Just an update to give a shout out to Alex in parts and accessories. Since buying the Scrambler shopping for all sorts of gear. Alex has been more than helpful and patient. Actually taking the time to teach me about helmets and giving excellent advice to guide me in the right direction direction for many different things.Have been going to V1 for Honda service. Recently drcided to look for a Scrambler and went there. Worked with Madeline, looking and riding different bikes. She was invaluable in getting me through the whole process, and even reached out later to follow up make sure I was enjoying the bike. This will continue to be my first choice for my motorbiking needs!

The bike Ive been searching for was finally in stock at V1 Moto! Madeline with sales helped out greatly and made the process as easy as possible. I even had to drive in from out of town but she ensured the bike would be there upon my arrival. Amazing facility with great employees!

I give the customer service 5 stars, but it really irritated me that they would not come down on their outrageously high dealer prep fee of $499. I have never paid anywhere close to $500 for dealer prep and Ive been riding for over 40 years. The supply chain is strained and I expected to unfortunately pay MSRP, but tacking on another $499 on top of freight, document fees, etc.. is salt to the wound. Allen was an awesome sales person and he helped load my daughters dirt bike for us and I sincerely appreciate that gesture. All I have to say is I have 4 kids and they all love dirt bikes, ATVs and I wont forget those dealers that charge high prep fees when I make my next purchase.

This place is awesome. I was looking for a really particular type of motorcycle. They helped me find it and got me a real good deal. The best part about the dealership was how responsive and knowledgeable the team is. After I purchased my multistrada pikes peak they delivered it for me! I wasn’t sure how some of the modes worked and they answered all my questions even after the sale was done which is something I haven’t gotten from other places I have purchased from.

Its the only place I will take my Diavel Carbon to for any kind of service work, They do first rate work at a reasonable price. I used to take it there when its was Bob Lunsford but now it is V1 Moto they have improved the place and it has a lot better selection of bikes and not just Ducatis. Very friendly staff who have been there a long time and know their business.

Sells Ducati motorcycles and service. Just let you know Ducati is an Italian made bike and are expensive to repair. At 600 miles I took my Ducati in for its first service and check and it set me back $350. Which was basically an oil change.

I just want to say thank you to everyone at V1! Especially Luis, he waiting a little after closing to help me out and got me settled with gear and everything and only took around 30 minutes. I love my new CBR and will continue to use V1 Moto!

I had seen V1 Moto post some bikes on Facebook Marketplace so I decided to check them out. I was amused and glad to see that they were located in a building I am sure I have seen most of my life there off 45N. Im not sure how long V1 Moto has been in there but it brought back some great memories. (So thats the back story lol)On a whim after eating lunch at Katzs in the Woodlands I told my so, lets go check out some bikes!! We walked in and it was awesome. So many bikes on the showroom floor. Used, new, all the Hondas and more Ducatis I think Ive ever seen in one place. They had it all. The staff were just as awesome. Very helpful and quick about getting things done. We were so taken in with everything that I wanted to become a part of the V1 Moto family buying a bike right then and there. After filling out a little paperwork to start things off bam. It was on. Hooked me up with a great agent at All-State and got a great deal on insurance and rode out of the parking lot all in a reasonable amount of time. The staff took great care of us and made sure my son and I as well as the bike was taken care of before we drove away. I recommend anyone in the mood for a change, want a bike, check V1 Moto out and let them get you on a bike and ride!! (Here is kinda how it went in pic form:)

I own several Ducatis, all of which I purchased at Ducati Dallas. I relocated to Houston about 2 years ago. Ive brought my bikes here for service on 2 occasions and each time have left thinking that Ill just ride up to Dallas next time. The experience at V1 always leaves me frustrated. I wont be coming back.

Went to dealership after i called them telling them im coming to buy the ovale 160 cash. Literally once i got there it took them 30 mins and i was ready to roll!!! All the staff where hyped for my son because thats who the bike is for and they all offered to help him build his track skills! I’ve been buying bike since i was 17 and im 30 now and this was hands down the best service ever! My sales rep was allen amazing guy!

I would not recommend shopping with them. They do not stand behind the products that they sell. I specifically asked if the tires were good before making the trip up to purchase the bike. The tires were almost five years old and rock hard, did they make any mention of that? Of course not. The rear wheel was mounted incorrectly and was sitting at an angle on the swing arm, making the bike unsafe to ride. Did they bother to inspect the bike? Of course not. I would not purchase from V1 again, even if they were the cheapest by far.

I am very impressed with the service team at V1, they are very professional, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. I took my Xdiavel in for service and was updated consistently on the progress of my bike, apprised of all work needed, and the work was done excellently. I will be bringing my bikes here for all my services in the future. Keep up the good work guys!!

The staff at V1 Moto are patient. Thats the most important thing I look for when shopping for a very expensive item. They had to work with me to get my financing situation straightened out, but they were very patient and friendly throughout the entire process. They were also willing to beat any competitors price by a significant amount, so I saved a lot of money on the 2 Hondas Ive bought there. I will always go to V1 Moto first. Hey Allen, thanks brother! Took my bike couple months ago to get valves redone because the intakes were shot but they only shimmed them and charged me $700

I like everything about this dealership. Good location and while an older building from the outside they have a very clean and modern look and feel inside. The sales staff works hard to earn your business and does not try to over sell. They know their products well and will educate and sell you what is right for you. They treat everyone with professional and personal attention. They are a busy dealership so there was some times when I had to wait for some answers but this is an indicator of their success and never an issue dealing with them. Their follow-up is also excellent.

Overall happy with are visit here. I’m glad they offered Ducati as well as Honda because we really hadn’t decided on a bike. We were probably there for 20-30 minutes and the salesman would drop off not sure what happened. We ended speaking to 3 by the time we left, but they were all nice and helpful. We’ll probably be back for a test ride on a day that it’s not raining.

The manager and the front door say that they open at 9:00 am Friday.. or True, as a mater of fact on July 26 th they did not open till much later than 9. Companies should be honest about when they really open and just say “ hey we won’t be here till 9:30 so don’t come until than. Easy.

Instead I was attended by Fabio, who hooked up me with a great bike for my father. In a world where everything is fast paced and people lack empathy, Fabio became testament that priority to the customer still exist. I highly recommended this place.

Ducati is a fantastic brand. That being sad, this review is not about the bike, it is about this shop and their service. Purchasing my bike at this dealership was the worst experience I have had purchasing a vehicle:I felt constantly hustled, whenever I asked a question about some service cost I was told a million which was not funny the first time. I was promised, several times, that they would send me a keychain they did not have available at the time of purchase- never happened. Waited over 30 days for my title- never received it. It was only sent after I emailed them l- never received a response to my email.The best part at the end: I drove off with the bike that they supposedly drove around before the sale to make sure it worked fine, I get on the freeway and discover the rear brake doesnt work. As in no braking whatsoever. 0 connection. I get hope upset, call them, and am spoken to as if I dont know what I am talking about since they tested the bike and it worked fine. Even after coming there the next day I was spoken to condescendingly.No one ever apologized for selling me a bike without working rear brake. Can you imagine it was the front one? I could have died. Furthermore, they made it seem as if I was lucky that the motorcycle had warranty otherwise Id need to pay for the maintenance...If you choose to come here and buy a bike anyways, please test your brakes before you leave. I was really disapponted, since this place has great reviews. From what I have read, people are giving 5 stars based on great motorcycles they sell. But their service, approach, and employees are not what they should be.

Did not get any help. Not recommended, the staff will ignore you no matter what you do or say.

Finding a dealer that you can trust is a hard thing to do. I purchased a used bike from Luis at V1 from half way across the country sight unseen. The bike arrived as described with no issues. I would definitely recommend them for any purchase that you are considering.

Ronnie and the whole team are just brilliant to do business with. They are all real bike enthusiasts and not pushy sales guys. I bought a Ducati and a Honda from them and both transactions were great. The service team are also excellent. They might not be the cheapest, but their service is why I keep going back. I took my bike into the shop because it was unfit to ride due to engine trouble. I informed them that it should not be ridden, but that it idled perfectly. They kept it for two weeks before they even looked at it, then rode it around their back lot until it didnt run anymore. Now they are charging me for the diagnostics and want to rebuild the carburetor ($600) and perform an oil charge ($300) in order to determine whether I need a new engine, which would be extra and make the carb rebuild and oil change pointless.

As soon as my husband and I walked in, we were greeted with a smile and a hand shake to see what we were looking at, or interested in. We proceeded to look around and the entire time we had someone helping us. The owner was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. This is definitely somewhere I suggest going if looking for a motorcycle or 4wheeler.

This is the only Honda dealership I trust to work on my bike and their gear/accessories sales rep is great. I live 4 miles away from a premiere Honda dealership, but their service department continually slapped my bike back together with loose or overly-tightened parts. So now I take my bike to NW Honda (which is a good 45 minutes away) to get service and they have never let me down. Mike, who works in the accessories and gear section is very knowledgeable and very friendly. This is a family owned place with many long time employees and their expertise and experience shows. Their inventory and stock are smaller but I think their expertise and service make up for that. I recommend them.
