Dear OwnerI know my skin maybe a little darker than your but my money is still green. Please DO NOT calculate your level of customer service from the sum of my skin tone. Treat me like you treat the liked skin tones because when its all said and done. All out money green. And you made a big mistake with the cash buyer HUGE.

Went looking for a new recliner, found a beautiful Flexsteel gliding recliner. The quality is second to none. The delivery was very prompt and professional. And Clay Jones made it all to easy.As far as where you can get quality furniture this is the place. It sure isnt Cleos or Hanks. I like to shop at home whenever possible.Thanks Clay

This place has tons of great furniture on the floors that you can get right now.Not having to order and get in 2-3 months.The salespeople say hello and then allow you space to browse but are close by for questions. Because this is the way...at Arkansas Furniture we will be back.

This makes the 3rd year in a row for furnature needs. Pete was very helpful and on top of his game. After picking out a new livingroom and recliner they were able to get it delivered in 3 days. Always a grrat experience.

Customer service is outstanding very knowledgeable as I walked in I have a total of 4 people ask if there was anything I needed help looking for.Finally I gave in just looking around with some questions. I spoke with Sandi she was very knowledgeable about all products in store also with the willing of coming back with my wife to comfort out wants and needs with the best budget for us youngsters. We will definitely be back, also they have a wide variety with all different prices along with 3 huge sales rooms.Would definitely recommend stopping in to check out their selection!

Arkansas Furniture was recommended to me when I purchased a home in Benton. My husband and I were moving from another state and had just a few weeks to completely furnish our new home. Lauren worked with us 7 hours when we visited the store the first time. We didn’t accomplish everything that day and Lauren suggested sending photos to me via text and email. Over the next few weeks, she faithfully sent photos and made suggestions. As promised, everything we ordered was delivered as we were moving in. The delivery staff were courteous and professional. It’s been a few weeks since moving in and we continue to work with Lauren. I made another trip to the store and selected some vases. Elaine, Lauren’s mother, made some fabulous dried flower arrangements for them. Their hard work, dedication and constant communication took a huge burden off us during our transition. This kind of customer service is a rarity these days. We will never be able to thank them enough but we will be customers for life! We consider them friends and were treated like family. We highly recommend Arkansas Furniture!

Our experience shopping at Arkansas Furniture was excellent. The owners care about their customers! Larry, our salesman was very helpful but not pushy. He also communicated with us regarding order status and delivery. Ralph in the warehouse was also very nice. The delivery team was great as well!! We went to Arkansas Furniture to purchase a recliner for my grandfather for Christmas. They had a HUGE selection of recliners that came in all kinds of fabrics and styles. If you ever go, ask for the salesman Tim. He asked all the right questions about my grandfather and gave great advice which led to the perfect chair for him. He also went the extra mile when it came to picking up the furniture. He brought out covers for the recliner as well as a picture we also purchased in order to protect them while being transported. He helped carry the chair out, load it up, and tie it down. This was our second experience with Arkansas Furniture and the first time was just as pleasant. Their prices are reasonable and their sales are even better. Their delivery is also exceptional. They have a great combination of unique pieces as well as classic pieces. If you end up buying a couple of furniture pieces, they usually dont might cutting you a slight deal either. Loved shopping with them.

Stopped in a couple of days ago with cash in hand, determined to leave with two full size sofas. Customer service was very poor. When I went to find a salesman to discuss a sofa I liked. I inquired about a Labor Day sale or military discount, I was told Ill sell you those couches for whatever it says on the tag. We thanked the man and said we would keep shopping around. The salesman laughed and stated, Good luck finding better prices than what we have. Well...we didnt have to go far at all!A little professionalism goes a long way Arkansas Furniture.

I have bought several rooms of furniture from Lauren at Arkansas Furniture. I have bought off the floor, special order, and custom. I have always revived the best service! Fast service. The highest quality furniture. I get many complements on all the furniture I have purchased. I am currently working on our daughters nursery and they have gone above and beyond anyone else. I have even brought my toddler son with me on a couple of visits and they treated him with the utmost care. I highly recommend them and I will be using Arkansas furniture for future pearchases for our new home.
