Very nice store, everything was clean and organized. I especially appreciate the fact that masks are not required in the store and totally optional; thank you for not harassing your customers because of this. Ill be sure and come back when I need more things when I visit hot springs again next year.
This is the towns nicest Kroger and its rather big. It stocks a little more of everything and I love the clearance. Its clean and always easy to get a cart. It also uses the app and you can check out faster. The app works extremely well at the self-checkout where you can pay though the phone securely and never need to touch a card or germy cash. That app makes the checkout very fast. Also, coupons can be clipped from the app making things super easy.
I normally won’t leave one star reviews because as a business owner it hurts your business but my prescriptions were called in at the Kroger Pharmacy on Wednesday. I usually have them called in a few days before so I have time to pick them up. I go in today 4 days later and they tell me they are not ready. That they are running about two weeks behind due to short staffed. I understand that many people are short staffed. My own business is. But we’re talking about a pharmacy for prescriptions that were called in four days ago and you have not filled them and use the excuse two weeks behind. I am sorry but that is unacceptable.
This is largest and most well stock Kroger, I have ever been to. Was in Hot Springs for a trip and needed a few things, and was actually headed to Walmart, and saw this location on the way there. It had every thing I needed and more. Reason for the 5 star was it saved me from going to Walmart.
They have fresh sushi! 🍣 thats pretty fun, a nice variety. I think the store is organized bizarrely but sushi so.

I do not understand why people use the big Wally-world across the street. I have shared a photo of my total order along with the receipt. Everything I bought was less than $10. The same groceries across the street would be more than $25. Kroger regularly takes care of their best customers and the store is friendly and casual. The cheese tasting was excellent and their party platters start at about $15. They are perfect for meetings and church groups and cost less than buying all of the ingredients separately. This is THE full service place to be. If you want hustle-bustle and bullies go across the street if you want that hometown feel and fair prices this is where you want to be.

Im still waiting in line after 10 minutes just needing a money order while the couple in first of me dealing with something with western union and its 3 of us just waiting while all the other works just walking around the store so I stop a guy and ask him can he help me get a money order and he says no its only one desk clerk this is a shame than kroger be wanting you to do self check out hell nawl I need someone to help me
Have been using the pick up option to get my groceries. This is a really good option. If youre pressed for time this really works. They even take coupons. They will substitute out of stock items and only charge you for the price of the item that was out. They will also text you and ask if the substitutes are agreeable to you. Grocery workers are really polite and helpful. Next week Im going to try home delivery. Hope it goes as smoothly as pick up. Good job Kroger.

Have a good selection of organic foods. If you want soy free cooking spray, forget about it. No Krogers carrys soy free cooking spray. They confuse it with gluten free.
Excellent customer service ALWAYS!! The day before Thanksgiving (busy shopping day) last year I was searching for a random item. A worker and a manager helped me locate it! Now after having a baby, I use click list weekly!! It is the absolute best thing ever!!!!! Never wait over 3-4 minutes for them to bring out my groceries. They are always so polite. It has been a lifesaver with little ones!
They had a wonderful selection of products, some of which I had never seen at other grocery stores. The bakery items were delicious. I was impressed with the variety of healthy/organic options. The produce was fresh and tasty. They also carry OPI nail polish, which is not always easy to find outside of specialty beauty/fashion stores. May cost a little more to shop here, but the quality and quantity was excellent.
Most of the employees are terrific, especially the older ones who know how to talk with people. The sales are fantastic, but can seriously get you into trouble buying way more than you really need! Dont like the reduction of cashiers, pushing too much for self-checking. Despise the diy lanes and the constant beeping and chatter. Keep it humanized!!!
Its a great store, great prices also. Only reason I didnt give it a 5 is because boxes were everywhere in the isles. They were stocking, but customers should still be able to get thru.
Great selection, good prices and sales. Clean well stocked shelves and competent employees. Sometimes checking out takes longer than I would like but that is pretty much any big grocery store.

This was Kroger out by Hot Springs Mall. They are awesome! The store is large and Carrys just about any food you could possibly think of. The staff are ready to help you should you not be able to find what you are looking for. As one of my boxes of cereal states... Theyre GGRRREAT!!!!
Rarely shop there anymore. Most of the handicap parking has been taken by pick-up operation. Went today for a dinner from the deli. Only had one chicken breast at 4:30. Decided to try the Scilian pizza advertised on sale. Out of that too, not restocked. Wont shop there.
They should stock better when they have a sale. They seem to be out of things one day into the sale. Have gone back a day or so later they have a few more of the items but no where near what I would have bought.
Good selection, pricing, and sales. The free Friday deals are usually something new or well liked. Staff are friendly and fast checkout. Overall a good store.
There are Never Enough cashiers and the ones that are there the majority of them not all of them are not willing to be very helpful they act like its an inconvenience to check you out Ive even had a few ask me why I did not use self-checkout... If they offered a discount for for self-checkout maybe I would be more inclined to however they do not. I understand this is the age of automation however a little customer service goes a long way from now on I will only shop at Kroger when it is absolutely the only choice that I have
Since the minimum wage increased in Arkansas, I guess Kroger is having to cut corners. I always enjoy shopping at their stores, but lately there arent enough people and inventory is lacking that formerly was not. I dont like it!
Great Kroger! Has a sushi bar, hot food bar, coldcuts, Seafood, and everything else that grocery stores have! Great produce section.If you buy crab or other Seafood they will steam it for you for free if u ask. If you want it seasoned tell them to use Old Bay :-)
One of my favorite stores to shop at.... love their sushi so fresh and they will make you a platter of your favorites from scratch if you ask... all the workers are so nice and helpful..

We like Kroger, but the past few months we have been disappointed with the quality of the produce at this location. It also seems that they need to build a bigger store with more and easier parking.

Clean store however the lack of help and items you have to go to Benton for would be the main reason I would want to go elsewhere. Why shop at the store or even go to a store thats not going to have what you need nor be able to get the help you need? The oldest Kroger on Central offers more help a whole lot more of a Kinder base customer service style management. However they are no different than all three Kroger in Hot Springs! They lack in regard to culinary items that other markets related to Kroger King Sooper and City Market has.
Great staff, but management/corporate office pushing customers to use self-check & scan, bag, & go. Appears they are only scheduling one cashier in center checkout. Dont think this is a move toward better customer service.
Mike in the Produce Department is AWESOME! I was in the store on 6/21/16 after the $0.99 pineapples. I first phoned to make sure they still had some on hand (boy, did they) and as busy as the store can be, he took the time and was very patient. Upon arriving at the store, I got to meet him in person, as he was putting out more veggies. Hes a friendly man and I really appreciate the old-fashioned style of service he gives. RIGHT ON Kroger!

The ladies and gentlemen you have as employees are among those the individuals other companies search to recruit. Each one of them represents your company well.However, I am saddened to say the company has not only let the loyal employees down, they have also let the dedicated customers down. The store, once a showpiece, is now nothing more than a bargain bin for product and produce. The store once filled with pride, is now reduced to nothing more than a churched up Walmart. I am truly saddened to see such decline. I gladly pay the higher prices for organic and healthy options for my family. However, the items in the organic, fresh produce often spoil in less than 5 days of purchase. Many in less than 2 days after purchase. This is a budget disaster most families simply can not afford. I have brought the concerns to the store leadership only to be provided with, ‘the trucks are coming in frozen’ as an answer. This is simply unacceptable. By the time we add up the money, travel and deductions for the spoiled produce, our families dollar goes farther diving the extra miles to Wholefoods to purchase the same products, but in better conditions than our local Kroger.
Always clean. Love the ability to add coupons to card. Not a fan of the scan and go. I will always choose a person over a machine anyday.

Always clean and always has what I want.Except for the mens restrooms. The mens room is disgusting. I have complained about this on a regular basis. It gets better for a few weeks a year. Most of the time it reminds me of a Tijuana Mexico bathroom.

Kroger has the friendliest staff. The staff is very helpful. Even with the store always being crowded, its my favorite grocery store to shop at. They have good sales, they send coupons in the mail. They also have digital coupons on the kroger app. And the fuel perks are a great bonus for shopping at krogers. They have great sales. You might have to wait to check out but, its worth the wait. The also have senior discount on Tuesdays. The now offer ordering groceries on line and the even bring them to your car and load them. In the summer, they keep free water on ice on a table next to the exit doors.

I do most of my shopping here because its nearby and they have great item selections. I also love the organic section. Since the remodeling, though, is been a tad confusing getting to certain aisles.
Kronger is a great place to shop for groceries. I love their idea of givin all Kroger discount card holders a free item they can download onto their Kroger card. You have to sign in to Kroger website to download the Kroger app, and sign in to your Kroger account with your card to load the coupon fir the free Friday downloaded item. Every Friday Kroger sends you an email showing what the free Friday download is. You use your Kroger card when you checkout and after your order is rung up at the register your free item will show up as free when your Kroger discount card is scanned. There are 2 Kroger stores in my area, and both are on central Ave in Hot Springs. The one I go to is in a Plaza down the road from Hot Springs mall. This Kroger is in a Plaza with Hobby Lobby, Ross clothing store and the Salvation Army Thrift store. The other Kroger is about 2-3 miles further down the road on Central Ave next door to Family Dollar store, and across the street from the Dollar General Store.

Kroger has everything a regular grocery store has and a whole lot more. Its easy to find specialty items in many of the departments like bakery, cheese and their deli.

Probably the best grocery store we have in town, certainly better than any Wal-Mart. The employees are helpful every time we have needed them and the location is clean. It was recently remodeled as well, which is nice.
Have asked 10 different employees simple questions. 8 have flat out lied over last 8 weeks shopping here. Seems staff unwilling to be honest or help customers and do as little as possible to collect a paycheck. I am a pastor and a businesses low morals and values runs down hill from management here who must carry an evil entity. This store needs a good cleaning of charector or new mamagement to train employees how to simply be honest with customers.
I worked there, all the employees in the front end are cool and are willing to help, so dont be afraid to ask, plus they are the only Kroger in Hot Springs that have people that will wheel your buggy out to your car and help you unload groceries. Not to mention they have great sushi.
It was the best supermarket in town, but I guess they got a new manager and now customer service iI is going down and for some reason the liquor section is bigger and the organic and health sections dont exactly easy to find!!!

Worst store ever. My order wasnt ready, the guy in the meat department was so unconcerned and only gave me half my order, the cashier tried to charge me twice and then my check or credit card wouldnt go through. I called my bank and it was never run through. Great way to treat a hurricane evacuee. Pitiful, pathetic! Ill go on to Walmart next time like everyone else.
