vehicle on a Monday morning and it was ready Wednesday morning. the work was perfect! My vehicle was detailed and I was informed that I can get it detailed for free one more time! Mrs. Denise Maxwell was extremely nice to me and treated me as one of her own. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and they fixed my car within an hour when several other body shops could not fix it time after time. I went to several other body shops and they could not fix the problem. I would have saved both time and money if I went to Collision Fix Unlimited first because they are not only extremely nice but they get the job done at a great price. They charged me less than any other body shop and they actually fixed the problem that other body shops could not. Its been a while since I last brought my car to the Collision Fix Unlimited, but I really never get a chance to express my positive experience. Denise, you might have thought I forgot you guys... but of course not! Who could ever forget your excellent customer service and very accommodating personality and above all your over the top service.When my husband and I came to visit your shop for the first time, we were already tired looking around for a closer shops to our house to fix my hail damaged car. We went to 3 different shops that we were so frustrated of. Mind you readers, there are those car shops that front themselves with good reviews, but in reality, they are inadequate. You want to know why? They are after for a big cheque. They make you feel bad that your insurance company give a low assessment, though I told them that the assessment is subject to change according to the adjuster I spoke with. They are absolutely wrong! I felt dismayed when I went to Vics Collision in Kuykendahl and also to the Woodlands Body shops because of their narrow-mindedness. Blah Blah to them!. They never knew that my insurance company has a good GD power rating and is very flexible. My Insurance company is easy to negotiate.When I approached Denise, She never hesitated to listen when I told her that my insurance adjuster had temporarily given me an assessment value for the damage because I chose to have the adjuster come to my house and assess my car instead of having my car be brought to their insurance approved car shops right away. Denise told me that she will help me, and she really did ! After she inspected my car, she called my insurance company about her assessment. In the next few days my insurance company called me that they had approved the adjustment for the cost that Denise had proposed. Thats how easy my insurance company is.What I like about Denise the most is her pro-customer attitude. She really cares for her customers. Shes not so obsessed with a big cheque like those I mentioned. She met my needs in the middle. She knew that my deductible was high, yet she bent her back for it. She helped me with my financial responsibility in a way. I can tell that Denise is very professional and knows her business too well. She knows how to position herself and make everyone happy. Friendly staff. Our family has used them multiple times. They are great about working with you on cutting costs if youre having an older car repaired (maybe by using aftermarket parts which in can accept on a car with 150k miles).

PLEASE READ.Ok first of all big thanks to Denise for her help.Beware of insurance Preferred shops what I have come to find out they bend over backwards to skimp on repairs and whatever insurance company says they do to cut costs even if its a dealership and its apart of its network dont do it.Collision Fix did not cut corners insurance company wanted them to glue my headlight plastic together. Collision fix replaced it. Insurance wanted them to just hammer a dent out Collision Fix repaired it properly with filler and paint. Insurance said not to blend color on fenders Denise said I want to talk to your manager. (Just a fyi my insurance company is one of the biggest insurers in the country which I am surprised at there willingness to skimp on work)Highly recommend God forbid if I ever have damage to my car this is the only place I would take my car. You work hard to pay your car note and insurance premiums so you should get premium work.Thanks Collision Fix.

The way Denise talks to customers is horrible. She said my car would be ready in a week. When I called to pick up my car on Friday. She started yelling saying she doesnt have time to tell me again that my car isnt going to be ready til Tuesday. An hangs up on me.

Omg thank you Denise! My entire rear end was clobbered by an incompetent driver and Debise at Collision Fix came to my rescue... I called the owner Sunny and he immediately offer to tow my at to the yard.... They would have took four days to fix my car but Geico messed over my estimate... Nevertheless my car was ready in two weeks.Denise took care of my rental. All I had to do was drop my rental off at collision fix and they returned it. The result on my car was better than brand new...They even provided an additional detailing in 30 days.The service was phenomenal. Thank you #CollisionFix
