Pam and Luis are great! Trust worthy and know their audio equipment! They are continuously learning new up to date technology and have great ways to hide and automate audio and visual equipment and speakers. I hate seeing wires and they do a superb job hiding everything! Love them! Highly recommend!

Pay More. Get Less. $125.00 Hr labor. Trip charges if you are outside of a five mile circle. Almot everything that they sell can be purchased at WAVE Electronics (Open to the public) Their extended warranty can also be purchased there. If they allow you to buy your own products, they will jack up the labor amount to make sure they still make their money. Any electrician can run your audio/CATV/Phone etc cables for less. You will pay $1500.00 dollars for a simple apt pre-wire. Add more if you want 5 channel home theater, outdoor speakers and etc. Your best option is buy the stuff yourself and have them (or someone else) install it. That way you can avoid paying double markup. Also, be sure to ask a lot of questions. If they DONT bid something, it is NOT included, even if you thought it was. Be sure to ask, because they do NOTHING unless their palms are greased.
