If I could give them zero stars I would... Any restaurant that thinks its a-ok to serve food that is absolutely inedible shouldnt be open... The main thing I wanted (biscuits and gravy) I cant eat because the biscuits are as hard as a brick wall I cant even cut them with a fork and knife... Ive tried calling but of course the number they have listed is not accepting calls...

Shipleys donuts never disappoints me. Friendly service and delicious food.

Terrible communication between employees. I had to explain substitution 3 times in a row. Put one donut in the place of another. One girl said let me talk to the owner. She didnt so I had to explain again. Exhausting interaction and total disrespect to the customer. One girl was on her phone when I pulled up and seemed annoyed and frustrated that I was there. This is not an American business and it clearly shows in performance and quality. Go somewhere and support an American business.

They have more than amazing donuts. My new favorite place to get donuts. The staff is wonderful as well. Great place, good food, great atmosphere.

My go to breakfast place. My hotel is currently renovating and havent been serving breakfast forabout a week, So I go here.The bacon egg and Cheese Crossant is the best and the donuts are good too. The employees are very nice and helpful.

I can’t necessarily speak about the quality of the food due to the fact I’ve never had it, but I have mixed opinions about the Online PR of the business. I was upset to come to find the business closed when online it said it was indeed open. Please try and make an effort to update the hours online before closing for an abnormally extended amount of time.

This is the donut place I always look forward to each time I visit Hot Springs! The breakfast sandwiches and the donuts are excellent. I have been going to this establishment for years and their consistency and quality are great.

I hate to give them three stars because I have loved Shipleys since I was a child but the one on Hwy. 7 South in Hot Springs does not cook them long enough... The middle has been raw and soggy lately....
