I come from two parents who worked in furniture. My dad owned a furniture store so I can be very critical of a furniture store. This store featured furniture that you arent going to find anywhere. There are pieces here that I have never seen before. I like how its contemporary. I think they would have plenty of pieces that you could update a traditionally designed interior. Im certain there is a gem here for everybody. I didnt interact with the owner or owners but those working here today were very nice to other customers. Im going to assume this is a full service, end-to-end shop as they probably have an upholsterer that they hire or partner with because of the samples I saw on one wall. I really enjoyed the collection they have! Wonderful style, colors, and continuity as well as unique.

Beautiful store with a super friendly, knowledgeable staff. Loved that they carry affordable pieces and high-end designer lines. The options available for their custom upholstery were incredible.

Amazing store! Beautiful decor. Owner and employees made me feel at home and helped me pick out a rug for my living room. Great prices compared to other high end furniture and decor stores. I am so glad the Nest is here in Hot Springs! I will shop here again!

Just was not a place I liked the staff was stand offish and preferred to pay attention to everything but the customer

There are a lot of great pieces of furniture here, unique and 1 of a kind! Be prepared to break the pocket book tho, definitely a specialty shop catering to interior designers, realtors looking to stage a property and high end houses in Hot Springs.Staff was too caught up in themselves and the phones to talk to really anyone in the store, never gave us the time of day while in there - sub par.Again, some great items here...just greet people, talk to people who wander in your store. There is another review about Nest that talks about the staff ignoring patrons.

This company is incredible to work with. Its been a pleasure to do business with them. They truly have a heart for their customers!

This store has some unusual items, but the pretentious sales staff is off putting. I did find a piece I liked, but instead of buying it there, I purchased it from another retailer.If they do not change their attitude, they will be out of business before long.

Me and my boyfriend recently purchased a house and we decided to visit Nest to see if they had a dining table that we liked, and to also see the new store in hot springs lol. When we entered no one spoke to us so we continued browsing. I went the use the bathroom and when I was coming back I passed by a gentleman who worked there and as I passed him he ignored me and my boyfriend, walked passed us to get to two other customers who he immediately asked how they were doing and if they wanted any refreshments! I guess because they were white they seemed like they had more money than a black woman and mexican man? Me and my boyfriend left the store after that feeling unwanted and uncomfortable.
