My sister and I went to Scratch and Dent looking for a good economical washer and dryer. We left with a washer, dryer, and freezer for a very good deal. It was delivered to our residence and set up for us for a reasonable price. The appliances work great and the whole process was quick, friendly, and easy. I will be back if and when I need other appliances.

The place was very nice. The employee walked right up and and took us to what we needed. Then showed us to a couple of different models to choose from....to be honest.. I didnt think they were going to have it in stock, cause there isnt a huge market of (scratch and dent) oven hood vents out there. ☝️However their selection of inventory was quite helpful for me today.🤟One Love

Spent a pretty penny here pretty much alittle better the store prices. But pay A LOT of attention to what your getting, because they have NO RETURNS..even if you just got it and they loaded the wrong one. Once I have used the appliances I will update on quality...of these supposed new.

Don’t go to do business with this people they are liers and deceivers.we went to buy a used washer that one we try to get was glue from the top part, it was falling and I saw that the glue they used was like silicone you used for the windows.then I said to my wife let’s get a new one,the ladie told my wife it has 1 year manufacturing warranty.we got home connect the washer could not make work I call the place the guy that answered told me he doesn’t have any responsibility over to what happens to the washer to call the manufacturer. We did and they told us that the warranty it’s void because we bought it on a dent and scratch place. So better to go to a store we’re they will help you in case you need them,plus the warranty. Don’t try to save some money because later you’ll regret it.

0 stars!!! Was excited about getting refrigerator. Been having problems with it every since day 1. My fruits and veggies get frozen in it. Paid $1300 for it!!! He wouldnt replace it. It just looks nice. BEWARE this man is a CROOK.

Found a very nice dishwasher for a very low price! The gentlemen were helpful. Delivery is dependent on mileage, but they loaded it into the car.

DO NO RECOMMEND!!!!Called and the guy told us he had what we needed for a certain price and when we drove 45 mins there it was a different price. Over priced! He was very rude. No customer service.

We bought a washer/dryer set that was delivered Christmas eve. Neither didnt work Christmas day. They both turned on but the washer spewed water all over the floor. Apparently the canister was cracked.And the dryer never got hot enough to dry a washcloth. Were just out of $730, we can never get back. Apparently, the warranty they have in store is only good until the appliances are delivered then theres no warranty. Then your just stuck with junk and no recourse to get your money back. Buyer beware!I wish I had read the reviews before doing business there.

I called this place first to see if they had the freezer I wanted. When I drove an hour to pick it up, it was not cooling properly. I purchased a different unit, a brand new one they had that was a different color. When arriving home with the unit, the color was just too different to fit with the kitchen. They refused to let me return it. Never even plugged it in. They will not return a brand new unit they just sold me an hour ago. A horrible way to do business. These people would rather make 1 bad sale and then lose 50 more sales because of bad reviews. Not real smart.

The employee was rude as hell and asked me to give him the mileage for him to determine the price for delivery... like I knew it. He didnt try to map it out or nothing. Prices were too high for some items for this hole in the wall place. When I asked did they deliver he only start talking about the delivery fee... I had to correct him and say I didnt ask for a fee... I asked did you deliver. If he wasnt the owners son, he would probably be unemployed... I will not be returning. He was very eager to help caucasian people and ignore the Black people.

I did make a purchase. Need to be more friendly to customers shopping trying to make a decision and spending their money. Got a year warranty. Already called for repair because they guys that installed washer did not connect a hose. Yes, major leaking. I upgraded my warranty just in case.

After walking in and looking for 5 minutes the associates asks or shall I say assumed I would be purchasing with credit. After stating I wanted to pay cash he asks for price range and I say around $600, average reasonable amount for used appliances. He states he has nothing for that price and I would need to spend at least a $1000. I simply state, “I could go to Sears for that price and purchase new.” He tells me to go to sears and have a nice day. Went down the street Conns and saw better appliances for $700 with manufacture warranty. Your associates are the faces of your business. Until they become knowledgeable, semi-professional salesman, your appliance store will continue to lose money to your neighbors. Oh and by the way, they are playing off the financial burdens of the lower class individuals with credit deals,abnormal interest rates, and end results of paying more for a machine than the listed price. I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator from this place and the lady that sold it to me told me it was in good condition. After 1 and a half years the refrigerator stopped working and I had a repair guy come look at it. He told me that they put a hot starter on the compressor which they know only last for a year or two. He said that it was so rigged up in the back it was crazy. They sold me a bad appliance and THEY KNEW IT!!!!! Do not go here no matter what kind of deal they try to give you!!!!!

I purchased washer and dryer set only to discover neither worked. I had to bring washer back within 24 hrs of delivery motor was bad. Two weeks later now the dryer not working. I wouldnt have a problem but l was told appliances worked. Somewhere along the line someone is not doing their job and this is bad business ethics. Then a charge to come out if l dont bring appliances in for you to check. What happened to the dependable service you use to give your customers.

OMG where do I start, the owner is rude, my family and I bought a washer and dryer from them only to have it breakdown a month later .I bought them with a warranty and They found me in their system by name and phone number but refuse to come fix it unless I had the receipt which I had lost, yet I was in their computer system as a buyer from there with a warranty. I asked to speak to the manager because whoever was on the phone was aggressively rude but it turns out I was already speaking to the manager SMH I would give less than zero stars if I could apparently their mothers taught them no manners and life hasnt taught them that good customer service skills will bring excellent business and more 💰

I bought a stackable washer and dryer. The lady said it was working when it left the store but my maintenance guy from my apartment said it doesn’t work. I ask her could she send her guy back out here so him and my maintenance guy can fix the problem and she said no are we going to pay for him to come out here. HORRIBLE CUSTOMERS SERVICE AND VERY RUDE!!!

If I could I would give them no star I would. Rafiq told us a lie just to sell us a washer and dryer. Now a year and a half later we have a broken dryer and they will not honor what he told us. Do not buy from them!!!! If your appliance breaks you have to take it to them for them to diagnose. Really what horrible service.

Our refrigerator which came with our preowned home at time of purchase suddenly went out. We are a 1 income household and needed a fridge badly but, could not afford a new one. The owner of this place gave us an excellent deal on our stainless steel Whirlpool side by side door fridge. Weve had it for 1 1/2 weeks and have no complaints. The owner was a very kind man which we held conversation with for at least an hour after purchase. Good customer service means everything to me...so, I thought Id share our experience. We will definitely do business again with this company.

Disgusting place!!! This gross man with a cigarette came out and pretty much blew smoke in my face and told me that these dirty, disgusting washers were brands new. I left your away and he followed Me too my car with his cigarette trying to get me to buy his crappy stuff!! I understand the concept, but this place is a dump, and the owner / workers smoke and blow it in your face as you walk around.

THIS MAN IS A HUGE CROOK. See my review in questions above but it’s way too long to type. There are tons of little mom and pop places in the area. Go to them they’re cheaper and won’t break your dryer in other ways because you refuse to pay $119 for a $9 part. I took it to this place a mile or two away today. It costed me $70 for PARTS AND LABOR to fix what this guy intentionally screwed up. The place I went was called Peter’s Appliances on Airline . They have a 4.7 star rating on here. This guy has 2.5.(Not trying to advertise for those guys, but there’s your close alternative. Whatever it takes to get you away from this guy)(tldr; charged me $40 for labor 10 days outta warranty then tried to gouge me twice more for $80 then $120 when I caught him in lies. Refused to let him do the work and I showed up and he wouldn’t give me my dryer, went and broke the parts inside that i’d already tested and were verified as working while I waited for 2 HOURS)You’ve been warned

Bought a brand new Maytag dryer for 300$, which was several hundred less that Conns and other appliance outlets.The employee was incredibly pleasant, helpful and most importantly she did Not try to oversell. I went in looking to spend 300$ and she showed me straight to that price range.For a small fee they also provide delivery (based on size and distance), but I gladly paid the 50$ extra for the hundreds they saved me.

They sold me a refrigerator that didnt work properly and then when I guy came to fix it he just said it was okay and added freon. Id recomend purchasing from either craigslist or buying new. Also, after I purchased it I saw it in Home Depot brand new for the same price. I should have just paid the tax at Home Depot.
