When my jet ski needed repairs, I was fortunate enough to find WFO Performance. Every damaged part was shown to me with an explanation of what and why it needed to be replaced. I didn’t have to wait months, like I would’ve at a dealership either. My ski was back on the water and faster, with much better handling. Awesome job WFO!!!

Usually I don’t write reviews but these people Worth itAs you know I don’t know if everybody like me the most important thing when you take your stuff to repair shop it’s honesty, why? because we have no idea what’s going on and these people are very honest I had two Jet skis they told me one is worth the repair with 2hours labor Then they said only one hour and a half onlyI highly recommend this place

I just want to leave a 5 star review for Richard, because every time I call hes really nice on the phone and very helpful plus hes usually got the part Im looking for.

I brought them my brand new Yamaha waverunner to add some aftermarket parts installed, along with other custom work that I wanted done. I have read and heard good reviews about Rich and drove 2.5 hrs each way. I was really happy with the work. The skis is now on its second season. I had zero problems and I am super happy every time I ride my ski. Reliable and peace of mind knowing it was done professionally. I have read his previous reviews and seen some negatives but from all the conversations I had with Rich and dealings, i got to know him well during this build. I dont believe these two negative reviews and I strongly believe they are slanderings from other shops or employees from dealers that know they cant perform the job he does. I have a 2021 ski on order and as soon as it arrives WFO will be working his magic on it. 5 stars. Strongly recommend this business.

I dont normally say that someone is the best, but Rich and WFO Performance are just that. The BEST! His knowledge base is unparalleled. From normal maintenance type work to full on speed machines. They dont cut any corners. I only rates them 5 stars, because 10 starts werent available. They that good!

I was shopping around and so happy I stumbled across this place. I got some repairs done and then upgraded my performance too. It sure runs fast now. Hes a REAL expert and he will customize. Happy I found Richard and his team. Way better than the standard dealer shop. And the price is fair too. Been going here for about 5 years. Alot of his clients drive from across the state to his shop. Its worth it.

Not sure if I left a review earlier or not. Was not a fan of how the owner handled my questions. But maybe he was just having a bad day. Just wish he was a little less rude to me.

Rich was awesome. Dealership wanted an arm and a leg for general maintenance on my Sea Doo GTR215. Rich fixed me up plus did some impeller work and replaced a worn ring... reasonable price and all around pleasure to work with. Will definitely be back. Thanks Rich you rock!

Ive trusted Richard at WFO with my skis for over ten years. It goes without saying that Rich is one of the finest, most experienced fabricators/mechanics in the country. From basic maintenance and repairs to creating full blown race skis, the level of craftsmanship and detail that he puts into his work is second to none. I highly recommend researching his work on WFOs Facebook page and picture gallery - it is extremely impressive. There are very few people in the country with his level of experience, and we are lucky to have him right here on the Gulf Coast.

Richard knows his jet-skis! Bought mine first used jetski, and ran it for about a year, never would it go over 45 mph, which i assumed was normal. Took it to WFO Performance for its 80 hour supercharger maintenance. The next day Richard called to inform me that while looking over my boat he noticed the propeller was beat and bent to hell, and that he would like to replace it also. While there he took care of other misc stuff that i knew about, but didnt expect him to notice with out really studying the boat. Long story short, I got my seadoo back in less then a week, even with ordering special parts, everything was done nice and neat, and best of all, new top speed is 65. THANK YOU RICHARD!

Rich @ WFO Perfomance is a heck of a guy! He has taken time out of his day many times to answer or call me to reply to questions I have had about rebuilding my own ski. I have needed more than the average parts for a 2 stroke rebuild and Rich has hooked it up pretty dang good! This guy works off of old school methods, you show him respect and help him out he will gladly return the same two-fold. Dont forget that this kinda guy is someone you will not find on eBay or some online store...Brick and mortar all the way, someone who cares to actually help you is his name in the game.
