Beware: Cheap bikes and atvs that will break down after a few hours of riding. Probably 12 hours on this bike and the fork snapped, not even at the bolt or connection point. I knew they were cheap but this is just unsafe. I was prepared to do any required maintenance or repairs, but cannot, BOR essentially told me they cannot even source the parts for the repair, been calling for three months, they always promise to call back but never do. If you are considering something for your kids do yourself a favor and go find a name brand so you can get parts when they are needed.

Great experience. Purchased a 125cc Hunter ATV a year and got some assistance with general maintenance. Super helpful with issues & parts. Didnt get the runaround and they were honest with fixes. Offered competitive prices for parts & labor. Awesome service for their products!

If you want good deals and amazing customer service I would definitely recommend BOR Motorsports. Just bought 2 Adult ATVS from them and we ride them every weekend! Like they tell you at the front as long as you maintain them, which they tell you how, you shouldnt run into problems.

I started having issues with my bike and they called every time I called but I just couldn’t fixed the issue. Once I brought the bike back the shop, they fixed it for me no problem. And went above and beyond and fixed another issues that was actually my fault. They’re awesome.

I purchased a 200cc Jaguar Go Kart from BOR in February 2021. I live in Crockett, TX so I called them and they held it for me with a deposit. Very professional, went over everything and explained how to change oil and specifics for maintenance. You must have cash or pay extra with a credit card. They have a showroom with a lot of go karts, ATVS, Motorbikes, etc. I am very excited about my purchase and look forward to riding in the country. I may be a senior woman, but I love to ride just about everything I can sit on, push that pedal, and GO!

Prices are low but I bought two 125cc 4 wheelers off them and had to go and tighten every bolt and nut on them after one of the tires flew off. Just had the main chain pop off while driving and realised that 3 of the 4 bolts holding the gear for the chain were gone and the 4th was on hand tight. Good machines but assembled horribly.

WARNING!!!! Horrible service! I took my at the time 5 year daughters ATV here to get serviced so she could ride for her 6th birthday party. On her birthday we went to pickup her ATV and was told by the Manager Erica that a Bor Motorsport employee had given my daughter’s ATV to another customer. That customer was not welling to return my daughters ATV nor was Bor Motorsport willing to go and get it. The reason given because they don’t have a truck to pickup. Uhaul does Bor! Minimum effort was give by Bor to try and correct this mistake. Over a month later my daughter is still without her ATV and I was told I have to take action since I’m the owner. I left my property with this company and they just gave it away and say you deal with it. I’ve asked to talk to the owner but only allowed to take to the manager Erica. I will never purchase anything again from this place. Bor Motorsport will not compensate us for their Hugh error. No one has even tried to call me and follow up. So very disappointed!! This is not the place to trust with your property. They get -5 stars from me. NEGATIVE 5 stars!!!!

Online inventory is completely different then what they have in store and prices are kinda high considering I seen most of those ATV going for a couple hundred of dollars less at another store. Edited: I never bought one years ago I barely bought my first one and I did my research before I bought it and yall are actually have one of the highest prices around town I can actually order the same ones yall have online and pay $200 for shipping and still save more money then yall charging

Very dissatisfied with repair service, I received, I was given a diagnostic and quote, for a carb that had recently replaced, and a key switch, which I had purchased a new switch from bor which I had not installed, and left with mechanic, and my ATV, after burning up those 2 switches charged me for an additional switch, they quoted me cdi when I arrived had not been replaced I had to hv remove from quote, when that didnt fix problem they re-quoted for additional diagnostic hrs, charged me for harness repair n left wires in disconnected and dangling, b.s. repair...I would give half a star if it was available... Poor service

I went to the store to find a go kart but there were none, The nice guy helped me out by giving me a good deal on a being-fixed go kart since i drove so far and there was nothing, They wrote my number and are gonna call me once it is done

This place saved my kids Christmas. Horrible customer service from the lady that works in the front. Bought a small 4 wheeler put it in the garage for 1 week until my sons birthday and it wouldnt crank. Took it back and they wanted me to buy a brand new battery. Was told its not her fault that it happen and they dont go over ever little thing on maintaining it.

I’ve been shopping for awhile now to get the right bike for me. They have a good selection but are overpriced compared to others I’ve been too.

I purchased a Coolster go-kart for my boys 8th birthday two years ago. This thing is a blast for him and little bro and sis (me too!) Have we had breakdowns? Yes, but only one major: we needed a new stator (I had no idea what that was, but we ruined it by go-karting through streams - thats apparently a no-no!!) It took a while, but they fixed it. The rest of the issues were relatively minor (fuse, carb, chain links, gaskets, stuff youll need to fix on any inexpensive off-road toy.) They either tell me how to fix it and where to get the part, or they fixed it on the spot. Liz is great - and is one who will tell it like it is.Today, I needed to drop a link from the chain. No big deal, right, but I screwed it up. Dropped in and talked to Liz, and within fifteen minutes it was perfect. Thank you!

I purchased a go kart, 110 mini viper, for my Grandson from BOR Motorsports a week ago and had it delivered. Much to my surprise it was delivered the same day. We were able to enjoy the go kart later that evening. On Sunday we spent the day riding and my Grandson loves this go Kart.We had a malfunction with the steering rod later that day. Purchased one of the 110 cc go karts for my son for Christmas. Had a couple of warranty items that were handled properly and without excuse.I had to grab some items for it today and as always found them to be very helpful and receptive.As an Automotive instructor I tend to be hard to please. However Liz and the gang at BOR have always surpassed my expectations. Strong work folks. Keep up the great job you are doing!

The purchase experience was OK. The go-cart quality is poor, but then again, you get what you pay for - cheaply made Chinese products. If youre not mechanically savvy, dont buy a Chinese made go-cart. But youll pay 3 times more. If youre mechanically savvy, this is the best bonding experience you can have with your kids. This thing breaks down every time the kids ride it, and its very educational. By boy can fix a carburetor, adjust cables, replace tires, and adjust tire traction. You can expect to pay around $1400 for one. Spend about $400 or so a year in parts and services (if you do them yourself). Kids will get tired of it after about 2 summers. You will sell to make space in your garage for less than $500. Again, this can be a horrible purchase, or you can make the most of it.

Service is good. Erika was nice talking with and helpful. Essentially, she was able to special order a few parts I needed. Kevin worked on the dune buggy right away. I am pleased with their services. The price was a bit high on parts, how ever, I would eventually come back... At the end of the day the atv was running!!

Once you purchase your toy, do not expect replacement parts to come easy. Its very challenging if do not have your receipt plus 3x high retail cost than when you do find it online yourself. Most of the time youll have to find answers on Go Kart forums to get help finding Chinese replacement parts.

Thought we got a great deal for our granddaughter vs buying a Polaris for 3800 or buying a go cart for 2k. Wish I had bought the Polaris. Bought the go cart in Nov 17 from BOR. She has only been able to ride once due to it not starting or running when she visits. All appointments were 2 months out. (Bad sign) Went by there and mechanic gave me some advice on what could be wrong. Now able to start but wont stay running. Ill have to make another apt or see if I can trade it on a Polaris ace..

The professionalism from the staff was great. When I entered the building i was greeted immediately. The showroom was clean and had a nice selection on UTVs, carts etc. Liz was a huge help on the phone and in person. Not only did she explain the different levels of carts to me and my family she took me to the back and introduced me to their mechanic Benito who was very helpful as well. Anytime that i purchase a cart it will be from this place. Although I found out that they have some of the best prices in town I am willing to pay a tad bit more for great service. I am forever a customer from this pint on.

Funny, my original review disappeared. Bought my boys a go kart for Christmas, and had to take it to the shop 4 times now. Theyve ridden it less than a dozen times, its been broke down more than it runs. Its literally the neighborhood joke. The bolts either melt or shake off, and its no fault of our own. Weve maintained it, not misused it, and taken the best possible care of it. Terrible product. Take note of all the reviews, and DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Bought a go kart for my 10 year old son and he loves it. I shopped around and they really do have lowest prices and a high quality product. Not like that cheap stuff on Harwin. When I picked it up Bob explained and show me everything about the kart I needed to know,how to start it, how maintain it. It come with a great warrantee. Bought a Go Kart for my son on 9/28/18 broke down 9/30/18 brought it to the shop on 10/2/18 and got a call saying it was ready. Picked up on 10/3/18 brought it home my son rode it for 10 minutes start instantly running bad and shut off on him. Tried restarting it it ran for a few more minutes then cut off, wouldn’t start back up. I’m requesting another one are my money back. If not I will seek representation and make sure they pay all cost associated with case! It was a Birthday gift that I paid cash for and there reply is it worked while there. I respectfully ask that the kart be replaced considering I haven’t had it a week.

This is place is awesome. They have awesome atvs for a great deal .. The service is great by two young women in the front who seem to really care. They do there best to take care of you. Poor customer service! I was just interested in buying a kids atv. Went by to check it out.....there was no sales person or anyone willing to help, just a disheartened stare from the red head behind the counter. When I asked her about an atv I saw online she abruptly said we dont have those and wont be ordering them, followed by the same blank stare like anything else?. So I continued looking and found one I had questions about. I returned to the lady behind the counter, where she basically rolled her eyes as if to say why are you bothering me with this?......I guess its my bad thinking theyd like to sell a 4-wheeler. Poor service, rude personnel, high priced and wont be getting any business from me!

I will never buy from Bors again! We bought a purple fourwheeler from them and it was a piece of junk. Dont get me wrong, customer service was great. Everyone was friendly. But we have had it 2 years and have rode it 4 times, if that. Brand new and took it to be repaired 4 times!!!!! If I could give them a 0 stars I would!!!!!

Would have gave 0 stars if could have. the manager here is extremely rude. their word means nothing. they will tell you anything to make a sell and dont stick to their word. harwin motorsports has the same value atvs and go karts for 20% less than these people and staff is much more professional. the manager was so rude the cashier gave me 10% off and apologized for the managers behavior. I wanted 3 atv but ended up only getting 1 and going to harwin for the other 2. wish I would have waited to buy all 3 there. they beg people on facebook to leave good Google reviews so Im pretty sure the 5 stars are employees and friends faking it.

11/28/2018. Yesterday I went to my deer lease in Thicket tx, Hardin county. I loaded the go kart in the trailer and off I went. Got there unloaded put myself 305lbs, 4 bags of deer corn 50lb bags, my hunting bag has spare batteries, binoculars, etc.... bout 25 lbs, and my semi auto .270. there is two ways to my stand both atv/jeep wide trails. Was very concerned cause of the rain this year and the flooding in central tx with the rise of trinity river sometimes makes it difficult to get my stand especially since I dont have my jeep anymore. I bought a 200cc months ago and a 125 cc ATV for my daughter. not comparing to a jeep cause that would be dumb. but yesterday that kart was loaded and I had to go several mud holes some with 8 inches of water in them. only thing i upgraded too was ATV off road tires. I had no issues get to my stand down both trails put it to the test. one of the water holes is a small creek bed, flat but always holds six inches of water. again no problem. These bikes are well made but if your expecting to take them somewhere like extreme in crosby then yes they will break. issues none. i turn the petcock off while running and allow them to shutoff by themselfs running out of gas, use only T4 oil in both as recommended, use lucas chain protectant, and keep batteries charged. They fire up everytime and run great. my buddy juan and myself have gotten in the go kart that is a combined weight of 605lbs and it runs fine. Look they are not a jeep or razor but if your not doing serious off roading they are fine. i was looking for something new, cheap but quality made and this was it. i dont buy used ATV cause some people do not know how to maintain them.store them like i suggested and promise no issues. i had a 85 honda big red just sold last year stored the same way fired up everytime. This go kart traveling to the stand and back sometimes through mud and water works great for my 6 year old daughter and me. just does tell me she misses the jeep but maintence on these much cheaper. next time i will video.

Dont buy nothing from this company. They are a complete rip off. They are selling go karts that shake all the parts a loose right away. I only had my go kart for less then 60-days and it was in the shop until the rude staff told us to go buy a motor from Amazon because the cheap motor crack after only 4 times riding the go kart. The go kart was purchased for my grandkids, ages 18months-12 years. Average kids size none over weight. With that being said the go kart should still be working but its not. I wrote a review against the company in January and the rude staff called my husband and ask him to please remove the review because they are scammers. How my review got removed I dont know but rest assure I will continue to post every month until my voice is heard. I was ripped off of $1,300.00 in CASH!

We purchased our girls a go-kart for Christmas this past year (2016). Its been great, almost 7 months later nothing has come loose, fallen apart or quit. Some of these jokers must not have shopped here or be confused? IDK? My kids ride pretty rough through our pastures and dry creek! The only adjustment we needed was for the governor. We found out about this place through a cousin who got his son a kids motor bike at BOR 2-3 years ago!! FYI, both work terrific. Nothing cheap or junky about it. Love the people who operate BOR.... We recently brought in one of of kids 4 wheelers in for service and the service men and women were awesome.... With all the off road events and amount of riding the BOR 4 wheelers get, we always know that our friends at the Houston shop will get it done regardless of who is at fault.Cant wait to buy a few more off road vehicles from BOR.... Pound for Pound nothing on the market can come close to the value they provide!!

I have purchased 2atvs and 2 gocarts for my kids over the years. As they grow out of them, i will continue to go to BOR Motorsports. I have had few mechanical issues only needing tune ups or a new battery but the staff is very helpful and quick with service. No complaints here or from any of my family & friends I have sent your way... Thanks Bor Motorsports!!!

Purchased a 2 seater go kart from BOR at the beginning of Summer, and its been great! The staff is very helpful; got it tuned, with gas and ready to go straight out of the shop.
