ITS installed stage lighting for our church building. They were friendly and very knowledgeable about the various options available. They helped us find a solution to our audio/visual needs that fit our budget. They were professional and prompt. Their installers and programming technicians did a clean, neat, and thorough job. 5 stars.

We had white noise installed in our open office. They installers were great. They were courteous and worked quietly and quickly around our busy office. The white noise works great as well.

I recently coordinated the planning of a summit for my company at the Crowne Plaza near Reliant - Medical. Josh and Jacob with Integrated Technology Solutions were a tremendous help when it came to our audio and visual needs. Our event spanned the majority of the day and consisted of keynote speakers, panels, and breakout sessions. The team was able to work with me ahead of time in determining our needs, and the event was an overwhelming success. I would highly recommend using them.

A person answers the phone every time. Fast responses (sometimes on the spot) for quotes. The best bid I received by far and the service was unbeatable. Have called on them on two occasions for low voltage A/V needs and will call them again the next time we need more. Hoping to use them for cabling needs in commercial ground up and tenant improvement build outs coming up this year.

Did a good job on initial installation, but could not get them to come out and correct some minor issues. After several attempts, we called another audio tech company to get it done and just paid them.

I have been trying to contact this company for days now. All I ever get is automated answers having me leave messages that never get returned. How can there really be no staff available to answer the phones? I just went ahead and chose another company to have the work I needed completed. Its a shame really because I had been referred to this company, but at least the other I chose had live people to answer my questions.
