The 3 times we have visited this particular BR, they are always out of mint choc chip, or strawberry. Whoever does the ordering for their shipments needs to keep better stock.

Great Staff. They were out of s few things but it was 6pm. Enjoyed our ice cream and donuts want to go back before vacation is over.

The info online says they are open until 10pm. We arrived a little after 9pm and they were closed. Hours on the door say close at 9pm. Really need to update online info. We are from out of town and drove a good way to get donuts just to be disappointed.

There was 1 car in line in front of us. We pulled up and waited 2 or 3 minutes before the car in front of us was finally greeted. They placed their order in about 30 seconds and pulled forward. I was greeted and asked to hold. I was preparing to order and there were no flavors listed. When I mentioned this she replied that they did not post them that day. I asked what flavors they had and was told to wait and she would read me off a list of flavors. I decided that I would shop elsewhere. I was trapped in the line for about 3 more minutes as she did not provide utensils to the car in front of us until he honked his horn 3 times. I will not be back! This was a terrible experience. I worked fastfood for 7 years and I understand that sometimes it gets busy and there is a bit of a wait, however this was not the case. I will never be back to this Baskin Robbins again!

Almost no inventory no toppings took 33 min from order to window to get our order. Absolutely the worst customer service I have had in a long time. AVOID THIS PLACE

On the way, we noticed that the place is open and is closing at 10:30 pm according to Google . The first visit the time was 9:00 pm and the already looked closed. The lights were off, no one was at the window or intercom and we never got ice cream. A lady did tell us that the place is closed but we waited 5 minutes to be told that. The second time was the same story, arrived at 9 and no one answered. We came to the window and we saw employees by the window ignoring us while we waited patiently. I think either Google is wrong or we have some unprofessional workers.

Horrible they didnt have the cappacino blast stuff that was all we wanted and still had to wait a good 30 min in line cause there was no where to get out.

I came here for my lunch break and I have one minute left and still in line. They are out of eggs charged me the same price without egg on the croissant sand which the cheese was still cold and to wait almost 30 minutes for a plain uncooked bagel and a cold breakfast sandwich is terrible service.

Please update menu if you no longer serve banana royales and banana splits as stated today when attempting to order.

It’s ok. We were trying to find a small mom and pop ice cream store but nothing was open except this place. We went thru the drive thru and was greeted with a “wassup, what you want” . Um ok. The order was prepared quickly and due to the overwhelming reviews of this store constantly out of flavors we stuck with plain vanilla as to not be entirely disappointed. Will not be coming back.

Worst place to get ice cream there are always out of stuff. I waited 10 minutes for a Shake I waved at one of the workers and he looked and ignored me until i got down and knocked on the window. This is the second time Ive waited so long just for something so simple they should just close this place down

The ice cream is good, like you would expect. But they are constantly out of stuff. Especially all the stuff you really want.

OMG! These employees are awesome! Very good with their customers and hoping theyll get in the English Toffee-havent had it in over 20 yrs. Store is very clean and the ice cream you cannot compare except its better than any ice cream weve had. Well be back on my hubbys Birthday on 12-3-18Thank you again!Dan & Joanne

They’re always out of literally the same thing for weeks at a time. We went a week straight and asked for a banana split and they didn’t have any bananas for 5 days straight. The service is the worst and they never answer the phone when we called. (We tried to call once to see if they had any bananas before manic the trip)

Great ice cream! Extremely nice place! In with Dunkin Donuts! If a person leaves without a sugar rush, somethings wrong with them! Theres a Little Caesars Pizza connected also! All the munchies in just one stop! Centrally located in Hot Springs. Right in the middle of 2 shopping centers. And blocks away from Oaklawn Racetrack.

They offer fresh baked waffel cone if you get a double or triple scoop. But said they were too busy to bake them. ???They offer toppings but dont have them. Whats up with that?

Service is very inconsistent. The only reason it got two stars is because my favorite ice cream is Mays flavor of the month. (which they dont have yet as of May 3rd) Its just the lack of good service that gives them few stars. Coffee is good when they actually make what I order. I guess people today just lack work ethic.

Very rude employees!! My wife wanted a flavor that was at its end. It had frost all over it. I asked if they would open a new bucket of ice cream. The employee took out the frost bucket and said hed get a new bucket from the back. He left with the scoop the frost bucket and a quart container. I saw him filling the container with the frost. I then asked the manager if he would open a new bucket. He was nice. We ended up with frost on the bottom and ice cream from the new bucket on top to hide the frosty cream on the bottom. I bet dude thought he was funny. He was definitely lazy and dishonest.

The best! They have a large variety of ice cream and sherbet. The only bad thing is is I dont know if they are understaffed or what but it took an hour to get a scoop of ice cream. Wasnt happy with that situation at all.

This is the WORST Baskin Robbins. Three times tried to order a banana split. Three times out of bananas. Customer service rude and obnoxious.

I am usually very happy with baskin tobins but today I Ordered a Reeses layered Sunday and literally just got the plain ice cream with peanut butter pushed on top. Not at all what it was supposed to be.

Love this place but always out of ice cream

Been here multiple times and asked for differnt items and they either dont have an ingredient to make something complete or a machine is broken. Its like going to a steak house and them not having any steak. Its very annoying and never seems to change. If I ran this place I would take a serious look at how things are being done.

Love the icecream, however, anytime I visit the Hot Springs location they are constantly out of stuff...from the cones to the icecream. Another customer stated the same thing while visiting and was told we usually run out of what most people want and dont have the things we sell the most.
