Bought a very reasonable washing machine here. The customer service was very nice and I love the machine. No problems so far and the price was right up my alley.

Our freezer went out and at the time there was a shortage on the size we wanted. They had one so I drove out there very nice helpful friendly, price was good and had it delivered the next morning

We knew what was available before we got there so it made the purchase easy. Frankie was extremely helpful.

This place was AMAZING! We got a killer deal on our Cafe GE refrigerator. They delivered the refrigerator to us that same day, just a couple of hours later! I HIGHLY recommend this place. They saved us from losing all of our food since our other fridge went out and was beyond repair. Great people working here.

This place sells GE out-of-the-box, scratched and/or dented, very new appliances. The product offering is great. The prices are excellent. But good luck on service! Four guys sitting behind desks staring at each other and it requires an invitation from the Queen to get them to get up from the desk and walk out to the sales floor!

UPDATE ON NOV 12 2020. The Owners called me within minutes of my review. The dishwasher was picked up, checked at Acceptance for any problems and returned today. John provided a much more competent installation and checked 3x to be sure it will operate correctly. So Acceptance stands right there for their products. Much thanks.We purchased a gas range, microwave and dishwasher($1890) in July through Acceptance. The transaction was fine, we have no complaints about them. However the installation service they used is a completely different story. The range was installed in an unlevel position and did not cook very well. The dishwasher stopped working the day after it was installed. We contacted Acceptance and they said wed need to contact the installer (D&L Appliances). Upon calling D&L we were told they were only responsible for installations and to contact GE. We did so; the contractor who came out was able to level the range easily enough. He looked around at the dishwasher and gave it a big shove into the opening, told us to not use any of the multiple selection buttons but just Start. After 10 days or so we noted the dishwasher was not draining and contacted GE again. The tech diagnosed a bad pump and ordered a replacement. That was installed about two weeks later. The dishwasher only worked for two or three days before failing again. This time we were told a hose was installed improperly...too short and caused outflowing water to get caught which stopped the pump.A third tech now came and determined the hose was too short and that a check valve was not operating because of the hose. I ha ordered three GE hoses in 8 ft, 10 ft &12 ft lengths so it could finally be corrected. The tech stated he was responsible for repairs not installations.So here we are in November with a dishwasher that doesnt work, and no one takes responsibility for that.

GE appliance warehouse, decent prices. I didnt like that the sales guy initially tried to ring up the list price for a microwave that was listed online and had a sign on it for $70 off. It was likely the point of sale software error since he quickly corrected it, but still.If this outfit doesnt have a GE item, its likely not available in the Houston area.

Really fast professional pickup and a great place to find something additional because of the prices. Walked away with an additional kitchen appliance while picking up. Very compact building, like having your own personal warehouse.

Went in looking for a dishwasher and stove range. Wide variety of appliances in general. Cheaper prices than what I found at Lowes and Home Depot. Customer service was right on. Sales associate who helped me was Cameron, nice and helpful guy.

If youre looking specifically for a GE appliance (and Consumers Report still has them listed tops for quality and repair) this is the place to go. We drove 45 minutes to get there, and it was well worth it. Mac was more than helpful. My wife and I were suffering from paralysis by analysis, and Mac quickly identified the symptoms and got us back on track. Helped us get next day delivery. And the prices are less than big box stores and comparable to Costco (which takes 2 weeks for delivery.) I will go back.

My wife and I purchased an entire kitchens worth of appliances. Priced out the same appliances at Best Buy - Pacific. They were approximately $4,000 less for the same appliances. Bought kitchen appliances and I found them extremely easy to work with. They worked with me on a competitive pricing. Some Items were unboxed but perfect condition. They were excellent in helping with replacing a range that had an unusual factory issue.

We stopped in to see what they had and was pleasantly surprised to find a second fridge and that overhead microwave at great prices! Its a scratch and dent GE outlet, but have a good selection.

Update:After our previous experience, the owner, Matt, called us to see what the issue was and to ask us to give them another chance to make it right. Once we were ready to get our last kitchen appliance, we decided to go out there and give them another shot. Danny was the sales associate that helped us out and he was really great at answering our questions and giving us all the needed information on the appliances we were looking at. We found the range we wanted at a great price and thankfully ended up not purchasing a dryer that would not have fit in our laundry nook thanks to Dannys insistence that we go home and measure because he knew the one we were looking at was deeper than most..he was right, it wont fit. The set us up with one of their other delivery guys, Drew and he was right on time. Its a great place to go if youre looking for appliances, just make sure you personally set up your delivery so you dont run into any issues.While the store itself offers a wide variety of appliances at reasonable appliances, the staff is where the problem lies. My husband and I were there to purchase a fridge and a dishwasher and the sales man (Charles McHenry) that approached us was anything but polite. He didnt give us very much information about the refrigerators available, just that the smaller ones he had in our color were more expensive. He wasnt super happy to leave us to discuss our options not in front of him and when we asked for delivery it felt like we just dropped a bomb on him. After calling an independent contractor in front of us he told us (while on the phone with the contractor) that the delivery would be from 10 am - 2 pm, and according to the contractor, he refused to give a four hour window so he didnt say that. So the salesman lied to our face. When we called to complain, he said thats why he tries to get the delivery guy to talk directly to the customer, however, this was NEVER given as an option to us. I specifically asked if I needed to contact the delivery service and was told no. Lie number 2. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CHARLES MCHENRY!

DONT WASTE YOURE TIME OR MONEY!!!I recently purchased a dishwasher from here for about $450. I asked a lot of questions about it before I made my mind up. One question was how do I know it works since its out of the box. The salesman (Charles McHenry) insured me that they test all appliances when they come in. SOLD. I get home, attach the 3 wires and nothing happens. I call the warranty hotline listed on my paperwork and get a technician out to look at it. He said it was a bad electric board. I return it back to the store only to get hassled by Charles and his coworker about the company that did the warranty check...I CALLED THE NUMBER YOU GAVE ME AND YOU SAID YOU CHECKED IT!!! Then the coworker tries to tell me it doesnt work because the door was mysteriously unplugged. I got my money back but this places shouldnt be trusted. Dont shop here, youre not saving that much anyways.

PSA their delivery service is a third party so make sure to talk to them directly so there will be no misunderstanding on delivery charges and watch out for Dave, hes a sneeky character that runs a sloppy delivery service.
