I love this place. I stop in whenever I walk downtown. Awesome jerky. The guy who works there is really sweet every time and so are the other ladies who work there. Great place 👍🏻👍🏻

We went into the store just to look around. We bought one small bag (no samples available due to COVID-19) and opened the bag once back at our campsite. Man oh man, this is some good jerky!! Now we wish that we’d bought more!! The jerky is not tough and it’s so flavorful. Highly recommend!

Came in Wednesday and the guy working was extremely rude to us. Didn’t say a word or even look up when we walked in, the only time he actually spoke is when we were paying and he asked if we wanted our receipt. He had a scowl on his face the whole time.

Little shop on Central Ave right next to the Arlington Hotel. What a great place!! We bought three big bags of beef jerky You can try small samples while you are there deciding on what you want to buy. Which is amazing. We bought four different packages including even the Dill beef jerky which wasn’t too bad after I tried the sample.!! The lady running the shop that day was very pleasant and helpful answering my questions on everything that day. Just a really cool overall experience and I’m not really a fan of beef jerky but I thought what the heck I will try some. I forgot to take pictures of the inside of this place as I was overwhelmed by the experience itself.

This store is so small I almost walked past it without noticing it. But im.glad I did. Stuffed to the brim with good beefy treats. I sampled many that day and settled on Boiled crawfish (slap ya mama)Original flavorSmokey brisketAnd wow are they good and not hard as boot leather.. most jerky tend to be on the salty side, they have tamed theirs down a notch or two which is awsome.. give this place a try and dont overlook it like I almost did...

We go every time were in Hot Springs. Staff is awesome. We bought last bag of Cajun Brisket Jerky. One of our favorites! Hope to see you guys soon again!

Every time we come to hot springs we have to get some jerky. This year my wife got the creme brulee peanuts, I like the heat, they have reaper jerky! Everything is out to to try, everything from mild to wild, tasty to experimental, they have something for everyone. The staff here is incredible, also if you enjoy hot sauce they have many more this year, come check it out and satisfy that snack craving.

Love this place. If you like hot stuff they have the hottest jerky I’ve ever ate. Taste so good though you can’t stop eating it.

Very disappointed. My family and I always come into this store when visiting Hot Springs. We are always treated with respect and kindness, but today we were completely baffled at how rude the cashier was. As soon as we stepped through the door, we were asked “What beef jerky do y’all want?”. I then told her “Oh, we’re going to look around first, we don’t know what we want yet”, with a smile. She then told my entire family and I that “y’all can’t just come in and graze on the samples and not buy anything.... y’all have to get something”. We answered that we had and that we come here often to buy jerky. She continued to talk to us so we just grabbed something small so we could leave. We had no time to look around and see what our options were or if we wanted to get something different this time because we felt very pressured. I did not catch her name. She seemed very sweet when we walked in, but we were proven wrong. I am so dissapointed with the customer service there.
