Please please please! never by a car from this place i’ve had my car for 3 days already have a few issues. windshield wipers don’t work and there is an engine problem which was never discussed when i purchased the car although i specifically asked if there was an issue with the car. i wanted to give them hope but i shouldn’t have i advised u look at the reviews and turn away this car lot is not reliable, trustworthy, or honest go anywhere else!!!!

Was told from the beginning they sell used cars and Im welcome to bring a mechanic to come and inspect the vehicle before purchase if I wanted to proceed with them. The sales person was very patient with us as we looked at a bunch of cars, some in great condition and some looked like they needed a bit of work. I financed in-house with them and the interest rate was not over 20% actually much lower and trust me Ive financed before with a finance company at a 25% based on my credit. Thanks love my new car.

Copy the vin number and plug it into Iseecars.com. Do a vin number check to see about these cars. It’s a 2017 impala here with supposedly 102,000 miles and asking price was $12,650. When I plug the vin number in and do a carfax report it says this car was last registered in 2019. And and estimated 70k miles. Value is $15k! Wow! Guys please do car fax report and see how these dealers aren’t being truthful.

They want you to have basically the whole amount of the vehicle before you can even drive it off the lot, and a hundred cosigners just to finance a 6,000$ vehicle. Wasted my time 2 days in a row with that false advertisment of being able to finance with bad credit. I even offered to pay half the total price for the down payment and still was denied on some shadiness.

I just called the dealership and the guy mumbled something. I asked if they still had a couple vehicles in stock I was interested in. I told him and asked if it would be ok to come and take a look. The answer was what do you want to know? I said most times before purchasing a vehicle people like to drive them. He said theyre sold as is and nothing is wrong. It was way too shady. Id its to good to be true.....you know the rest.

I bought a 2014 Dodge Charger R/T from Nacho last week at SW Auto LLC. What a great experience. Nacho was extremely professional and responsive. I live in New Orleans, my parents live in Houston. My dad went to check out and test drive the car on a Saturday, Nacho gave me a very competitive, and reasonable price. I bought a plane ticket and flew up there on Tuesday to get the car. DO NOT BUY HERE!! I bought a car from them only to find out that they had cut the wires to the dash panel which would reveal that there was a number of warning lights on, including the check engine light. If you read other reviews online this is a common very common thing with them. At this point Ive spent as much on repairs as I paid for the vehicle. DO NOT BUY HERE!

The Mini Cooper service dept. said the car was NOT SAFE TO DRIVE and to repair the car would be in the $20,000.00 range. They saidSW AUTO HAD TO HAVE KNOWN PRIOR TO THE SALE. I called SW back several times and got the run around. When I finally did reach someone I explained the car was for my son whos a 10 year Veteran, medically discharged, trying to work, going to school, trying to acclimate to civilian life and needed transportation. They told me that WASNT THEIR PROBLEM (I could hear a womans laughter in the background) and if I wanted the money back to sue them. I tried to reason with him when suddenly I heard a womans voice on the phone say; F*** YOU and the line went dead. Texas doesnt have a lemon law to protect against this.😢 but they should.We ALL deserve that protection against robbers and thieves like SW AUTO.

They nearly ruined my life. I bought a cts from them. the day i did a quick test drive it was fine but the next day they thing stalled out on me in a intersection and stated acting funny. i had it looked at. it was a flood car. it had a replaced engine and who ever replaced it did a bad job. it had no engine mounts so the engine would be rocking ever time i drove it. i took it back to them and told them the problems and even showed the detailed list of what was needed to fix the car. it was over 6k in repairs.i was told i bought it as is and nothing they can do.. i had it one damn day. the wires were shot, brake lines about to blow engine bouncing around.i paid 100% cash so they refused to work with me. if i was doing payments i could of refused to make any more. I dropped so much damn cash on this car i almost became homeless just when so much went wrong.i ending up selling it 2 months later as a junk car just to get a down payment on a car just so i could get to work.stay away

I didnt check reviews before purchasing a car. And now I’ve just purchased a car from them on 10-26-2019 @ 5:00I test drove it and all good paid 1/2 cash and the balance due in payments. On 10-26-19@ 8:00pm the car overheated, Sunday’s they are closed. Today monday 10-28 I called Nacho & explained the issue, he asked that I take it back, & so at 4:50 pm the car is back with them. Nacho stated he will get it fixed & will call me when ready. I am giving a 3 Star bc nacho has been helpful but, I will finalize the review after I hear from him. And per the reviews the staff is not friendly. But I pray that they can fix the car. I used all my savings to purchase the car.I DO NOT recommend this place for doing for business.

I bought a truck from these guys and literally 3 minutes of driving it the check engine light comes on and the motor starts to misfire. Tire pressure gauge sensor malfunctioning as well. They cleared the codes before I bought it. I asked if anything was wrong with the truck and straight up lied. I asked if they could do anything about it and help and was told no it was sold as is. In their contact there is an option to have a mechanic of your choice look at it before you buy. I STRONGLY recommend doing so

Purchased a 2016 3500 Dodge Ram and less than a month later have to put about $12,000 just to get it to move. Worst mistake I could have made considering all the negative reviews I had seen but just trusted the sales guy I was working with. The dealership said whoever sold this truck to me did what they could just to get the truck sold. I never take the time to do reviews but I also wanted to make sure no one else had this kind of experience.

Keep away, they selling repaired cars with clean title and show accidents free carfax reports.

Brought a car from here and it shut off the same day I got it. Took the car to the shop and discovred the car had no drive shaft. I repeat NO DRIVE SHAFT. When I called and told them everything that was wrong with the car they said. then why did you buy it as if I knew all the problems with the car. In addtion they thought it was funny. Please please dont buy from this place. I just got the car and Im stuck with a $7,000 bill. The positive reviews are from people in the office. Its no way they should have 4 stars. Came in three years ago and needed something right away . Came looking at a Dodge Magnum with a 117,000 miles on it got the car fax and it said it had 185,000 miles. Found a Ford Expedition and it was a 5,500$ cash car i put down 3000 and it still came out to 15000 with financing. The check engine light was disabled so it wouldn’t read codes. This dealership is horrible. Do not buy here unless you have moneyy to throw away.

🤔Called about a car they gave me a estimate, so I drove over 45 minutes to get there to be told that the car cant be seen or sold, but understand the car has been on their website for a couple months. To get the runaround & a total of waste of time and gas, so poor sales didnt offer me another option to look at.After looking at all the awful & fake reviews Im grateful to God that I was able not to get a car there!!I even explain to the manager about the distance I drove, And how I was not offered another opportunity to view another car he didnt offer another car to view??

There website and the different vehicle ads states that you only need a certain amount down payment to get said vehicle. I came with three times the amount of the required down payment and they turned me away. I then ask them about what it states on their website and was told that it’s WAC (with approved credit). I then pulled the ad up for said vehicle and showed him that it did not state that and he told me that was a mistake and that other ads say WAC. I showed him other ads and none of them state WAC. This place is a joke and they just place ads to get you in and waste your time.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!I purchased a used diesel truck from these goons, for over $30,000 and within days began having trouble. Little did I know how much this ordeal would cost me. The first week I had it, the truck died on the freeway and had to be towed to a local shop. When the shop called me they advised that the truck had FOUR PAGES of codes present and the check engine light had been disabled. They recommended that I take the truck back and try to recoup my down payment (5 thousand) and go elsewhere. The owner (Asian lady) told me I signed the contract that stated the vehicle was sold as is and I would not be refunded. In the last 1.5 years I have spent over 15 thousand dollars in repairs including, faulty wiring that burned the ecm $3k, faulty turbo $2k, rebuilt transmission $5500, injection pump $1700, and a leaking head gasket issue that allowed coolant into the motor which will require the motor to be rebuilt when I have the money. I should have ate the 5 thousand down payment and let them repo the truck but I had just finished fixing my credit and was terrified to have a repossession on it. Please do not buy anything from these people and enable this terrible behavior.

And there the rudest females there!!!I had to get a bank loan and get them out of my way because I couldnt deal with these thieves!!I dont recommend anyone this place..They ripped me off with a 2008 truck that was 13,000 I ended up paying $23,000.
