I love this store. My daughter lives up the street and I live in NC. Meats are very nice quality and they have some hard to find items. Always a nice staff.

Its not a bad store. Its very clean and employees nice and helpful.. the only issues is some of there price are outrageous. I still shop there out of convenience so I dont have to drive to Walmart.

Im a sucker for employee owned type establishments. That aside Ive always liked harps overall. Yeah alot of stuff is a bit more, but its usually not as crowded, cleaner and the staff seems like they care more.

Harps is fine. Not the best, but not walmart. Produce is fair, selection is fair. Theyre being very lax about the mask mandate, which is frustrating to me as an at-risk individual.

I would have rated it with 5 stars but the produce at this Harps location is rarely fresh .

Great store. We were vacationing nearby and came in to pick up some supplies. They take COVID seriously and all employees were wearing masks throughout the store. We needed some help finding medicine and the staff at the pharmacy were very helpful and helped us find exactly what we needed. We had no problem seeing the place from the road and finding parking.

Nice grocery store with friendly staff! Visited a couple times while renting a house nearby. Very clean and well stocked. Enjoyed the premade deli sandwiches for a day on the lake!

Why is it that Harps on Thornton Ferry in Hot Springs has signs posted on their doors that mask are required but yet repeatedly I have gone in to shop and there were many people in there with no masks shopping and nothing is being said to them. I take Covid very seriously and would hate to do my shopping somewhere else where they enforce their mask required rules. For my protection and theirs.

Harps Is my corner grocer. They have Great fresh seasoned bacon wrapped boneless thick( like a filet)center cut pork chop. I cook 2 approximately for 20-22 mins in my air Fryer. FANTASTIC! Like it better than on the grill also good but the air fryer browns beautifully crisp bacon and still juicey on the inside.

This does not need to be served, look how small it is, and for the price not worth it!

All there employees were so nice friendly, with all thats going on. They also had toilet paper enough for every one. It doesnt hurt to tell people to go there when there really awesome people there. Amazing experience at harps go shopping there!!!!

This is a nice neighborhood grocery store. Its always neat and clean. The employee are friendly. They even have a gas station.

I come here at least once a day everyday. The staff is what you would say the quintessential model for a perfect staff, always friendly always willing to help you out. And always willing to go out of their way to make sure your needs are met!! Will continue the streak

So about 3 weeks ago I walked in around 3-5pm on a Sunday. Right in the front by the customer service desk there was a shift lead/manager reading the riot act voice raised to an employee. I get that that needs to be done but for Christ sake take it to the back of the house. This store is ALWAYS faced very well. Neat,clean, tidy. Their cuts of beef are a little too thin, and there is very little variety in the their selection of beef cuts. They stock pork for days! The staff is friendly. This review gives 3 stars. It lost one star due to the selection and cut quality of the beef and lost 1 star due to the incident of a manager yelling at an employee in front of customers. He was a younger guy that was yelling and his employee was crying. One day he will understand, that wont just effect that employees morale, but everyone that was gathered around watching it. I still shop here but thats for ease of access.

Very clean Grocery store. Love the product presentation. Some of the best meat sales. Good quality. Normal grocery items tend to cost a little more than your bigger chains, but I shop here for meats mostly.

My new favorite place to get groceries. I walked in and it was like I went back in time and was shopping at Foodtown. I love the place. The employees are nice too.

Friendly staff and good selection of grocery items. Once I learn the layout of the store, its going to be my primary grocery store. Prices are fantastic, too.

They did my cake for our wedding and they did a good job. Got a naked cake (the kind with very little frosting) it had more frosting than I wanted and they couldnt decorate it any cause they didnt have the colors i wanted. The cake itself tasted great! We also got veggie, fruit, meat and cheese trays and they delivered it all to the location.

Clean and homey, small enough for a quick trip and big enough to carry most of what you need, with friendly people.

The Lady At The Front With Samples Didnt ask Me If I want To Try it But That Was Ok Some People SEE Color and Not The Person But I Would Still Shop Their. Their are People Like That All Over But I Still Like Harps

I like how you can get down each isle without it being too crowded for another buggy to get by while you are looking for something. It has always been clean when Ive been there. Great selections in the produce area as well as everything looking so fresh. Kind and friendly staff members willing to help you with finding anything that you may not. Deli has always looked great with so many different types of selections to choose from as well other than just lunch meat and cheese. Nice place. They also have their own gas station for those whom have a rewards card that shop there all the time, which can really save them money on gas after all; they have earned it from shopping there all the time anyways. So I say, if its not out of the way and youve already spent the money at that store; why not get your gas and save from there as well.
